The focus of this research is to design geometry learning mediain junior high schools based on RME and integrated with Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) using 3D Pageflip Proffesional, and to explain quality of the learning media. In the process of design and development of this media used is the ADDIE development model which begins with the stages analysis, design, development, and  carried out an evaluation in each stages. Implementation stages will be continued in the following years research. This research resulted in a product in the form of geometry learning media in junior high schools especially eight grade according to purpose. Based on the validity test and practicality test the results obtained from the validation by material experts and media design experts were 4.09 namely 81.8% and 4.21 or 84.2%.Based on the criteria for the validity of the instrument, the criteria for "very valid" were obtained. And the practicality results, namely the results of teacher response questionnaire obtained an average of 4.26 or 85.19%, and the results of student questionnaire responses were 4.07 or 81.4%. Then based on the percentage criteria of practicality of the instrument, it is found that the criteria are very practical and the media can be implemented with minor revisions.

Servant leadership has been widely applied in various fields, both in educational organizations or companies and reveals that servant leadership is a leadership style that is relevant and suitable for the development of a leadership style in the 21st century where a principal leader must be able to serve the needs of teachers, education staff, and students in accordance with the demands of the development of science and technology which are very dynamic. This research aims to develop a valid, practical, and effective servant leadership model of school principals in Junior High Schools. This research is an R & D research by using the ADDIE model, namely analyze, design, development, implementation, and evaluation that is carried out in junior high schools in Agam Regency. Data collection techniques used instrument sheets, questionnaires, and documentation. Data were analyzed by using qualitative and quantitative analysis. The servant leadership model validation is determined based on expert responses. The practicality of the servant leadership model is determined based on the response of experts and school principals to the practicality of this model. The effectiveness of the servant leadership model is determined by the results of the expanded trial by the principal in Agam regency. The results of this research, it is obtained a principal servant leadership by producing products in the form of model books and school principal manuals that are valid, practical, and effective to use. The principal to improve leadership qualities namely can use the findings in this research, models of servant leadership are humanists, touches the heart in unity work logic, and actions that led to the creation of the atmosphere of the work.

This study aims to produce ICT-based learning media for Vocational High Schools (VHS) in the form of ICT-based accounting multimedia application, named “Multimedia Akuntansi” (MAKSI) on bank reconciliation material. The development of learning media is done because of the limited number of innovative learning media available for VHS students, especially in the accounting field. The condition is influential on the students' low level of understanding. This research was research and development using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. The use of the ADDIE model is because the model is flexible, so it can be used for learning instrument development. At each phase of development, evaluation and revision were conducted so that the resulting product became a valid and reliable product. This development resulted in MAKSI proven to be suitable for use in accounting learning. The feasibility of MAKSI was evaluated from the average score of product feasibility validation from the material expert by 87%, from the media expert of 96%, and the result of the students' evaluation by 88.7%. MAKSI can help the learning process more enjoyable so that the media is interesting and proven to improve students' understanding significantly. MAKSI can be a complement, alternative, and variation of learning media in VHS. This product can be operated via laptops/computers as well as smartphones through free downloads in Play Store. The utilization of MAKSI is in accordance with the curriculum demand on the utilization of ICT in the learning process to support independent and student-centered learning.

Abstract: ICT Implementation Potentials in Public Senior High Schools inYogyakarta City to Improve the Instructional Quality. This study aims to describeICT implementation potentials for learning in terms of: (1) the level of the students’and staff’s ICT competency, (2) the model employed in implementing ICT, and (3)the obstacles in implementing ICT. This study was a descriptive study involving341 respondents consisting of students, teachers, ICT personnel, clerical staff, andprincipals. They were selected randomly from 11 public senior high schools inYogyakarta City. The quantitative data were analyzed by descriptive statistics andthe qualitative data by an inductive technique. The results show that there are 8people (2.3%) of very low level, 54 people (15.8%) of low level, 115 people (33.5%)of medium level, 128 people (37.5%) of high level, and 36 people (10.6%) of veryhigh level. ICT has been systematically implemented through design, development, utilization, management, and evaluation. The obstacles in implementing ICT comefrom the lack of personnel, infrastructure, hardware, and software. Keywords: Information and Communication Technology, ICT implementation, instructional quality.

This study aims to develop learning media based on guided inquiry models to improve students' concepts mastery and creativity in physics learning in senior high schools. The learning media in question is a ripple tank to explain the characteristics of a mechanical wave. Development research with the 4D model (define, design, development, dissemination) was conducted in this study, where the learning media developed met the criteria of validity, practicality, and effectiveness in improving students' concepts mastery and creativity. Evaluation of the learning media validity is carried out through a validation mechanism where the media is validated by 3 validators (media experts), while evaluation of the practicality and effectiveness of learning media through its implementation in class involves students in two schools in Mataram City - Indonesia. The results of the study show that the learning media with the guided inquiry model are valid, practical, and effective in improving students' concepts mastery and creativity in learning physics. The results of further studies are described in this article

The study has developed an android-based mobile application that can assist in the teaching-learning process of civic education in senior high schools. As a research-and-development activity, it employed the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Based on validation by material experts, the developed application was very feasible to use (89.04%), and the media experts concurred with this assessment (90.78%). During the large-group trials, the application scored between 3.96 and 4.68, meaning that it provides an excellent media or platform with high feasibility for the teaching-learning process of civic education in senior high schools.

The purpose of this study to produce a variety of futsal dribbling training models with effective and tested media for Junior High Schools (SMP). The research method used in this research is the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development model using five stages and the research subjects are three futsal extracurricular trainers in Junior High Schools (SMP). This research begins with a analysis, product planning, development, implementation and evaluation. The instruments used in this study included an assessment questionnaire for experts to test the validity of the variety of futsal dribbling training models with media tools and an assessment questionnaire to assess the effectiveness of the model by futsal extracurricular trainers in Junior High Schools (SMP). The data analysis technique used in this research is the percentage descriptive analysis technique. This study produces a variety of training models that meet the established criteria, are valid and effective. Research recommendations should be made before the dissemination of the futsal dribbling training model using the media as a tool for junior high schools (SMP) to be tried again to athletes / students to make it more effective and efficient.

This study aims to produce physics learning media in high schools in the form of the development of contextual based electronic global warming modules using a valid, practical and effective flipbook application. This type of research is research and development using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluate). The field trial design used was One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The development of contextual based electronic global warming modules using the flipbook application has passed the validation test stage with an average percentage of material experts at 88.42% with a very valid category and an average percentage of media experts at 85.63% with a very valid category. Practicality test by the teacher obtained an average percentage score of 85.56% with very practical criteria and by students obtained an average percentage score of 91.33% with a very practical category. Improved learning outcomes using e-modules and without e-modules (the results of last year's tests) are included in the increased category. It can be concluded that the use of contextual-based electronic modules using the flipbook application in learning can improve student physics learning outcomes.
