Galur Subdistrict is an area that has abundant art and tradition potential and is in great demandby its people. Unfortunately, the art performances and traditions that are carried out only aim merelyto continue what have been done through generations. On the other hand, the influx of modernarts has become a threat to preserving traditional culture, especially among young people who aresupposed to be the guardians of the traditions. Tis encourages Javanese Literature Study Programto carry out a community service program consisting of a series of training program as the StudyProgram’s concern and real action for cultural preservation.The training program is carried out through mentoring in motivating, counseling, education,discussion, and consultation. By using such mentoring techniques, it is expected that the result of theprogram will be optimum, namely raising public awareness to increase language literacy, knowledgeof literature, and the knowledge of the art performances they have. In turn, they will be able tomanage the performances as a professional art performance organizer in the region.The outcomes of the community service program comprise the increasing ability of participants inreading and writing simple texts using Javanese alphabet, participants’ ability to compose macapatsongs and sing them, the participants’ ability to write Javanese poems with the rinengga language,the participants’ ability create a series of dances and nursery rhymes to be performed, and theparticipants’ ability to become masters of ceremonies. villages in Surabaya that has a very dense population. In this digital era, children and young people are less aware of the need to read. In the tongue, teenagers are not so concerned with learning. Bhayangkara University in Surabaya held a Community Service program which took place in the Lidah Wetan Hamlet, Lakarsantri District, Surabaya City. With the theme "Preserving Literacy Culture". The program is inseparable from the vision and mission of local village officials. With the mini library created by Community Service Team, Bhayangkara University is expected to increase the enthusiasm and interest in reading in the surrounding community. This mini library provides a variety of books ranging from children's story books, learning books to read, learning books to write, learning books to draw, school materials, to religious nuances books and other books (food recipes, fiction stories, etc.). Some programs are directed at encouraging children's potential in reading culture and fostering youthful enthusiasm in organizing. Nowadays many young people are trying to challenge Karangtaruna. Several agendas are designed to solve these problems.

Desa Cipacing merupakan kawasan dengan lahan pertanian yang produktif akan tetapi seiring terjadinya perubahan orientasi kawasan di Kecamatan Jatinangor dari yang tadinya kawasan pertanian menjadi kawasan pendidikan, Desa Cipacing pun turut berubah menuju kawasan industri. Pengabdian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan alternatif kegiatan kewirausahaan dengan manfaat kepada kebersihan, keindahan dan kenyamanan lingkungan warga khususnya lingkungan rumah dengan pemukiman padat juga memberikan keuntungan dari hasil menanam bibit jeruk lemon di pekarangan untuk peningkatan pendapatan sekaligus kegiatan kewirausahaan keluarga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk pengambilan sample adalah dengan menggunakan purposive sampling, disertai survey dan wawancara sedangkan untuk membuat analisa menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan peran warga aktif. Hasil dan temuan dari pengabdian ini adalah dapat diketahui bahwa masyarakat Desa Cipacing khususnya di RW 01, 07, 15 dan 18 sudah menyadari bahwa dengan adanya program penanaman tanaman jeruk lemon, masyarakat memahami bahwa penghijauan lingkungan sekitar sangatlah diperlukan mengingat wilayah Desa Cipacing merupakan pemukiman padat penduduk. Akan tetapi disisi lain masyarakat belum memahami secara jangka panjang bahwa bibit jeruk lemon tersebut bisa menghasilkan profit keberlanjutan untuk setiap keluarga.  Dengan demikian, diperlukannya pengembangan sebuah lembaga sosial seperti GAPOKTAN (Gabungan Kelompok Tani) yang dapat mengembangkan potensi warga dengan usaha bibit jeruk lemon dari mulai proses cara menanam, merawat, hingga sampai menjual produk untuk memenuhi permintaan pasar. Cipacing village is farmland which is so productive but facing the issue of the oriented area changing that frequently occurs in Jatinangor sub-district from farmland to educational area, it also transforms Cipacing village into industry area. This community service program proposes to give alternative solution relating to entrepreneurship with cleanliness, beauty and safety for the home environment especially densely populated but also it can make a profit from planting lemonade seeds in the courtyard to increase the income and for the entrepreneurship family. The method that is used to take samples is purposive sampling with survey and interview while for analyzing uses qualitative analysis and people’s involvement.The result and findings from this program can be figured out that with cultivating lemonade, the people comprehend that greening is a must due to Cipacing village is densely populated. On the other side, the people are far away from understanding that in the future planting lemonade seeds can be a sustainable profit for every family. Therefore, it takes social institutions such as GAPOKTAN (the farmer group) that could develop the people’s potency by planting lemonade seeds from the beginning process of how to plant, maintain until selling the product to fulfilling the market demand.

<p><strong><em>Abstract.</em></strong> <em>Cashew plants is one of the plantation commodities in Indonesia that has high economic value. Cashew nut shell waste can be used as a botanical antiviral for Cowpea mild mottle virus. This activity aims for soybean farmers to be able to provide their own insecticidal at low prices and easily obtained. The method used viz. : 1) an interview and observation, 2) the method of socialization with lectures and discussions or questions and answers; 3) training methods with lecture, demonstrations and direct practice with demoplot. Based on the analysis of community service programs, the following conclusions are obtained: 1) in terms of achievements based on the objectives, substance and efforts of this community service program, it is considered to be very effective in building community independence based on local potential, namely waste originating from cashew nut shells and soybean planting in forest shade area; 2) in terms of the results, benefits and impacts resulting from this community service program are numerous, namely: increasing public awareness to utilize waste originating from cashew nut shell waste for antiviral, increasing community knowledge and skills in the field of processing waste cashew  nut shell for botanical antiviral.</em><em></em></p><p> </p><p><strong>Abstrak.</strong> Tanaman jambu mete merupakan salah satu komoditas perkebunan di Indonesia yang memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi. Limbah kulit kacang mete dapat digunakan sebagai antiviral nabati untuk <em>Cowpea mild mottle virus</em><em>.</em> Kegiatan ini bertujuan agar petani kedelai dapat menyediakan  antiviral sendiri dengan harga murah dan mudah didapat. Metode yang digunakan : 1) wawancara dan observasi, 2) metode sosialisasi dengan ceramah dan diskusi atau tanya jawab; 3) metode pelatihan dengan ceramah dan demonstrasi serta praktek langsung dengan demoplot. Berdasarkan analisis program pengabdian kepada masyarakat, diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut: 1) dari segi capaian sesuai tujuan, substansi dan upaya program pengabdian masyarakat ini dinilai sangat efektif dalam membangun kemandirian masyarakat berbasis potensi lokal, yaitu limbah yang berasal dari kulit kacang mete dan penanaman kedelai di kawasan hutan lindung; 2) Dari segi hasil, manfaat dan dampak yang dihasilkan dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini sangat banyak, yaitu: meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat untuk memanfaatkan limbah yang berasal dari limbah kulit kacang mete sebagai antiviral, meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat di bidang pengolahan limbah kacang mete untuk antiviral nabati.</p>

The problems faced by teenagers in recent times have focused more on various delinquency committed by teenagers ranging from drug problems, brawls, bullying cases and other problems. The increasing number of problems faced by adolescents indicates the lack of attention from parents and society to the development of adolescent character. Facing this problem, one solution that can be used is to strengthen the character of youth through character education. Character education is considered the best choice in preparing future generations because it can be both preventive and curative. In this community service program, the training method is used to convey the basics of character education. This Character Personality Training Program aims to invite teenagers to recognize their potential and be able to interact well with their social environment. This training program was given to 30 teenagers who are members of the Padang Japang Mosque Youth Association (IRMPJ). The results of the training show that there is an understanding of adolescents about the importance of understanding themselves and having good character in socializing. Besides that, a continuous program is also needed so that the stages of the material provided can be carried out perfectly.

The Village

Macanputih is a village located in Kabat Subdistrict, Banyuwangi Regency, where most of its citizens work in the agricultural sector. This village is a village built by the Accounting Study Program of Airlangga University from October 2018. The problem that occurred in this village is the lack of public awareness in cultivating local potential in the village. After the first volume of community service was carried out, the other problems that arose were MSMEs and Farmers' Groups who had limitations in enlarging capital and licensing PIRTs on their products, even though the products were already well known and competitive. Seeing this problem, the Accounting Study Program of Airlangga University held a Accounting Village program, which is a sustainable community service to develop the potential possessed by Macanputih village, activities carried out in stages, ranging from training to the utilization of local potential, to economic development. Through this activity, it is expected that residents in Macanputih Village can work together with related parties in developing their villages. Another expected output is the formation of cooperatives to help with capital problems faced.

The role of universities in motivating their undergraduate graduates to become a young entrepreneur is very important in growing the number of new entrepreneurs. With the increase in youth entrepreneurship will reduce the increase in the number of unemployed even increase the number of jobs. Pekanbaru City is an area with abundant natural resource potential. For this reason the phenomenon of unemployment among young people, apart from being caused by limited employment, is also due to the synchronization of graduates' qualifications with the needs of the labor market / business (link and match). However, this also explains the low level of entrepreneurship that can be generated from the world of education. The development of social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter is no longer a stranger to the ears of Indonesian people, especially in Jakarta, including citizens who live in the Kalibaru area, Cilincing, North Jakarta. Even though the area is considered to be a slum and underdeveloped area, the fact is that almostall residents there have known and tried to follow the development of communication technology and social media. However, education especially for teenagers about using good and wise social media still needs to be improved. This Community Service Program aims to equip young people in the Kalibaru area, Cilincing, North Jakarta how to use good social media to improve their self-image and the image of the region through social media Instagram. Changing people's views about the slums of the Kalibaru area into a beautiful area as a tourist attraction. The training method (workshop) applies an interactive discussion technique that involves all participants to actively participate in the activity. The training results illustrate that teenagers in the Kalibaru area understand about the meaning of selfimage and the image of the region and also understand about the hope for self-image and the image of the Kalibaru area going forward. They gained newknowledge about the use of Instagram, the importance of caption, hash tag, the use of good and interesting grammar and mastery of photography techniques to build memorable information so that they can develop their self-image and the Kalibaru area as one of the tourist destinations in North Jakarta.

Kangkong can be processed into various types of snacks, one of which is kangkong sticks. Sticks are a type of pastry that has a long flat shape, has a savory taste, and has a crunchy texture. Kangkong sticks are one form of innovation for processed kangkong products. Kangkong sticks were once produced in Dasan Tereng Village, but are no longer produced. Based on the results of interviews and observations conducted by the P1000WB Entrepreneurship Community Service Program (Creation of 1000 New Entrepreneurs), several problems have been found in the kangkong stick product. These problems include; unvaried taste, unattractive packaging, narrow marketing scope, and mass production system. KKN Kewirausahaan made various efforts to re-elevate, as well as develop kangkong stick products into superior products in Dasan Tereng Village. The efforts that have been made are: (1) Providing innovation in the form of flavor variants, (2) Improvement of product packaging using standing pouches, designing, and giving logos, (3) Doing digital marketing and changing the production system to a purchased order (PO) system. The method used is observation, short interview, and literature study. This gives tangible results in the form of product sales which are quite high, exceeding the sales target, from 40 packs to 110 packs in one week.

These community service activities are carried out in the Tahunan Village, Sale District, Rembang. The existence of arts groups in the village still requires assistance from human resource such as trainer. Therefore, this service aims to 1) strengthen the position of the arts group to be more empowered; 2) increasing the number of group members from young people; 3) improve the skills of group members in musical, orchestrating, and dancing; and 4) increase the income of group members. The method used in this community service program is training and mentoring. The results of this program are: 1) The arts group already has a name and routinely conducts meetings and training activities; 2) members of group from the school age and young adults are increasing; 3) the art group is known outside the Sale District and gets a performance offer.

TRAINING ON MAKING HEALTHY AND ATTRACTIVE NUTRITION AS FOOD FOR CHILDREN IN SCHOOL. This community service program was motivated by hazardous food found in schools in the DKI Jakarta area. The purpose of this community service activity was as an effort to promote health in realizing the community, especially the healthy of young people by making it a habit to consume snacks or healthy foods that are unique and attractive in the form of bento. The community service was carried out by means of socialization and counseling followed by a direct demonstration of making bento to the target audience, namely the students' parents and the Al-Hikma Kindergarten school committee Perumnas Klender, East Jakarta. This activity showed a positive response from the participants which was shown from the enthusiastic participants' devotion in participating in the activities as well as being potential entrepreneurs in schools in the East Jakarta area. The outputs obtained from this activity were: a) creation of community understanding, especially housewives on the importance of healthy nutrition for children, b) increasing community creativity in making attractive healthy food as provisions for school children, c) entrepreneurial opportunities for housewives which can increase community income.
