With the rapid development of social science and technology civilization, and the acceleration of urbanization, the requirements of urban landscape planning and design are also paying more and more attention to the design concept of “adopting measures to local conditions and putting people first”. Therefore, the inheritance and innovation of urban landscape planning and design based on the culture that can represent local characteristics is a respect for and inheritance of traditional regional culture, the integration of traditional culture and the culture of the new era, and the inevitable trend of modern landscape planning and development. This essay uses the Heilongjiang Garden Engineering Design Project of the Garden Expo as a case to carry out the regional landscape planning and design, inheriting the regional characteristics, and proposing the design concept of “nature and culture growing on black soil”, integrating the characteristics of white mountains and black water into the garden, and seeing the big from the small Interpret the characteristic landscape impression of Heilongjiang and provide a reference for the design of the exhibition garden project in the future.

With the advent of the knowledge economy and the rapid development of information technology era, people's demand for the living environment has been far more than mere material comfort. In this paper, good landscape design for residential quarter not only provides appropriate living conditions for dweller, satisfies people's yearning for home, improves the quality of urban environment, but also is the main prerequisites which measure the green quality and management of the community. Landscape planning and design of residential environment exists failed plant landscape design, weak user-friendly design, ignoring landscape such as issues. We have identified the principles of landscape planning and design community, and allocation of green plants. It is the important weights that real estate developers sell their items, which is an important success factor that the real estate developers operate company, and people will pay more and more attention to the landscape design.

With the development of the city, the urban parks of the red revolutionary culture have been gradually recognized by people. Red culture can arouse people's special memory for a period and a city, thus gradually applying to the urban landscape planning. Based on this, in this paper, in terms of terrain, water, artificial structure, light and shade, color and so on, the urban park landscape of the red revolutionary culture was planned and studied. At the same time, by using a large number of successful cases of domestic red landscape and foreign commemorative landscape, a way of thinking and method for the design of red landscape was explored. In addition, taking the Wuzhishan red cultural theme park as an example, the study was carried out, and the problems faced by the red culture theme park in the planning and design stage were expounded. Finally, the theory was applied to practice, thus providing an example for reference.

To solve the problems of urbanization and homogenization of landscape, loss of regional culture, and lack of overall planning in the landscape planning and design of Chinese villages in the context of urban-rural integration, by combining the Attraction-Validity-Capacity (AVC) theory with the design and planning of rural landscapes, constructing an AVC-based rural landscape evaluation indicator system, and combining Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and other methods, the relationship of rural planning to the vitality, attractiveness, and capacity of AVC theory is explored. Combined with the theory of AVC, the theoretical basis for the expression of regional culture in the planning and construction of rural landscape is put forward. The results show that after the construction of the AVC evaluation system for the special terrain and deep cultural heritage of Dang village in Hancheng City, Shaanxi Province, the comprehensive AVC score of Dang village landscape is 0.3121, and the comprehensive scores of attraction, vitality, and capacity are 0.3055, 0.2985, and 0.3381, respectively. In summary, it is concluded that although Dang village has a good cultural environment and profound background, it lacks reasonable development and orderly planning measures, resulting in the gradual loss of its unique regional culture. Finally, combined with the AVC evaluation and analysis results, suggestions for the follow-up construction planning of Dang village are put forward and applied to practical teaching research. The results can provide a reference for studying the expression of regional culture in landscape planning and design.

Through analysing the meaning of nostalgia to find relieving stress which comes from modern society and life is the main reason for people to seek nostalgia. This paper illustrates the way to establish the nostalgic place spirit through landscape elements, material and so on based on some examples, and discuss the way to build the nostalgic atmosphere in landscape architecture.

Abstract In recent years, with the rapid development of human civilization, a variety of environmental problems have emerged. As the most important natural ecological system of terrestrial ecosystems, forest ecosystem plays a significant role in protecting the environment and beautifying cities. The landscape planning and design of botanical gardens is of great significance to the maintenance of the urban forest ecosystem. Taking the Nanshan botanical garden as the research object, this paper analysed the present situation of the garden and carried out the vegetation landscape planning transformation on it from the perspective of landscape ecology. Then, the landscape hierarchy analysis method was used to evaluate the landscape after the transformation, the results of which suggested that the comprehensive evaluation of the garden was the highest when the plant landscape was diversified and the structure level was reasonable, which provided a reference for the optimization of the urban forest ecosystem.

Absrtact: with the continuous development of our national economy, the living standard of the people has been improved significantly, the needs of the people are not limited to material needs, but pay more attention to spiritual enjoyment.As a result, tourism has been greatly developed, and more and more families will make annual family tourism plans, especially those living in cities.
