The basis of bureaucratic reform is the reform of human resources management. One supporting factor is the development of an employee database. To support the management of human resources required including data warehouse and business intelligent tools. The data warehouse is an integrated concept of reliable data storage to provide support to all the needs of the data analysis. In this study developed a data warehouse using the data-driven approach to the source data comes from SIMPEG, SAPK and electronic presence. Data warehouses are designed using the nine steps methodology and unified modeling language (UML) notation. Extract transform load (ETL) is done by using Pentaho Data Integration by applying transformation maps. Furthermore, to help human resource management, the system is built to perform online analytical processing (OLAP) to facilitate web-based information. In this study generated BI application development framework with Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture and OLAP operations are built using the dynamic query generation, PivotTable, and HighChart to present information about PNS, CPNS, Retirement, Kenpa and Presence

Availability of information is increasing rapidly, the method for encoding and storage of information also increased. The number of sources of information brings several problems, among them about how to combine the distributed data storage and different. Information on an organization or company is usually stored in separate locations and different formats. When there is an increase in storage capacity and the amount of information search costs, the company faced with an abundance amount of data. System development methodology used is Rapid Application Development (RAD) with a development framework Guidlines for Rapid Application Engineering (GRAPPLE). The software used in building this application is Borland Jbuilder 9. Rational Rose 2000 is used for the analysis and design using Unified Modeling Language (UML). Mysql server is a type of database to be accessed on each operating system. Operating system used in this study is Windows XP and Linux Fedora Core. This application was developed with aglets, which is one of software for building mobile agent applications.

The data warehouse design is currently recognized as the most important and complicated phase in any project of decision support system implementation. Its complexity is primarily due to the proliferation of data source types and the lack of a standardized and well-structured method, hence the increasing interest from researchers who have tried to develop new methods for the automation and standardization of this critical stage of the project. In this paper, the authors present the set of developed methods that follows the data-driven paradigm, and they propose a new data-driven method called X-ETL. This method aims to automating the data warehouse design by generating star models from relational data. This method is mainly based on a set of rules derived from the related works, the Model-Driven Architecture (MDA) and the XML language.

This paper mainly introduces the analysis, design and implementation of human resources management system. To the characteristics of Human Resources Management, we make a trade off aspects of architecture, system design analysis, databases design and data exchange with other systems. The purpose is to establish a system with soundly security, flexibility to expand, facilitate the maintenance. Firstly, we discuss the basis of the theory and knowledge of the corporate human resources management system; and then targeted human resources management system itself to the outside business system interface features, we specifically describe the human resources Web application framework of the functional requirements; and based on J2EE standard system architecture, we describe the design and implementation of the application development environment and core technology at all levels.

Rental is a service provider that provides vehicle rental services. Currently, there are still many rental businesses that use manual systems for data processing which results in less efficient and slow work. Lack of information also makes it difficult for prospective tenants to find out the vehicle you want to rent. Making this application design aims to help facilitate ordering and information. This vehicle rental application will be designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method, which visualizes the modeling using Use Case Diagrams and Activity Diagrams. Then the programming language that will be planned is JAVA language, with the MYSQL database as data storage. Meanwhile, the application development uses the Netbeans IDE 8.2. This system will provide results in the form of rental information and ordering transactions to facilitate vehicle rental activities.

Decision making is such an integral aspect in health care routine that the ability to make the right decisions at crucial moments can lead to patient health improvements. Evidence-based practice, the paradigm used to make those informed decisions, relies on the use of current best evidence from systematic research such as randomized controlled trials. Limitations of the outcomes from RCT, such as “quantity” and “quality” of evidence generated, has lowered healthcare professionals' confidence in using EBP. An alternate paradigm of Practice-Based Evidence has evolved with the key being evidence drawn from practice settings. Through the use of health information technology, electronic health records capture relevant clinical practice “evidence”. A data-driven approach is proposed to capitalize on the benefits of EHR. The issues of data privacy, security and integrity are diminished by an information accountability concept. Data warehouse architecture completes the data-driven approach by integrating health data from multi-source systems, unique within the healthcare environment.

Android is a widely used of technology. Location Based Service (LBS) is an android feature to find the location of user’s device by utilizing satellite facilities. Problems faced by the  students in Informatics of Faculty of Engineering are the limited number of lecturing rooms and the lack information of the use of those rooms. LBS feature on android will answer those existing problems. The methodology for development is Prototype by Pressman which has saveral stages namely (1) communication and initial data collection, (2) quick design, (3) formation of prototype, (4) evaluation of prototype, (5) improvement of prototype and (6) final production. Flowchart is made at analysis stage as well as Unified Modeling Language (UML) at the design stage.  The language programs are Java, JSON, SQLite. Map plans are designed through Google Earth Pro and Edraw Max 7 placed on the Google Map API where data storage is made in the Firebase and SQLite online databases as local databases with application development created by Android Studio. Application of Location Based Service (LBS) in Faculty of Engineering of University of  Palangka Raya is applied the Google Map API by each marker point being made which generates various radius. When the application user enters into each radius, it will produce a notification of room information that contains lectures taking place in the rooms. Therefore, the rooms associated with lectures is identified

In a project to build a web-based auto-generated forms framework, we needed to decide whether to use XForms for the 'designer' user interface as well as for the generated forms. In trying to make this decision it became apparent that, at a fundamental level, there are two distinctly different means to develop web-based interfaces. These two means, or approaches, can be described as 'data-driven' or 'behavioural'. We suggest that the Model-View-Controller (MVC) design 'pattern', which is now becoming popular as terminology for describing the basis of several JavaScript web development frameworks, is of limited practical usefulness as it encompasses too many variants. In contrast, the distinction between 'data-driven' and 'behavioural' approaches seems to be a more useful. In particular, it provides clarity in distinguishing the respective benefits of using 'XML technologies' (particularly XPath) versus other object-based alternatives for web application development. This distinction is illustrated using working examples from this on-going project. Some implications, such as the role of schema documents in the data-driven approach, the practicality of writing XML 'as code', and issues encountered with the 'XRX' architecture are also discussed.
