Abstract:Computer data security relies on preventing data theft from irresponsible parties by using cryptography method. Some cryptography algorithms have good and poor performance in encrypting and decrypting data depending on the key types. Therefore the purpose of this research is to measure the performance of the hybrid algorithm, consisting a symmetric keyBlowfish algorithm and an asymmetric key RSA algorithm, in encrypting and decrypting multiple types of data such as documents, photos, audios, and videos. The result is the performance of the hybrid algorithm is almost on par with Blowfish and provides a more secure data encryption and decryption by taking advantage of RSA algorithm. The average encryption performance of hybrid algorithm is 0.85s on document, 1.06s on photo, 3.38s on audio, and 15.56s on video. While the average decryption performance of hybrid algorithm is 1.01s on document, 1.38s on photo, 4.3s on audio, and 27.56s on video.            Keywords:Hybrid cryptography, Data security, Performance, Blowfish, RSA  Abstrak:Keamanan data komputer berhubungan dengan pencegahan dari pencurian data oleh pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab, salah satu cara pengamanan data komputer yaitu dengan teknik kriptografi. Beberapa metode kriptografi memiliki performa yang baik dan buruk tergantung dengan tipe kuncinya. Maka dari itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengukur tingkat kecepatan kriptografi hybrid, terdiri dari algoritma simetris Blowfish dan algoritma asimetris RSA, dengan beberapa tipe data seperti dokumen, foto, audio dan video. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah algoritma hybrid memiliki performa yang tidak jauh berbeda dari algoritma Blowfish dan membuat proses enkripsi dan dekripsi data lebih aman dengan keunggulan dari algoritma RSA. Rata-rata kecepatan enkripsi algoritma hybrid untuk dokumen 0,85 detik, gambar 1,06 detik, audio 3,38 detik, dan video 15,56 detik. Sedangkan rata-rata kecepatan dekripsi algoritma hybrid untuk dokumen 1,01 detik, gambar 1,38 detik, audio 4,3 detik, dan video 27,56 detik. Kata kunci:Kriptografihybrid, Keamanan data, Performa, Blowfish, RSA

Humans interact with fellow humans using communication. Not everything that is communicated contains a message so that it can be known by many people, sometimes the communication is confidential so that only certain people can know it. The occurrence of data tapping submitted is certainly a problem if the data is confidential, therefore a data security system is needed so that the data cannot be stolen or changed by tappers or crackers. One solution to secure data is to use cryptography. Cryptography is the science and art of maintaining message security when messages are sent from one media to another without experiencing interference from third parties. Through cryptographic techniques, data can be changed into passwords that are not understood and return them back to the original, this process is called data encryption and decryption. This data security process uses the Digraph Cipher method. Some facilities in the Digraph Cipher method are the keys used in the encryption and decryption process are the same (symmetrical) and the decryption process is the opposite of the encryption process.

Many studies have been done with the security of cloud computing. Though data encryption is a typical approach, high computing complexity for encryption and decryption of data is needed. Therefore, safe system for distributed processing with secure data attracts attention, and a lot of studies have been done. Secure multiparty computation (SMC) is one of these methods. Specifically, two learning methods for machine learning (ML) with SMC are known. One is to divide learning data into several subsets and perform learning. The other is to divide each item of learning data and perform learning. So far, most of works for ML with SMC are ones with supervised and unsupervised learning such as BP and K-means methods. It seems that there does not exist any studies for reinforcement learning (RL) with SMC. This paper proposes learning methods with SMC for Q-learning which is one of typical methods for RL. The effectiveness of proposed methods is shown by numerical simulation for the maze problem.

Now-a-days data plays a key role in Information Technology and while coming to privacy of that data it has become a considerable issue to maintain data security at high level. Large amounts of data generated through devices are considered as a major obstacle and also tough to handle in real time scenarios. To meetwith consistent performance applications at present abandon encryptions techniquesbecausethe time for the execution and the completion of encryption techniques plays a key role during processing and transmissions of data. In this paper our moto is to secure data and proposed a new technique called Dynamic Data Encryption Strategy (DDES)which selectively encrypts data and uses some algorithms which provides a perfect encryption strategy for the data packages under some timing constraints. By this method we can achieve data privacy and security for big-data in mobile cloud-computing by using an encryption strategy respective to their requirements during execution time.

Abstack: Data stored in storage media is often lost or opened by certain parties who are not responsible, so that it is very detrimental to the owner of the data, it is necessary to secure data so that the data can be locked so that it cannot be opened by irresponsible parties. The RC5 and RC6 algorithms are digestive massage algorithms or sometimes also known as the hash function which is an algorithm whose input is a message whose length is not certain, and produces an output message digest from its input message with exactly 128 bits in length. RC6 password is a protection for the user in securing data on a PC or computer. Based on the results of the conclusions taken: For the experiments carried out on the RC5 algorithm the execution time for the generation of keys (set-up key) is very fast, which is about 9-10 ns, a trial carried out on the RC6 algorithm execution time for the key generator (set up key ) faster than 10-11 ns. In the encryption and decryption process, the execution time depends on the size or size of the plaintext file. The larger the size of the plaintext file, the longer the execution time.Abstrak : Data yang tersimpan dalam media penyimpanan sering hilang atau dibuka oleh pihak-pihak tertentu yang tidak bertanggung jawab, sehinga merugikan sekali bagi pemilik data tersebut, untuk itu diperlukan suatu pengamanan data agar data tersebut dapat terkunci sehingga tidak dapat dibuka oleh pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab.. Algoritma RC5 dan RC6 merupakan algoritma massage digest atau kadang juga dikenal dengan hash function yaitu suatu algoritma yang inputnya berupa sebuah pesan yang panjangnya tidak tertentu, dan menghasilkan keluaran sebuah message digest dari pesan inputnya dengan panjang tepat 128 bit. Password RC6 merupakan salah satu perlindungan kepada user dalam pengamanan data yang berada dalam sebuah Pc atau computer. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian diambil kesimpulan : Untuk uji coba yang dilakukan pada algoritma RC5 waktu eksekusi untuk pembangkitan kunci  (set up key) sangat cepat sekali yaitu sekitar  9-10 ns, uji coba yang dilakukan pada algoritma RC6 waktu eksekusi untuk pembangkit kunci (set up key) lebih cepat sekali yaitu 10-11 ns, Pada proses enkripsi dan dekripsi, waktu eksekusi tergantung dari besar atau kecilnya ukuran file plaintext.s emakin besar ukuran file plaintext maka semakin lama waktu eksekusinya.

A lot of data is misused without the data owner being aware of it. Software developers must ensure the security user data on their system. Due to the size of the market that houses data, the security of record databases must be of great concern. Cryptographic systems or data encryption can be used for data security. The Merkle-Hellman Knapsack algorithm is included in public-key cryptography because it uses different keys for the encryption and decryption processes. This algorithm belongs to the NP-complete algorithm which cannot be solved in polynomial order time. This algorithm has stages of key generation, encryption, and decryption. The results of this study secure database records from theft by storing records in the form of ciphertext/password. Ciphertext generated by algorithmic encryption has a larger size than plaintext.

In this paper two methods are used, namely the vigenere cipher method and the RSA method. The vigenere cipher method is an example of a symmetric algorithm, while RSA is an example of an asymmetric algorithm. The combination of these two methods is called hybrid cryptography which has the advantage in terms of speed during the encryption process. Each process, which is encryption and decryption, is carried out twice, so that security can be ensured. In the process of forming the key used the RSA method. In the encryption process using public keys that have been generated before when the key is formed. This public key is used in sending data to the recipient of a secret message where this key is used for the data encryption process. The Secret key is kept and will be used during the decryption process. There is a system architecture that describes how clients and servers communicate with each other over the internet using the TCP protocol where the client here is an IoT device and the server is a server.
