Retail industry is the second largest industry after agricultural industry in terms of employment absorption in Indonesia. The situation of the quite dynamic retail industry is marked by the development of modern retail trade and it impacts on traditional markets and suppliers. PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, known as Alfamart is one of the best retail company  in Indonesia. It already uses Supply Chain Management and B2B to support their operations. Alfamart also has its own website which provides information about products, outlets, services, and promo. This research discusses about IT improvement. The purpose of this paper is to improve Alfamart IT performance and make innovation on the IT to increase customer satisfaction.  The methodology used is defining the problem, measure, analyst problem, improvement required by Alfamart, and control to monitor the implementation. Problems are identified using SWOT analysis, problem clarification, and business model canvas. Analyzing the problems, solution hypotheses and IT improvement are recommended for Alfamart.

Dynamics analysis is currently a key technique to fully understand the dynamic characteristics of sophisticated mechanical systems because it is a prerequisite for dynamic design and control studies. In this study, a dynamics analysis problem for a multiple launch rocket system (MLRS) is developed. We particularly focus on the deductions of equations governing the motion of the MLRS without rockets by using a transfer matrix method for multibody systems and the motion of rockets via the Newton–Euler method. By combining the two equations, the differential equations of the MLRS are obtained. The complete process of the rockets’ ignition, movement in the barrels, airborne flight, and landing is numerically simulated via the Monte Carlo stochastic method. An experiment is implemented to validate the proposed model and the corresponding numerical results.

Sustainability accounting is an emerging research area receiving growing awareness. This study examines the role of digital technology in manufacturing companies’ sustainability accounting. To guide the research, we use a triple layered business model canvas, which supports the accounting of a manufacturer’s performance for the economic, environmental, and social aspects of sustainability. We present an explorative case study of four Norwegian manufacturing companies representing different industries. The findings from the study indicate that while accounting for economic values is well taken care of, companies do not perform comprehensive environmental and social accounting. Furthermore, we observed a shift from a focus on sustainability issues related to the internal manufacturing process to a focus on sustainability issues for the life cycle of the product. Even though the manufacturers are at the forefront with regard to automation and control of production, with extensive use of robots giving a large amount of data, these data are not utilized towards sustainability accounting, showing that sustainability and digitalization are seen as two separate phenomena. This study sheds light on how digital data available from applied Industry 4.0 technologies could enhance sustainability accounting with limited efforts, linking sustainability and digitalization. The results provide insights for manufacturers and researchers in moving towards more sustainable operations and products.

The one commodity that is highly prospective for cultivated on an industrial scale and households are catfish (Clarias sp.). The purpose of this study was (1) analyze the feasibility of catfish farming in dry land in the district of Gunung Kidul Yogyakarta Province, (2) analyze the potential of catfish farming in ponds tarp on dry land, (3) develop alternative business development in the district of Gunung Kidul Yogyakarta Province. The method used in this thesis is descriptive method that focuses on technical aspects and business cultivation, as well as a SWOT analysis. Based on the feasibility analysis has a promising prospect and deserves to be developed. To maximize revenue catfish farmers, a combination of strategies SO, WO Strategies and strategy ST is an appropriate strategy to be chosen by farmers to improve their business. Increase the number and extent of ponds and develop farming, applying methods of maintenance and cultivation of good, as well as expand market coverage ranging from individual consumers, restaurants and traditional markets to restaurants to modern markets to improve capital efficiency and increase profits for farmers catfish on dry land in the district of Gunung Kidul.

On this research author uses qualitative descriptive method that is by using the business model Business model Canvas (BMC), then evaluated using a SWOT analysis in every Business model Canvas (BMC) block on CV. Hakhenbik. The most powerful element in the Business Model Canvas is the      Key Partnership, sis the    value propositions. The elements that still lack are    Customer Relationships and the next is   Key Resources. Be  rbased on SWOT analysis, CV. Hakhenbik is advised to improve on the element of customer relationshipsThis is because the important factor in running the business is to maintain good relations with the customer, one way to maintain a good relationship with the customer is to maintain communication with customers such as increase communication through social media such as facebook, whats up group, Instagram  and others, and can be done by maintaining loyal customers by providing members cards  and discounts for loyal customers. In addition to the customer relationships elements that need to be repaired are key Resources   by conducting training and development to employees of both operational and management employees.

Abstract: The Waste Bank is a waste collection concept with business management such as banking, but what is saved is the selected dry waste. The purpose of this study is to design an appropriate alternative strategy with a business model canvas approach for plastic waste recycling at BSKP. The research method used a qualitative descriptive approach with data analysis techniques using SWOT analysis and the business model canvas. The results showed that the development of a business model was prioritized on 4 blocks, namely key resources, key partners, key activities and customer relationships. The development of key resource blocks is carried out by increasing the skills and understanding of human resources regarding the use of technology and information. Development of key partner blocks by creating creative programs to improve relationships with partners, especially customers. Development of block key activities by establishing relationships with customers in the use of micro-scale plastic waste. Whereas in developing customer relationships, it is necessary to improve personal and group services by creating social media channels to maintain and communicate instinctively with customers and potential customers. Abstrak: Bank Sampah merupakan konsep pengumpulan sampah dengan manajemen usaha seperti perbankan namun yang ditabung merupakan sampah kering yang sudah dipilih. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu merancang strategi alternatif yang tepat dengan pendekatan business model canvas usaha daur ulang sampah plastik di BSKP. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis SWOT dan business model canvas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dalam pengembangan model bisnis diprioritaskan pada 4 blok yaitu key resources, key partner, key activities dan customer relationship. Pengembangan pada blok key resources dilakukan dengan cara peningkatan ketrampilan dan pemahaman SDM tentang pemanfaatan teknologi dan informasi. Pengembangan pada blok key partner dengan membuat program yang kreatif dalam meningkatkan hubungan dengan mitra khususnya nasabah. Pengembangan pada blok key activities dengan cara menjalin hubungan dengan nasabah dalam pemanfaatan sampah plastik skala mikro. Sedangkan dalam pengembangan customer relationship perlu ditingkatkan dalam layanan personal maupun kelompok dengan membuat channel media sosial guna mempertahankan dan komunikasi yang instens dengan pelanggan dan calon pelanggan Garbage Bank, Plastic Waste, SWOT, Business Model Canvas

Purpose. The aim of the article is strategic analysis of the state of development of LLC “GALYCHMED”, identification of positive and negative trends and changes, identification, and awareness of the factors that cause inhibition of its development, search for priority ways and directions of development of the analysed enterprise. Methodology of research. To achieve this goal, a toolkit of research methods was used, namely: economic-statistical and calculation-analytical – to study the opportunities and threats to the external environment of the operation of LLC “GALYCHMED”, the strengths and weaknesses of the studied enterprise; matrix method of strategic analysis (SWOT-analysis) – to comprehensively reflect the results of the analysis of the external and internal environment of LLC “GALYCHMED”; problem-oriented – to substantiate the strategic directions and the potential scenario of solving the issues of development of the analysed enterprise; tabular – for visual display and effective perception of statistical data; induction and deduction – for concluding; logical – for the consistent generalization of theoretical and practical provisions of scientific research. Findings. SWOT analysis was performed according to the stages of filling in the SWOT matrix, processing (summarizing) results, and analysis of results. It is noted that the main purpose of SWOT analysis as a matrix method is to obtain reliable data on the company’s capabilities and threats to its promotion in the market of goods and services, so before SWOT analysis are the following tasks: identifying marketing opportunities that meet the company’s resources; identification of marketing threats and development of measures to neutralize their impact; identifying the strengths of the enterprise and comparing them with market opportunities; identification of enterprise weaknesses and development of strategic directions for overcoming them; identification of competitive advantages of the enterprise and formation of its strategic priorities. It is established that the influence of the macroenvironment is negative and the mesoenvironment is positive. The most important factors of positive influence are the attitude of the buyer to the product, the population, the attitude of people to work, and so on. Among the most negative factors are inflation, the social situation in the country and the world (COVID-19), financial crisis, slowing economic growth, the purchasing power of the population, industry competitors, potential competitors, and more. The following advantages of the analysed enterprise are determined: the goods sold by the enterprise; quality of services; state of the sales system; market share; availability of credit; enterprise assets; net profit. It is proved that the unstable financial market due to the pandemic, the devaluation of the national currency, the situation in the banking sector, losses in the area of environmental protection in eastern Ukraine, as well as other factors negatively affected the trading activities of LLC “GALYCHMED”. In most retailers, costs have risen and profits have fallen, prompting more conservative pricing and spending cuts. Originality. The application of SWOT analysis has been further developed, which allows to selection measures to ensure the economic growth of the enterprise, systematize problem situations, identify and use new potentials faster than competitors, avoid dangers, make informed decisions about small business development, and prevent irrational use of financial assets. This technique is an effective, affordable, cheap way to assess the state of the problem and management situation in small businesses. Practical value. The results of the SWOT analysis are recommended for use by the researched enterprise (LLC “GALYCHMED”) and other retail enterprises to determine the development strategy, for market analysis and study of competitiveness, but each time it must be adapted to the specifics of the enterprise. Case overview At midnight on Thursday, 26 March 2020, the South African government ordered a three-week lockdown in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and subsequently extended this lockdown for a further two weeks until the end of April 2020. Among other measures, businesses not classed as “essential” had to cease operation. This meant that Jonathan Robinson, founder of the Bean There Coffee Company had to close his trendy Cape Town and Milpark coffee shops, as well as the company’s hospitality and corporate business. At the same time, Bean There’s costs increased by 25%, as the rand: dollar exchange rate worsened substantially. A glimmer of hope was that the company was able to continue roasting coffee and supplying its retail clients. Unlike most captains of industry, Robinson was not driven by the bottom line and clamouring shareholders. His corporate strategy was driven by a single, simple purpose: to achieve ethical sustainability aspirations while still running a profitable business. The question for him now, however, was how to ensure that his company could survive in the short term, so that it could achieve these goals in the longer term, and whether he could take this opportunity to think about whether his business was best positioned to achieve these goals when things returned to normal. The informatization of agricultural industry cluster promotes agricultural modernization. However, agricultural industry cluster in China has no real use of modern information technology. It does not form a rational application system and perfect frame structure, and also it has not reached in the true sense of "industrial clusters", further it influences the competitiveness of agricultural regional economy and the individual as a whole. We mainly study the model of agricultural industrial cluster information, combined with the realistic version of the "happy farm", by reference to the network of food pattern, to establish urban modern agriculture Demonstration Park. By SWOT analysis of the construction of the information platform model, we find out that information of agriculture ecological park to solve the main problems, the overall framework of information technology services of public building agricultural cluster model, focus on building the application function module of the realistic version of the "happy farm".
