Abstrak: Sistem informasi mempunyai peran penting dalam menghasilkan informasi bagi semua tingkatan manajemen. Analis perlu mengetahui keperluan informasi yang diinginkan manajemen agar informasi yang dihasilkan oleh sistem informasi dapat berfungsi dan tepat bagi manajemen. Proses evaluasi terhadap kinerja dari sistem informasi diperlukan untuk mengetahui apakah sistem informasi Universitas Muhammadiyah Sorong berjalan sebagaimana mestinya. Evaluasi sistem informasi dapat dilakukan dengan cara yang berbeda dan pada tingkatan yang berbeda, tergantung pada tujuan evaluasinya. Dalam melakukan kegiatan analisis dan evaluasi sistem informasi, terdapat beberapa metode atau model analisis yang dapat digunakan salah satunya adalah model analisis PIECES Framework. Untuk mempermudah evaluasi, ditawarkan cara analisis dengan kerangka PIECES Framework yang menguraikan ke dalam 6 fokus analisis kelemahan yaitu Performance, Information and Data, Economy, Control and Security, Eficiency dan Service. Tujuan penelitan ini untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan, mengetahui kelemahan serta kekuatan dan menganalisis komponen-komponen yang diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, yang terdapat pada sistem informasi perpustakaan Universitas Muhammadiyah Sorong. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan daftar pernyataan yang diberikan kepada responden yang merupakan pengguna sistem informasi perpustakaan Universitas Muhammadiyah Sorong, domain Performance, Information & Data, Economics, Control & Security, Efficiency, dan Service, semua berada pada kategori puas, artinya penerapan sistem informasi perpustakaan Universitas Muhammadiyah Sorong, yang saat ini digunakan dilingkungan Kampus sudah dapat diterima sesuai dengan kerangka PIECES Framework.   Kata kunci: kepuasan pengguna, PIECES Framework, website.   Abstract: Information systems have an important role in producing information for all levels of management. Analysts need to know necessity of the information that management wants so that the information generated by the information system can function and be appropriate for management. The process of evaluating performance of the information system is needed to determine whether the information system at the University of Muhammadiyah Sorong is running as it should. Information systems evaluation can be carried out in different ways and at different levels, depending on objective of the evaluation. In carrying out information system analysis and evaluation activities, there are several methods or analysis models that can be used, one of which is the PIECES Framework analysis model. To simplify the evaluation, an analysis method is offered with the PIECES Framework which describes the 6 focus of weakness analysis, that are Performance, Information and Data, Economy, Control and Security, Efficiency and Service. The purpose of this research is to measure the level of satisfaction, find out the strengths, weaknesses and analyze the components that need to be improved the quality of service, which is contained in the library information system of the Muhammadiyah University of Sorong. Based on the results of the calculation of the list of statements given to respondents who are users of the library information system at the Muhammadiyah University of Sorong, the domain of Performance, Information & Data, Economics, Control & Security, Efficiency and Service, all of in the satisfied category, meaning that the application of the library information system at the Muhammadiyah University of Sorong , which is currently being used in the campus environment is acceptable in accordance with the PIECES Framework.   Keywords: user satisfaction, PIECES Framework, website.

For some Pressurized Water Reactors (PWR) operated on automobiles, boats or deep sea vessels, system characteristics is important for understanding their safety during severe accidents. The development of an analysis code and the transient thermal beaviors of a floating nuclear reactor under heaving motion are described in this paper. By modifying the control equations based on the mathematical models of ocean conditions, an ocean condition available system analysis code named RELAP5/GR was developed from RELAP5 MOD3.2 to simulate the transient thermal-hydraulic response of the nuclear reactor systems to the motion conditions in accidents, which is an advanced and independent node programming code. Using the code, the analysis model was established for a small 200MW offshore floating nuclear plants (OFNP). The transient thermal behaviors of the whole system were analyzed in the cases of the station blackout accident under heaving motion conditons. The analysis shows that all the results can be reasonably explained and the code development is successful at this stage.

Behavior of a water column oscillator with a cover gas system was studied experimentally and analytically. One of the free water surfaces was sealed with the cover gas, while the other was open to the atmosphere. The cover gas was supplied with a constant rate, and it was ejected through a valve when the water level reached a certain point. As soon as the level reached another point, the valve closed and the cover gas quantity increased again. In the experiment, a bifurcation-like phenomenon was observed; the valve closed period usually had a single value, while it took two values under certain conditions. In order to examine the cause of this bifurcation-like phenomenon, a numerical analysis model was developed which described the system behavior precisely. The analytical result revealed that the bifurcation-like phenomenon was not bifurcation but an abrupt change of the value dimmed by superimposed noise. Finally the numerical model predicts that the water column oscillator behaves chaotically at certain conditions.

On the base of modal synthesis theory, the self-compiling vehicle-bridge coupling vibration analysis program was used to analyze the vehicle dynamic response and passing vehicle riding comfort of cable-stayed bridge. Compared with the impact of different factors on vehicle riding comfort, this method provides a useful theoretical reference to correlated evaluation research and management maintenance. The influence of driving speed on comfort is not obvious. The research makes reference to correlated project evaluation in procedure and method.

The calculation of exhaust steam enthalpy for steam turbine units is an important parameter in the on-line monitoring and system analysis for thermal power plants. The cognitive modeling method for exhaust steam enthalpy based on evidence theory was studied in this paper. Take 330MW steam turbine for example, exhaust steam enthalpy samples are obtained from steam turbine variable condition analysis model, then exhaust steam enthalpy cognitive model based on simplify evidential regression multi-model is established. The error analysis shows that the accuracy of this model has higher prediction accuracy than the SVM and NW soft measurement model.

PurposeBy calculating the information entropy of the indicator and measuring the amount of information in the data, this paper determines the weight of the indicator according to the impact of the relative change of the indicator on the whole.Design/methodology/approachIn order to study the action mechanism of circular economy development and green finance, based on the entropy method, this paper constructs a system analysis model based on event research.FindingsMoreover, this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to obtain subjective weights based on expert opinions and then uses the entropy method to obtain objective weights and finally combines the two. In addition, an intelligent model is constructed based on the action mechanism of circular economy development and green finance to improve the system structure.Originality/valueFinally, this paper designs experiments to verify the performance of the system model. The research results show that the system model constructed in this paper meets the actual situation.
