Abstract The Warning Decision Support System–Integrated Information (WDSS-II) is the second generation of a system of tools for the analysis, diagnosis, and visualization of remotely sensed weather data. WDSS-II provides a number of automated algorithms that operate on data from multiple radars to provide information with a greater temporal resolution and better spatial coverage than their currently operational counterparts. The individual automated algorithms that have been developed using the WDSS-II infrastructure together yield a forecasting and analysis system providing real-time products useful in severe weather nowcasting. The purposes of the individual algorithms and their relationships to each other are described, as is the method of dissemination of the created products.

Decision Support System is a computerized system designed to increase effectiveness in decision making to solve semi-structured and unstructured problems so that the decision-making process can be of higher quality. One method of solving MADM problems is by using the Simple Additive Weighting method. The SAW method is to find the weighted sum of the performance ratings for each alternative of all attributes. This study aims to design and create a system to determine which employees are entitled to receive bonuses, for that we need a decision support for giving employee bonuses decisions. In this study using the Simple Additive Weighting method. The system development model used is a waterfall. Waterfall has several stages, namely needs analysis, system design, writing program code, program testing, program implementation and maintenance. The results showed the benefits of the SAW method as a decision support system for determining employee bonuses based on the employee performance of PT. Mayatama Solusindo can assist administrators in determining employee bonuses quickly and effectively. So the bonus that employees get using the SAW method is the basic salary times the percentage of the ranking value.

The purpose of the article is to create methodological bases for increasing the competitive position of organizations for tender procurement to meet the needs of units of the National Guard of Ukraine. Research methods are the use of optimization economic and mathematical models and computer simulation. In the article, by involving representatives of the command of the National Guard of Ukraine, an expert assessment of the impact of various factors in the specific conditions of the procurement process for the needs of logistics of military units. The degree of importance of each of the factors became the basis for the creation of a methodology for interaction of the partner organization with the relevant military unit. In turn, the proposed technique became the theoretical basis for the development of Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 decision support system. This information system helps to support management decisions to improve the effectiveness of the organization's interaction with the military unit of the NMU. The created prototype of the decision support system should be used to solve in the mode of dialogue poorly structured tasks of interaction of the organization with the military unit, which are characterized by incomplete input data, lack of existing standard procedures, incomplete clarity of goals and limitations. In global conditions, improving the competitiveness of the organization in terms of tender procurement will save the defence budget, will be an effective means of preventing corruption in the field of defence procurement, will create favourable conditions for the development of a competitive environment in public procurement and fair competition. The theoretical result of the article is the method of ensuring the competitiveness of the organization in terms of tender procurement for the needs of military units of the National Guard of Ukraine. The practical result is to substantiate the ways to increase the efficiency of the organization on the basis of ensuring competitiveness in terms of tender procurement for the needs of military units of the National Guard of Ukraine.

Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) adalah salah satu penggerak perekonomian suatu daerah, termasuk Kota Sorong. UKM di Kota Sorong belum berkembang secara optimal. Ada beberapa penyebab diantaranya adalah mengenai finansial, lokasi, bahan baku dan lain-lain. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalah tersebut peneliti terdorong untuk melakukan pengembangan Aplikasi yang dapat membantu menentukan prioritas UKM yang sesuai dengan kondisi pelaku usaha. Pada penelitian ini akan digunakan metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP), untuk pengambilan keputusannya. Metode AHP dipilih karena mampu menyeleksi dan menentukan alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif yang tersedia. Dalam hal ini alternatif yang dimaksudkan yaitu UKM terbaik yang dapat dipilih oleh pelaku usaha sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap atribut, kemudian dilakukan proses perankingan yang akan menentukan alternatif yang optimal, yaitu UKM. Aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang dikembangkan berbasis Android, dimana pengguna akan mudah menggunakannya sewaktu-waktu jika terjadi perubahan bobot pada kriteria atau intensitas.  Hasil akhir menunjukkan bahwa metode AHP berhasil diterapkan pada Aplikasi Penentuan Prioritas Pengembangan UKM.
