Abstract. Ambient air monitoring as part of the US Environmental Protection Agency's (US EPA's) Clean Air Status and Trends Network (CASTNet) currently uses filter packs to measure weekly integrated concentrations. The US EPA is interested in supplementing CASTNet with semi-continuous monitoring systems at select sites to characterize atmospheric chemistry and deposition of nitrogen and sulfur compounds at higher time resolution than the filter pack. The Monitor for AeRosols and GAses in ambient air (MARGA) measures water-soluble gases and aerosols at hourly temporal resolution. The performance of the MARGA was assessed under the US EPA Environmental Technology Verification (ETV) program. The assessment was conducted in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina from 8 September–8 October 2010 and focused on gaseous SO2, HNO3 and NH3 and aerosol SO4−, NO3− and NH4+. Precision of the MARGA was evaluated by calculating the median absolute relative percent difference (MARPD) between paired hourly results from duplicate MARGA units (MUs), with a performance goal of <25%. The accuracy of the MARGA was evaluated by calculating the median absolute relative percent difference (MARPD) for each MU relative to the average of the duplicate denuder/filter pack concentrations, with a performance goal of ≤40%. Accuracy was also evaluated by using linear regression, where MU concentrations were plotted against the average of the duplicate denuder/filter pack concentrations. From this, a linear least squares line of best fit was applied. The goal was for the slope of the line of best fit to be between 0.8 and 1.2. The MARGA performed well in comparison to the denuder/filter pack for SO2, SO42− and NH4+, with all three compounds passing the accuracy and precision goals by a significant margin. The performance of the MARGA in measuring NO3− could not be evaluated due to the different sampling efficiency of coarse NO3− by the MUs and the filter pack. Estimates of "fine" NO3− were calculated for the MUs and the filter pack. Using this and results from a previous study, it is concluded that if the MUs and the filter pack were sampling the same particle size, the MUs would have good agreement in terms of precision and accuracy. The MARGA performed moderately well in measuring HNO3 and NH3, though neither met the linear regression slope goals. However, recommendations for improving the measurement of HNO3 and NH3 are discussed. It is concluded that SO42−, SO2, NO3−, HNO3, NH4+ and NH3 concentrations can be measured with acceptable accuracy and precision when the MARGA is operated in conjunction with the recommendations outlined in the manuscript.

The aim of this paper are: to create a data visualization that can assist the Government in evaluating the return on the development of health facilities in the region and province area in term of human resources for medical personnel, to help community knowing the amount of distribution of hospitals with medical personnel in the regional area and to map disease indicator in Indonesia. The issue of tackling health is still a major problem that is not resolved by the Government of Indonesia. There are three big things that become problems in the health sector in Indonesia: infrastructure has not been evenly distributed and less adequate, the lack of human resources professional health workforce, there is still a high number of deaths in the outbreak of infectious diseases. Data for the research are taken from BPS, in total 10,600 records after the Extract, Transform and Loading process. Time needed to convert several publications from PDF, to convert to CSV and then to MS Excel 3 weeks. The method used is Eight-step Data Visualization and Data Mining methodology. Tableau is chosen as a tool to create the data visualization because it can combine each dasboard inside a story interactive, easier for the user to analyze the data. The result is a story with 3 dashboards that can fulfill the requirement from BPS staff and has been tested with a satisfied result in the UAT (User Acceptance Test). Ordering catering is an activity undertaken by customers to buy products in the form of food packages. In Cimahi Catering catering ordering process is done by customers by coming directly to the location or calling to Cimahi Catering. Based on interviews with the authors related parties, in the process of ordering catering there are some customers who complain about the order process is due to take time, energy and more costs. In the case of recording data ordering was deemed less effective because the data is still conventional. This is at risk of logging errors. As a solution of these problems the authors build an Application Ordering Catering Based Android Mobile to assist in the process of ordering catering by customers and the management of reservation data catering by the Cimahi Catering. Research methodology used is Extreme Programming method. In making this application the author uses android programming base and MySQL as the data storage. This application is made to efficiently time, effort and produce accurate information. The results of testing the built application has a performance that suits the needs of the user. Based on the results of User Acceptance Test get a positive response with 85% percentage. Keyword: Android, application, catering, mobile, ordering, uat

Abstract Objective To evaluate in-vitro quality of paracetamol 500 mg tablet brands marketed in Saudi Arabia. Results Two reference (R1 and R2) and seven generic (G1-G7) brands were commercially available. Four brands were single-drug, containing paracetamol only (R1, G1-G3) and five contained additional active ingredients (R2, G4-G7). All brands were immediate-release. Weight variation (n = 20, range as percent difference from mean), active substance content (n = 20, mean (SD) as percent difference from label), breaking force (n = 10, mean (SD)), and friability (n = 20, as percent weight loss) ranged from 97 to 102%, 96.1% (2.9%) to 99.8% (1.1%), 9.9 (0.4) to 21.0 (0.9) kg, and 0.017% to 0.809%, respectively. Disintegration (water medium) time (n = 6, minute: second) ranged from 02:35–03:09 to 12:49–13:10. Dissolution (phosphate buffer, pH 5.8) profile showed a mean release at 30 min of 87% to 97% of label content, with seven brands passing stage-1 (≥ 85% for each of 6 test units) and two passing stage-2 (mean of 12 test units ≥ 85%) criteria. Despite statistically significant differences between R1 and R2 and some of their corresponding generic brands in active substance content, breaking force, and amount dissolved at 30 min, all nine brands met the pre-specified quality standards.
