As a new type of structure system suitable for the realization of building industrialization, assembly structure system is a trend in the development of steel structure engineering. In this paper, a kind of assembly truss beam steel frame system is proposed. The composition of system, the technology characteristic of components and connections are analyzed in detail. Meanwhile some problems need to be solved are also put forward.

t is adopted the CEB-FIP (1990) shrinkage and creep model for analysis in three different structure by making a comparative analysis of the existing shrinkage and creep model. The influence law of different structure is obtained. It is shown that the hybrid structure system of concrete structure and steel structure can coordinate both force performance and make it is more consistent with design value.

Steel structures are seriously affected by sandstorm in the central and western regions of Inner Mongolia, this influence is mainly reflected erosion damage to the steel structure coating by sandstorm. As the coating has critical protection role to the durability of steel structure, the damage of coating will directly lead to reduce durability and safety of steel structure system. This paper researches on the anti-erosion mechanical properties of steel structure coating materials, and measures hardness, modulus , thickness and density of the coating by use of micron-indenter and traditional methods, the result shows that hardness is 2.1516MPa, modulus is 15.62MPa, thickness distribution is in the 800um ~ 1000um and density is 1.71g/cm3. This research result will provide the basis for preparation of anti-erosion coating and evaluation safety and durability of steel structures.

From the analysis of several typical phenomenon of “false low carbon”, the only way of achieving low carbon and sustainable development for the housing industry with industrialization and integration has been put forward, so as to clear the basic connotation of the integrated manufacturing house in factory, and the integrated housing development progress and the trend have been pointed out in this paper, too. Then based on the analysis of characteristics of the integrated light steel housing structure and facing its development obstacles, some specific solutions have been put forward in the end.
