This article’s aim is to explain the impact of technology entrepreneurship phenomenon on waste management enterprise performance in the conditions of COVID-19 pandemic. The concept of technology entrepreneurship according to the configuration approach and the category of high-performance organization are the theoretical bases of empirical investigation. For the implementation of empirical research, Fuzzy set Qualitative Comparative Analysis (FsQCA) was adopted. The research sample included a group of producers of Refused Derived Fuel (RDF) as a central part of the waste to energy industry located in Poland. The research results showed that the waste to energy sector is highly immune to pandemic threats. While during COVID-19, the basic economic parameters (i.e., sales, profitability and employment) of the entire industry in Poland clearly decreased, the same parameters in the case of the waste to energy industry remained at the same level. The research results allow the formulation of two high-performance models of technology entrepreneurship in the waste to energy industry under COVID-19 conditions. The first model is based on traditional technologies and hierarchical organizational structures, and the second is using innovative technologies and flexible structures. Both technology entrepreneurship models are determined by their emergence as complementary to implementation strategies and the opportunity-oriented allocation of resources within business model portfolios.

The influence of a type of new generation: superplasticizer (SP), anti-foaming admixture (AFA) and viscosity modifying admixture (VMA) on the air-content, workability of high performance self-compacting concrete (HPSCC) is analyzed in the paper. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of type of the admixtures on porosity of HPSCC in the aspect of the compressive strength. The research results indicated that type of admixtures and its combinations result in different strengths of HPSCC, regardless of the total porosity characteristics of HPSCC.

The article proposes system research of the spiked cereals harvesting process by a combine stripping, when the stripping header and the grain heap clearing are performed by one harvesting unit based on a self-propelled all-wheel drive combine harvester with a modernized design and technological scheme, in contrast to their aggregation by conventional batch-produced harvesters, which do not provide the harvesting quality according to the agrotechnical requirements. The commonly used aggregation of high-performance stripper headers by series combine harvesters, does not give an effect from the technology of combine stripping due to such violations of agrotechnical requirements as grain crushing for up to 1,9 %, its direct losses off the combine for up to 1,5 %, high kernel micro-damage, etc. With the use of a system approach, the design and technological aspects of spiked cereal combine stripping have been proposed, the use of which will eliminate the disadvantages of the used combine stripping while maintaining the high achievements of this technology in increasing labor productivity by 1,4 ... 2,0 times and saving diesel fuel for up to 45 %. In the principles of improving the technology by combine stripping, proposed by the authors, the requirements for its subsystems are given, indicating the main parameters of the stripping header and the combine harvester that aggregates it for clearing an unwinnowed grain heap. The proposed approach will enable to accelerate the spiked cereal stripping technology implementation with a high increase in the harvesting unit performance by 1,4 ... 2,0 times and with a fuel economy for up to 45 %.

Owing to high performance of surface compaction, tandem vibratory roller has been used widely today. However, the start- stop dynamic process of vibratory roller has brought some problems that seriously affect the performance and reliability of the vibratory roller. This paper discusses the dynamic characteristics of hydraulic system, does co-simulation of hydraulic system and mechanical system by applying AMEsim and ADAMS, and studies suppression method of the inertial load of walking system. Research of the thesis proves that this method can improve the dynamic quality and reliability.
