This study aimed at distinguishing fiscal policy during the time of the Prophet and the fiscal policy prevailing in Indonesia. The study method in this research is literature study. The type of data used is secondary data with data collection methods through literature study. The results showed that during the time of the Prophet, the first fiscal policy that was taken after moving to Medina was to make muhajirin and ansar fraternal and provide employment for the Muhajirin. In the second year, almsgiving and fitrah are compulsory, followed by zakat in the ninth year of hijriyah. From here emerged fiscal policy instruments derived from zakat, infaq, alms and waqf. Some of these elements are mandatory and some are voluntary. Zakat is an element that must be paid after reaching the nisab, while infaq, alms and waqf are voluntary. This voluntary element is what distinguishes an Islamic economy from a capitalist economy. Another difference between the two is related to the management of state money where part of the APBN sources obtained from debt must be free from the element of interest, thus, the state debt can actually be obtained in ways that are in accordance with Islamic Sharia

RESUMOObjetivo: analisar o perfil de evasão de alunos de um curso de Especialização na Modalidade Residência de Enfermagem. Método: trata-se de um estudo quantitativo, documental, com coleta de dados em registros de desligamento de um curso de residência de enfermagem. Contemplaram-se nove turmas no intervalo entre 03/2006 a 02/2016, constituindo o universo de 629 residentes. Analisaram-se os dados quanto a etapa do curso, a especialidade cursada e a motivação da evasão. Resultados: identificou-se, no universo consultado, um total de 107 desligamentos, sendo 46 (43%) referentes aos residentes do primeiro ano (R1) e 61 (57%) relativos aos do segundo ano (R2). Solicitaram-se, das evasões contabilizadas, 96 (81,7%) pelos residentes e 11 (10,3%) foram definidas pela coordenação do curso. Motivaram-se os desligamentos especialmente por faltas consecutivas, infração das normas e opção por vínculo empregatício. Conclusão: destaca-se, considerando a relevância de um curso de residência, a importância da reflexão, no âmbito dos cursos, acerca dos diferentes fatores determinantes do desligamento de um residente. Torna-se fundamental, além disso, a realização de estudos que não apenas analisem as motivações da ocorrência da evasão, bem como apresentem estratégias de minimização deste fenômeno. The dismissals were motivated especially by consecutive absences, infraction of the norms and option by employment bond. Conclusion: considering the relevance of a residency course, it is important to reflect on the different determinants of a resident's severance within the courses. It is also essential to carry out studies that not only analyze the motivations for the occurrence of evasion, but also present strategies to minimize this phenomenon.   This paper aims to implement a Didactic Unit (DU) based on Sport Education for the teaching of technical conceptual knowledge of handball, in order to know the possibilities and difficulties of this process. There were 22 classes structured based on the main characteristics of the model, with the participation of 40 students from a high school second year class. For data collection, Field Diary and focus group were used, which were subsequently submitted to thematic analysis for discussions. The DU based on Sport Education was shown as a possibility to raise awareness of the teaching and learning process of the conceptual knowledge of handball, adapting the model's characteristics to the Brazilian school reality. It is concluded that through adaptations, the model allows transformation in pedagogical practice, therefore, it is suggested to use it to innovate the teaching of sports in school, breaking with the traditional model.  Resumen. Este trabajo tiene como objetivo implementar una Unidad Didáctica (UD) basada en la Educación Deportiva para la enseñanza del conocimiento técnico conceptual del balonmano, con el fin de conocer las posibilidades y dificultades de este proceso. Fueron 22 clases estructuradas en base a las principales características del modelo, con la participación de 40 alumnos de una promoción de segundo año de secundaria. Para la recolección de datos se utilizó el Diario de Campo y el grupo focal, los cuales fueron posteriormente sometidos a análisis temático para su discusión. La UD basada en la Educación Deportiva se mostró como una posibilidad de sensibilizar sobre el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje del conocimiento conceptual del balonmano, adaptando las características del modelo a la realidad escolar brasileña. Se concluye que, a través de adaptaciones, el modelo permite la transformación en la práctica pedagógica, por lo que se sugiere utilizarlo para innovar la enseñanza del deporte en la escuela, rompiendo con el modelo tradicional.

AbstractBased on EU guidelines and national development plans, energy efficient process management has been slowly implemented in Latvian regions in the context of the Directive 2012/27/EU putting forward two binding indicative national energy efficiency goals for Latvia: (1) to achieve 1.5 % of energy savings delivered to final consumers every year, and (2) to renovate 3 % of the state-owned buildings annually. The aim of the paper is to reflect the management system of energy efficient processes in public and residential buildings in Latvian littoral regions of the Baltic Sea, which can be an important factor for achieving the goals of the Directive. The paper presents the results of the research on energy efficient processes in public and residential buildings in Latvian littoral regions of the Baltic Sea in order to determine the existing challenges. Methods applied in the research are data collection, grouping, analysis and comparison, studies of regulatory documents, as well as statistical data collection and analysis. Contribution of the research is the improvement of energy efficient solutions in public and residential buildings in littoral regions of the Baltic Sea by using the estimated energy efficient processes. The results of the research are of international importance and can be applied not only in public and residential buildings in littoral regions of the Baltic Sea but also in other regions with similar climate or energy efficient process management problems in order to improve the selection of criteria of energy efficient solutions and renovation.

Egocentered networks are common in social science research. Here, the unit of analysis is a respondent (ego) together with his/her personal network (alters). Usually, several variables are measured to describe the relationship between egos and alters. In this paper, the aim is to estimate the reliability and validity of the averages of these measures by the multitrait-multimethod (MTMM) approach. In the study, web and telephone modes of data collection are compared on a convenience sample of 238 second year students at the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Ljubljana. The data was collected in 2003. The results show that the telephone mode produces more reliable data than the web mode of data collection. Also, method order effect was shown: the data collection mode used first produces data of lower reliability than the mode used for the second measurement. There were no large differences in validity of measurement.

This research was conducted with the aim of proving that teaching English through word association can develop the vocabulary of the second year students of SMP Muhammadiyah Al Amin Sorong. The sample of the research was 31 students in VIII A class at SMP Muhammadiyah Al Amin Sorong. In collecting the data he used tests (Pre-test and Post-test). The research applied pre-test and post-test one group design. The instrument of data collection was a test. The data analyzed statistically. The result of the data analysis has shown that there was a significant difference between the results of pre-test and post-test. It was proved through the testing hypothesis, i.e. applying 0.05 level significance with 30 (31-1) the degree of freedom (df), the researcher found that t-test (7.3) was greater than the value of the t-table (1.697). In conclusion, the word association was effective to be used in teaching English Vocabulary. Keywords: Developing, Developing Vocabulary, Word Association
