Hatuhaha Amarima Lou Nusa refers to an indigenous group that has a specific culture from ancestors to contemporary times. The content of cultural values of Hatuhaha Amarima is important to be applied to the context of the daily lives of Hatuhaha Amarima Lou Nusa's people in particular and Indonesia in general. This paper aims to reveal the dynamics of historical and cultural forms of Hatuhaha Amarima, and to explore the nature of Hatuhaha Amarima, along with the values which contained in it with Cornelis Anthonie van Peursen's philosophy of culture perspective. The essence of Hatuhaha Amarima are contained with society (human), history, territory, customs and culture, and language. As the result, the study explaints the epistemologycal aspect of Hatuhaha Amarima in its realistic nature. Also, the study finds a cultural polarization of Hatuhaha Amarima that is as monodualistic in its nature, so it is presenting the feel of living together in multiculturalism with relative condition; ethnicity, religion, and culture. One of the most important point of culture that was passed on by people of Hatuhaha Amarima is the relation of I – You. This is existing in the context of kinship systems, family systems and brotherhood. Obviously, the cultural values of Hatuhaha Amarima has tighted connection with Bhineka Tunggal Ika's principles, so that it is important to applicate it to the context of the state living integrity and nation in Indonesia. The soul of cultural values of Hatuhaha Amarima represented of the ideal values of Pancasila and universal values.

Scientific advances in the field of biomedicine have fundamentally changed the ways in which we think about our bodies. Disease, aging, and even death, are no longer seen as inevitable realities but as obstacles that can be controlled, and in some cases even reversed, by technological means. The current discourse, however, can be enriched by an investigation of the various ways in which the aging process was perceived and explained throughout human history. In this article, I argue that in early China, the experience of aging and the challenges and anxieties it produced played a constitutive role in the shaping of religious culture. Drawing on a variety of medical, philosophical, and liturgical sources, I outline two models of aging: one that presented aging, and especially the loss of virility, as an undesirable but solvable condition that can be reversed with the aid of various rejuvenation techniques, and a more socially conscious model that depicted aging as a process of gradual social ascension, a natural but fundamentally unalterable condition that should be accepted, marked, and even celebrated through ritual. I conclude by demonstrating the legacy and lasting influence of these models on two of the most fundamental tenets of Chinese religion: the pursuit of longevity and the ideal of filial piety.

Vinaya rules embody the ideal of how Buddhists should regulate their daily lives, and monastics are required to observe them, despite the fact that they were compiled nearly 2,500 years ago in India: a context dramatically different not only from Chinese Buddhism's present monastic conditions, but from its historical conditions. Against this backdrop, rules of purity (qinggui) were gradually formulated by Chinese masters in medieval times to supplement and adapt vinaya rules to China's cultural ethos and to specific local Chinese contexts. This study explores how the traditional qinggui are applied by the Buddhist sa?gha in present-day Taiwan, and contrasts modern monastics' opinions on these rules and their relation to early Buddhist vinaya, on the one hand, against classical Chan literature (such as Chanyuan qinggui) and the Buddhist canon (such as Dharmaguptakavinaya), on the other. This comparison fills a notable gap in the existing literature.

<p><strong>Abstrak:</strong> Baiknya pondasi sebuah rumah tangga secara tidak langsung berpengaruh terhadap jatuh bangunnya sebuah negara, dan sebaliknya rusaknya pondasi sebuah keluarga berpengaruh terhadap merosot dan berkembangnya sebuah negara. Beberapa tahun belakangan ini jumlah permintaan gugat cerai istri terhadap suami mengalami peningkatan terutama dari isteri yang berkarir. Penelitian ini melihat permasalahan yang dibangun dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologis untuk melihat dan memahami faktor perceraian wanita muslimah berkarir di kota Medan berdasarkan fenomena, fakta dan data yang peneliti temui di lapangan. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian didapat bahwa untuk menegakkan konsep ideal sebuah keluarga sangat sulit untuk dilakukan pada masa sekarang. Kondisi perkawinan sekarang sangat berbeda dengan masa dahulu dalam pemaknaan relasi suami isteri. Dahulu pernikahan memiliki posisi sangat sakral, pernikahan dianggap sebagai ibadah, sehingga orang takut untuk bercerai, karena cerai dianggap aib dan dosa.</p><p><strong>Abstract:</strong> <strong>Women Prosecute: A Study of Divorce in Careered-Muslim Women in Medan City</strong>. The good foundation of a household indirectly affects the rise and fall of a country, and vice versa, the damage to a family’s foundation affects the decline and development of a country. In the last decade, the number of divorce petition against husbands has increased, especially from careered-wives. This paper attempts to study the problems using a phenomenological qualitative approach to thoroughly comprehend the factors of divorce of careered-Muslim women in Medan city based on the phenomena, facts and data that researchers encountered in the field. This study finds that to enforce the ideal concept of a family is not an easy task to do at present. The current condition and perception of marital tie within the society is very different from the past. At the early stage of development of human history, marriage were regarded as inherent in religious observance, and thus, people were reluctant to divorce since it was a disgrace and sin.</p><p><strong>Kata Kunci:</strong> gender, feminisme, cerai, wanita karir, Muslimah</p>

The political concept of Alfarabi is derivated from the concept of Platonic, Aristotelian, and Islam. The ideal state is the state which is elaborated the universal values of humanism, not just limited to certain ethnic and nation which is emphasizing its obedience just to God, not the something else. In this paper, the writer tried to interpret the original works of Alfarabi which is directly related to his political thought and the other thinkers who are studying his political thought. In his political thought, Alfarabi emphasized that the main purpose of the state is to make the social-welfare for its citizens. Based on the organic theory, Alfarabi stated that the government of the state is just look-like the human organism system. In which, each of the existing element functioned to strengthen each other to achieve one goal. The ideal state for Alfarabi is the state which is having the goals for its citizen welfare, and who become the prime leader is a philosopher, who is having the prophetic character, having the wider knowledge, and able to communicate with al 'aql al fa’al trough al ‘aql mustafad.

The Covid 19 pandemic forced all countries to adopt Social Distancing policies to prevent the spread of the virus. The perceived impact is the change in the dynamics of people's daily lives, where this change from being accustomed to socializing to having to be alone, from interacting to isolating. Teenagers are the most felt part of the impact of this Social Distancing, ranging from school at home, sports at home, gathering at home all activities done at home, this results in the onset of stress due to monotonous and boring activities. Therefore a strategy is needed to overcome the effects of the Covid Pandemic 19. This research method is a literature study, meta-analysis that is analyzing in-depth research journals related to Coping and Covid-19 Pandemic, articles-articles sourced from reputable journal journalists including Scopus including http://link.springer.com, http://seacrh.proquest.com, http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com ,and http://tandfonline.com. The research results show that Coping Strategy is a way for someone to overcome the problems that occur in him, Coping is very adaptive and can be incorporated into the cultural values of each Individual such as the values of spiritual beliefs, thinking patterns and strengths that exist in yourself and the environment. The conclusion is trying to adapt the results of several studies on Coping to deal with Pandemic by combining the cultural potential that exists in Indonesia. This research suggestion is still theoretical, and can be continued in field research

Local wisdom that exist nowadays is facing challenge that threaten its preservation, so that it begins to eroded by the development of technology, which has adoption process of innovation and the diffusion of technology adoption. Understanding the local wisdom would be clear that local wisdom becomes important in managing natural resources and conserving environment. The purpose of this research is to revitalize and preserve the local wisdom of the indigenous community at Kampung Kuta, Ciamis Regency, West Java. The benefits of this research will be used for revitalization and preservation of local wisdom and revitalize the values and cultural norms contained in regulating the life of community.The research method and planning that would be applied in this revitalization and  preservation of cultural  is Participatory Planning and Research (PPR) which emphasize on excavate information through thorough inquiry toward local community. Share with the community, to talk about how to empower local community and furthermore to carry out the useful planning for local community.Design of revitalization and preservation of local wisdom; the establisment of local wisdom group with training and learning program; the management of indigenous group continuously; spread widely local wisdom to its supporter with instilling cultural values and local wisdom as a contain of local wisdom; plan regeneration agent and the supporter of local wisdom as a part of inheritance of culture.Revitalization and preservation of local wisdom in educational environment at Kampung Kuta custom produce : cultural tradition management; help and support for cultural development; promoting and introducing cultural tradition to the outside community. Although people from several countries may share some universal values, they also have different cultural values. The differences in cultural values generally produce different ways of thinking and acting that can cause misunderstandings and disappointments in business communication. Therefore, the willingness to understand in depth others' cultures is necessary for doing international business. Japan is an important country and thus the author explains in-depth the specific cultural values that are important in the international business between Japanese and non-Japanese people. This chapter is based on a broader research conducted in Japan and focused on the unique characteristics of Japan's cultural values, social norms, and business customs. Thus, it presents the specific cultural values coming from the Japanese philosophical and cultural traditions, examines their influence in the Japanese international business, and emphasizes the importance of understanding them in depth for doing business successfully in Japan.

The political transformation that took place at the end of the Roman Republic was a particularly rich area for historical analysis. The crisis that saw the end of the Roman Republic and the changes which gave birth to a new political system were narrated by major Roman historians who took the Roman idea of virtus as a way of interpreting and understanding their history. Tracing how virtus informed Roman thought over time, the book explores the concept and its manifestations in the narratives of four successive Latin historians who span the late republic and early principate: Sallust, Livy, Velleius, and Tacitus. Balmaceda demonstrates that the concept of virtus in these historical narratives served as a form of self-definition which fostered and propagated a new model of the ideal Roman more fitting to imperial times. As a crucial moral and political concept, virtus worked as a key idea in the complex system of Roman socio-cultural values and norms which underpinned Roman attitudes about both present and past. This book offers a re-appraisal of the historians as promoters of change and continuity in the political culture of both the Republic and the Empire.

Interior design came into existence with the need for housing, and has been developed with respect to several needs. After a certain point of time, the development process led to mulitple branches. Different lifestyles of different communities living in different geographies and cultural differentiation have caused variation in interior design. Throughout the history, culture, by means of its elements, creates different lifestyles in the same period of time, and influences the formation of interiors. The aim of this study is to explore cultural values that play an important role in the process of interior designing, to shape our daily lives and, thus, to assess how they influence interior designs. The study mainly focuses on cultural differences in Asian and European societies, which makes us . understand the similarities and differences of interior design principles. The information obtained by the historical analysis was synthesised, classified and finally interpreted. In conclusion, both in western and far eastern cultures, many elements such as climate, human values, religion, thinking, trade, class distinction, type of management, personal interests, social events, industrial and technological developments were found to have influence on the lifestyle with regard to interior design. Mainstream conceptions of autonomy have been surreptitiously gender‐specific and masculinist. Feminist philosophers have reclaimed autonomy as a feminist value, while retaining its core ideal as self‐government, by reconceptualizing it as “relational autonomy.” This article examines whether feminist theories of relational autonomy can adequately illuminate the agency of Islamist women who defend their nonliberal religious values and practices and assiduously attempt to enact them in their daily lives. I focus on two notable feminist theories of relational autonomy advanced by Marina Oshana and Andrea Westlund and apply them to the case of Women's Mosque Movement participants in Egypt. I argue that feminist conceptions of relational autonomy, centered around the ideal of self‐government, cannot elucidate the agency of Women's Mosque Movement participants whose normative ideal involves perfecting their moral capacity.
