The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of spiritual leadership model on work engagement through the meaning/calling and membership. This study is a quantitative research using primary data collected through a questionnaire survey. Testing was conducted to 106 employees from the Islamic Hospital in Yogyakarta. The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with path analysis was used to test the impact and to determine the model that best describes the relationship of the model. The results show that spiritual leadership with values, attitudes, and behaviors of leaders has a significant positive effect on meaning/calling, and membership of the employees. Further, meaning/ calling facilitates employees to enhance the level of work engagement. However, membership does not have a significant effect on enhancing the level of work engagement.

With the advent of the Internet and other digital technologies, contemporary businesses from all sectors are using social media for communication with consumers to engage them meaningfully with a brand. However, the use of social media for corporate social responsibility (CSR) communication is relatively new to the existing literature. Likewise, the impact of CSR communication through social media (CSR-S) on consumer emotions and behavior is, to date, underexplored. To address this, the present research aims to test the relationship of CSR-S on brand admiration and consumer purchase intention. The study proposes a direct relationship between CSR-S and purchase intention with a mediating effect of brand admiration. The data were collected from the banking consumers of Pakistan through a self-administered questionnaire. The authors distributed 800 questionnaires and received 463 questionnaires useful for data analysis, so the present research study response rate was around 59%. The data were analyzed using the structural equation modeling (SEM) technique in AMOS. The results revealed that CSR-S is positively related to purchase intention (β = 0.233). The results further showed that brand admiration partially mediates this relationship (β = 0.079). The survey respondents confirmed that their bank’s CSR communication helps enhance their purchase likelihood and their feelings of admiration for their bank. These findings will help policymakers at banking institutions better understand the importance of CSR communication on different social media platforms to achieve consumer-related outcomes.

<p>O objetivo com a presente pesquisa foi avaliar a relação da preocupação ambiental do consumidor com sua efetiva declaração de compra de produtos verdes no varejo. Orientado por uma linha de pesquisa que busca explicar o fato de o comportamento ter como precedente a intenção e não a atitude, foi avaliado se a preocupação dos consumidores com o meio ambiente está sendo convertidas em intenção de compra e posterior declaração de compra. O problema que orientou a pesquisa pode ser expresso pela seguinte questão: a preocupação ambiental está relacionada com a intenção de compra para se tornar compra declarada de produtos verdes no varejo? Para responder a essa questão e atender ao objetivo proposto, foi realizada uma pesquisa de natureza quantitativa por meio de um <em>survey</em> com 1.233 consumidores reais de quatro capitais brasileiras, avaliando-se a percepção que eles possuem de si mesmos e dos outros. A análise de dados foi feita utilizando-se a modelagem de equações estruturais por meio do <em>software</em> SmartPLS 3.0. Os resultados indicam que os consumidores pesquisados não demonstram relacionar diretamente sua preocupação ambiental com a compra declarada de produtos verdes, que revelou ser formada pela intenção de compra. Guided by a line of research that seeks to explain the fact that the behavior has as a precedent the intention and not the attitude was assessed to consumer concern about the environment and these are converted into purchase intent and purchase later statement. The problem oriented research can be expressed by the following question: Environmental concern is related to the purchase intention to become declared purchase of green products at retail? To resolve this matter and meet the proposed objective, a quantitative research through a survey with the 1233 actual consumers of four brazilian capitals assessing his perception as an individual was carried out and as he watches others. Data analysis was performed using the structural equation modeling through SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results indicate that consumers surveyed do not demonstrate directly relate their environmental concerns with the purchase declared for green products, which were shown to be formed by purchase intent. This perception takes place in the two conditions, when they respond on their perception and when they answer about how he observes others (society).</p><p>Keywords:<strong> </strong>Green consumption. Management of Hemostasis is an integral role for any Intensivist in assurance of recovery of a hemorrhage patient who is often treated in an ICU, and building trust of a product segment related to such vital treatment will undoubtedly hold an utmost importance. Yet in researches and articles in current Medical Marketing setup it is found to be very limited, and in the case of Biological and Bio-Similar Marketing its almost non-existence. The purpose of this research paper is to investigate and prove the significant positive impact of Brand Trust on Physicians Prescription Decision and Moderation impact powered by the synergy of Relationship Marketing. The research consists of data which was collected via online questionnaire and captured the data required from the target sample cohort which is distributed via respective specialized academic colleges of their representation through email and filed online by the participants of quantitative research. Moreover, two of the main key opinion leaders (KOLs) were interviewed and qualitative data were summarized. The collected data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) procedures to reach meaningful conclusions. Thereby the study proves the significant positive impact of Brand Trust on Physicians Prescription Decision and Moderation impact which synergized by Relationship Marketing. The study is an original contribution to the field of Marketing in Biological and Pharmaceutical Industry. The proposed relationships are based on Brand Trust, Physician’s Prescription Decision and Relationship Marketing. Furthermore, the Moderating effect of Relationship Marketing on the relationship between Brand Trust and Physician’s Prescription Decision is unique to this study.

We investigated the relationship between employees' strengths use and innovation through the mediator of their work engagement. A validated questionnaire was used to collect data from 158 employees at 3 companies in China. Structural equation modeling results show that work engagement partially mediated the relationship between employee strengths use and innovation. In addition, employee strengths use increased their innovation and made them more engaged in their work, and employees' work engagement, in turn, promoted their innovative behavior. These findings suggest that strengths use alone does not enhance employee innovation: Work engagement is also important. Directions for future research are discussed.

Purpose This study aims to investigate the generation of negative emotions and behavior in Muslim consumers from their attitude toward offensive advertising. Mediation of brand hate between attitude toward offensive advertising and brand retaliation was examined. The conditional indirect impact of religiosity on attitude toward offensive advertising and brand retaliation through brand hate was also realized. Design/methodology/approach A cross-sectional research design was used using the mall intercept survey technique. Data were collected from 380 respondents visiting the malls in the areas of Pakistan’s twin cities (Rawalpindi and Islamabad) after ensuring appropriateness for the study. Partial least square–structural equation modeling through SmartPLS software was used as a statistical technique to test the hypotheses. Findings The findings confirm that attitude toward offensive advertising affects brand hate and brand retaliation positively. The conditional indirect effect of religiosity on the relationship of attitude toward offensive advertising and brand retaliation has also proved significant. Originality/value The present study has filled a significant gap in the literature of brand hate by introducing brand hate as a mediator in the relationship of attitude toward offensive advertising and brand retaliation. It further added in the body of knowledge of brand hate by a moderated mediation mechanism of religiosity on the relationship of attitude toward offensive advertising and brand retaliation through brand hate. The present study has considered the non-offensive product being promoted through offensive advertising and explored the impact of attitude toward offensive advertising on brand hate and brand retaliation in Muslim consumers.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, every domain of industry has experienced a severe economic downturn with concomitant stress throughout the economy. Employees working in government and private sectors are experiencing different psychological problems. The current study was conducted to investigate the role of work-related flow in the relationship of job insecurity with financial anxiety in the employees working in private and government sectors of Saudi Arabia. The sample comprised 1,195 employees, 886 females, and 309 males. The participants' ages ranged from 25 to 60 years. The Financial Anxiety Scale, Work-Related Flow Inventory, and Qualitative Job Insecurity Measures were found valid and reliable. Structural equation modeling was applied to test the associations. As hypothesized, the results indicated that job insecurity was positively related to financial anxiety, work-related flow was negatively associated with financial anxiety, and work-related flow mediated the relationship between job insecurity and financial anxiety. All these associations were significant regardless of gender, age, marital status, sector of employment, income, self-rated health, and COVID-19 infection status. Further research is needed to understand the impact of job insecurity on financial anxiety in-depth through the paths of work-related flow, especially in the midst of COVID-19.

This study is design to examine the impact of behavioural biases on perceived financial satisfaction and determined the role of Speculative Risk between these variables. Using structured questionnaire study collect the data from respondents and then analyzed the same by using Reliability Analysis, Factor Analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of SPSS and AMOS. The result of study disclosed that  Financial self-efficacy and Reliance on expert has significant effect on financial satisfaction, while financial socialization has no significant effect on financial satisfaction. Beside this, study revealed that Speculative risk partially mediate the relationship of financial self-efficacy and reliance on experts with financial satisfaction. Beside this , moderating role of speculative risk was observed between IV’s and DV’s .Study revealed that speculative risk significantly moderates the relationship of financial socialization and Financial satisfaction. This study is important for financial managers, policy makers and individual investors.

PurposeThe purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of person-organization (PO) fit on work engagement (WE). The paper also explores the relationships among WE, organization citizenship behavior-individual (OCBI) and organization citizenship behavior-organization (OCBO). Lastly, the study analyzes the mediating effect of WE between PO fit and OCBI/OCBO.Design/methodology/approachFor this purpose, a questionnaire has been designed and survey data has been collected from 280 frontline employees of private banks in Pakistan. The partial least squares–structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) technique has been employed to analyze the data and for testing the study hypotheses.FindingsFindings show the positive relationship of PO fit with WE, and the positive relationship of WE with OCBI/OCBO. It is also seen that WE mediate the relationship between PO fit and OCBI/OCBO.Originality/valueNo prior study tests the mediation of WE between PO fit and OCBI/OCBO. Further, organization citizenship behavior (OCB) has mostly been studied as a single construct; however, the current study discussed the individual and organizational aspects of OCB with PO fit and WE.

With China's rapid economic growth and improved standard of living, travel and tourism are increasingly becoming the first choices for vacation activities. The purpose of this research is to assess the trip experience on destination loyalty through tourist satisfaction of Chinese tourists who visited Indonesia tourism. The quantitative research method was used and the primary data collected using questionnaire to 158 respondents of Chinese tourists who visited Indonesia analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The study indicates that 6 of the 7 hypotheses are accepted. As a result, accommodation mediated by tourist satisfaction has no significant effect on destination loyalty. The impact of trip experience on destination loyalty mediated by tourist satisfaction accounted for 64.4 percent. This study demonstrates how Chinese tourists evaluate their trip experiences of Indonesia tourism. Transportation was discovered to have the greatest impact, whereas need to be improved in order to create destination loyalty.

Although individual unlearning is believed to play a critical role in promoting higher-order learning, there has been little quantitative research on this process. This article aimed to investigate the antecedents and consequences of individual unlearning based on transformative learning theory. A survey was conducted among 301 employees working in various occupations and organizations in the United States. The results of structural equation modeling indicated that unlearning mediated the relationship between critical reflection and work engagement and that critical reflection mediated reflection and unlearning. This study contributes to the literature by quantitatively demonstrating the direct and indirect influences of critical reflection on work engagement through individual unlearning, which has been discussed only conceptually and qualitatively in the extant transformative learning literature.
