As the Volume of the data produced is increasing day by day in our society, the exploration of big data in healthcare is increasing at an unprecedented rate. Now days, Big data is very popular buzzword concept in the various areas. This paper provide an effort is made to established that even the healthcare industries are stepping into big data pool to take all advantages from its various advanced tools and technologies. This paper provides the review of various research disciplines made in health care realm using big data approaches and methodologies. Big data methodologies can be used for the healthcare data analytics (which consist 4 V’s) which provide the better decision to accelerate the business profit and customer affection, acquire a better understanding of market behaviours and trends and to provide E-Health services using Digital imaging and communication in Medicine (DICOM).Big data Techniques like Map Reduce, Machine learning can be applied to develop system for early diagnosis of disease, i.e. analysis of the chronic disease like- heart disease, diabetes and stroke. The analysis on the data is performed using big data analytics framework Hadoop. Hadoop framework is used to process large data sets Further the paper present the various Big data tools , challenges and opportunities and various hurdles followed by the conclusion.

Abstract Background: Sustainable Development Goal 3 (SDG-3) aims to ensure healthy lives and promote wellbeing for all. Universal Health Coverage (UHC) assures delivering health services to all who need without suffering from financial hardships. This paper aims to identify the successes, challenges and opportunities towards achieving UHC for maternal and childcare in countries in the World Health Organization, South East Asian Region (SEAR). Methods: We conducted a systematic review of the literature. We searched PubMed, Embase, Scopus, CINAHL, PsycINFO, WHO research portal and Google scholar for studies published in English from 2010 to 2020. We included studies conducted in maternal and childcare focusing on challenges, opportunities or successes towards UHC in countries in SEAR. Data was synthesized and presented as a narrative description, according to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines.Results: We identified 62 studies with different study designs from eight SEAR countries , majority were from India. We observed successes or opportunities in access and quality in MCH with government cash transfer schemes and private sector contribution in India, Bangladesh and Indonesia. Politically prioritized MCH care was identified as an opportunity in a state of India. Inadequate healthcare infrastructure including trained human resources, medical products and other supplies were identified as the main challenges in the region. Facilities are overcrowded in Bangladesh and Indonesia. From provider perspective, health care workers’ knowledge and skills as well as attitudes and behaviors were also identified as issues in the region. Lack of health literacy, misconceptions and cultural barriers are identified as challenges from clients’ side. Difficulties in geographical distribution and transport were contributing to poor healthcare access in four countries. Deficiencies in government policies and administration were identified in some fields. Poverty was detected as an overarching barrier.Conclusions: SEAR countries have demonstrated improvements in access, quality and equity on MCH towards UHC. There are, however, challenges related to human and other resources, health care facilities and socio-economic determinants of health. Regional bodies as well as authorities in individual countries should work on these issues to address challenges to achieve UHC.Registration: PROSPERO: CRD42020166404

Big data analytics offers promise in many business sectors, and health care is looking at big data to provide answers to many age-related issues, particularly dementia and chronic disease management. The purpose of this review was to summarize the challenges faced by big data analytics and the opportunities that big data opens in health care. The top challenges were issues of data structure, security, data standardization, storage and transfers, and managerial skills such as data governance. The top opportunities revealed were quality improvement, population management and health, early detection of disease, data quality, structure, and accessibility, improved decision making, and cost reduction.
