Based on 《Energy Saving Renovation Technology Standard for Existing Residential Buildings in Hebei Province》DB13(J)/T74-2008 ,This paper put forward 7 kinds of suitable for different time residential buildings energy saving renovation solution in Hebei province. It analyzed and calculated the energy conservation , economy and applicability of the solution , provided technical support for the energy saving renovation.
