Purpose of this research is to analyze and design an appropriate system to help PT. Zero CelciusIndonesia in offering service to their customers, in order to keep a good relationship and communication,and also to obtain information as needed. Research methods used were library study, customers’ needsanalysis, designing and creating of e-CRM system, programming, and system testing as suggested. Result gotfrom the survey to company was that the current CRM system was only run by limited company staffs.Whereas the clients owned by company were considered quite many. Therefore, a CRM based on web or alsoknown as e-CRM was being created. So, the conclusion is that because of e-CRM, a better service to thecustomers can be given more focus and a relationship between company and customers can be closer; notonly as market subjects, but as colleagues.

Cooperative in SMK 1 Pariaman City is cooperative that is on developing and have a routine enough high, but the process processing the data still using a manual system. In overcoming these problems an information system is needed in order to simplify the performance of cooperative devices, then the authors designed a cooperative information system at SMK Country 1 city Pariaman. There are several methods in this writing such as research methods to develop an system the interactive model used has several stages in forming an information system, namely system planning, system analysis, system design and application of system. The result of this writing is a cooperative information system design that uses the testing phase with the blackbox method, namely system testing that focuses on functional spesifications and software and the tester can define a collection of input conditions in testing the functional specifications of the program.

Self confidence is a belief in one’s own abilities, its feel free to do things according to your wishes and responsibilities for their action, have a good relationship  with others, have a drive for a achievement and can recognize the strengths and weaknesses. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the GURU Process to increase the self confidence of SMK students. The research method uses a quantitative approach, an experimental technique with a pre-posttest one group design. The research subjects were students of SMKN 2 Kediri who were selected by purposive sampling is those who had low self confidence. Data collection uses a scale of self confidence. This article is limited to research methods. The results of the study are expected to be the references and additional insights to BK GURUs in SMK, its the use of the GURU Process technique to increase student confidence
