The data warehouse is a single data storage that is complete and consistent with subject-oriented, integrated, non-volatile, and time-variant characteristics that can be used to support decisions. While Data mart is a subset of a data warehouse that supports the information needs of certain departments or business process functions. Badan Kepegawaian, Pendidikan Pelatihan (BKPP) of Bandung Municipality has a history of employee mutation transactions that have not been optimally utilized so it will be very useful if the data can be made into a data mart. This data mart development method uses the From Enterprise Models to Dimensional Models method as its design method and the Bottom-Up Approach as an approach in developing a data mart. This data mart developed using the PostgreSQL database and the PHP language. The purpose of this research is to develop human resource data mart by optimizing the utilization of historical data from employee mutation transactions. The results of this research are human resources data mart that accommodates historical data on employee mutation transactions and produces information that is useful for the Top Management to support the making decision.

SYNOPSIS This paper aims to promote the application of deep learning to audit procedures by illustrating how the capabilities of deep learning for text understanding, speech recognition, visual recognition, and structured data analysis fit into the audit environment. Based on these four capabilities, deep learning serves two major functions in supporting audit decision making: information identification and judgment support. The paper proposes a framework for applying these two deep learning functions to a variety of audit procedures in different audit phases. An audit data warehouse of historical data can be used to construct prediction models, providing suggested actions for various audit procedures. The data warehouse will be updated and enriched with new data instances through the application of deep learning and a human auditor's corrections. Finally, the paper discusses the challenges faced by the accounting profession, regulators, and educators when it comes to applying deep learning.

Knowledge discovery is the process of adding knowledge from a large amount of data. The quality of knowledge generated from the process of knowledge discovery greatly affects the results of the decisions obtained. Existing data must be qualified and tested to ensure knowledge discovery processes can produce knowledge or information that is useful and feasible. It deals with strategic decision-making for an organization. Combining multiple operational databases and external data create the data warehouse. This treatment is very vulnerable to incomplete, inconsistent, and noisy data. Data mining provides a mechanism to clear this deficiency before finally stored in the data warehouse. This research tries to give technique to improve the quality of information in the data warehouse.

Electronic ticket (eticket) provider services are growing fast in Indonesia, makingthe competition between companies increasingly intense. Moreover, most of them have the sameservice or feature for serving their customers. To get back the feedback of their customers, manycompanies use social media (Facebook and Twitter) for marketing activity or communicatingdirectly with their customers. The development of current technology allows the company totake data from social media. Thus, many companies take social media data for analyses. Thisstudy proposed developing a data warehouse to analyze data in social media such as likes, comments, and sentiment. Since the sentiment is not provided directly from social media data, this study uses lexicon based classification to categorize the sentiment of users’ comments. Thisdata warehouse provides business intelligence to see the performance of the company based ontheir social media data. The data warehouse is built using three travel companies in Indonesia. As a result, this data warehouse provides the comparison of the performance based on the socialmedia data.
