In a tighter business competition, company in original VCD/DVD rental needs strategic planning system and information technology to win the competition. In order to fulfill the information, the company is doing the system analysis and information technology, and also suggesting a plan to system developing and company’s information technology. The research method is doing literature study, field research, and analysis method and system planning and strategic information technology based on the method by Tozer. The expected result is through strategic system planning and information technology, the company could choose the exact strategy in solving internal problems.

The Village

South Pringsewu is the name of a village located in Pringsewu district. This village has the main potential, namely agriculture and industry. To develop its potential it needs to be updated from the system that has been used in empowering the potential of the village manually and not yet using the information system even in the form of a website. The purpose of this research was to select South Pringsewu Village that has the potential of villages that need to be empowered using information technology. Information Technology is needed to facilitate the access, management and empowerment of village potentials, so that it is expected to be able to improve the progress and quality of South Pringsewu Village. The author conducted the research by observation, interview, and literature study methods and built web-based applications through the stages of planning, system analysis, system design and design, and system implementation using the PHP programming language

Cyber Notary is the use or utilization of information technology such as computers, computer networks, and/or other electronic media, such as teleconferences or video conferences in carrying out the tasks of the authority of a Notary Public. This study analyzes the authentication of electronic documents in the form of the minutes of the General Meeting of Shareholders in the Cyber Notary concept and the proof of the minutes of the General Meeting of Shareholders held with the concept of Cyber Notary. The research method used in this study is normative juridical. The source of legal material in this research is secondary legal material. This Legal Material Analysis Method is Normative Qualitative. Based on the results of the study found that Authentication of electronic documents in the form of the minutes of the General Meeting of Shareholders in the concept of Cyber Notary can be done by means of a Notary does not need to be present during the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Cyber Notary takes place. If the Notary is present directly at the meeting then it is actually dangerous for the Notary, because in the Cyber Notary RUPS there are meeting participants who attend using teleconferences or video conferences that do not allow the Notary to get to know all meeting participants who were present at the meeting. Making Deed of Minutes of the meeting is sufficient to be made by a Notary based on the Minutes of Meeting under the hand of the authorized shareholders to the Board of Directors to be drawn up by a Notary. Keywords: Strength of Proof; GMS Deed; Cyber Notary.

The information on waterfall tourism destination provided in the tourism office website of each regency in Bali is still limited. There is a need to manage them in a database which can be monitored regularly and can be informed to the public through the tourism office website of each regency in Bali. Some regencies in Bali that have had the data collection of waterfall tourism destinations were involved to gain the data. The purpose of this study is to analyze the tourism office website of each regency of Bali, in order to be able to utilize and maximize the presentation of information in an appropriate, easy and updated manner. Besides, it can let the public know the waterfall which is untouched by many tourists. The research methodology carried out includes several stages, namely system analysis, literature study, problem identification, goal setting, information needs analysis, data inventory, presentation of results and evaluation. The conclusion of this study is that three regencies in Bali have used a website, four districts in Bali already have a website but do not have information on tourist areas, and one Kelungkung Regency does not have a website. The expected result of this study is the utilization of tourism office websites of each regency in Bali. So that it can introduce tourism in each region to visiting tourists and can improve the performance of the tourism department and increase government foreign exchange earnings. The objective of this research is to evaluate sales information system that is ongoing in PT XYZ and to identify problems in sales system and also to recommend a renovation suggestion towards sales application so it goes well, accurate, and high-quality. The research method in this paper is including important data and information collecting, literature study and field research: observation, interview and questionnaire. The result is identified that sales information system controlling in PT XYZ still needs development especially in upgrading system and recruitment in IT division to supervise application system to avoid potential risks that will influence targeting company objective.

Research method used in this paper is literature study, continued with reflective data analysis. Data Warehouse is a computer system for archiving and analyzing historical data of an organization. An organization copies information from its operational systems to a warehouse. The purpose of this research is to help provide information in supporting the decision-making process in the field of sales, purchasing and material inventory control at PT Kanaan Global Indonesia. PT Kanaan Global Indonesia previously presented the data warehouse manually. By designing a data warehouse system, company leaders can be more assisted in making decisions that are faster and more precise. As an old educational institution, SMK Ma'arif NU 1 Ajibarang is growing rapidly, however it has not implemented Information Systems and Information Technology optimally in its business processes and does not yet have an Information Systems strategic planning portfolio. This is deemed necessary in making a strategic information system, in order to provide superiority in business competition. Information system strategic planning is one of the keys in implementing information systems and information technology in business activities. Strategic planning in this study uses themethod Ward and Peppard to compile an information system strategic plan at SMK Ma'aif NU 1 Ajibarang and AHP to determine the application roadmap. The results of this analysis define the information system strategic planning company in the form of an information system business strategy, information system management strategy and information technology, information system strategy, information system recommendations, future applications and implementation plans.

The article purposes are to analyze, identify, and measure the risks found in the use of information technology. The research method used are literature study and field study upon observations, interviews, documentation, and FRAP (facilitated Risk Analysis Process) approach to measure the risk of information technology. The results found are positive and negative findings in the use of information technology. The exixting weaknesses allow the potential risks that may occur. The conclusion is there are vulnerabilities found in the use of information technology that need several recommendations on those risks to improve performance andguarantee data protection and information from any risk arise.
