Mobile learning is the future development of digital learning, Due to the different mobile development system for different mobile devices, which became a major bottleneck for mobile development. Existing mobile learning resources are scarce, showing most of the text, web pages, video format, rare game theme unattractive for the format of fixed points, lack of reusability and versatility. Base on the characteristic of Dispersed, fragmentary characteristics of mobile learning, imitating the form of the theme of the popular online game, to make the learner a more active, more effective and more lasting in mobile learning. Use Flash to develop mobile learning teaching game, introduces the idea of integrable Ware to mobile game development, separate the knowledge from the game, and improve the reusability and versatility of the game.

In recent decades, vendors developed technology infrastructure solutions to integrate with enterprises and consumers' mobile devices. Hybrid development platforms are solution architecture designed to enhance developers' capabilities and provide organizations as well as customers the level of services to support mobile devices capabilities. Hybrid development platform solutions are easy to deploy at various enterprises. These capabilities can be distributed to/or integrated with mobile devices as agile applications and system interfaces. Hybrid mobile devices are designed to further provide users with enhanced technology solutions: cloud computing, big data, the Internet, physical and/or virtual network systems. The development of hybrid mobile platforms provides developers with advanced technology capabilities, necessary for supporting mobile devices once deployed to the marketplace. Technical and security features affecting the development and security of mobile devices are also discussed in this chapter.

With e-Business rapidly spreads out in recent years, there is a significant trend that more and more consumers are using mobile applications in engaging with e-Commerce. In order to reach out to maximum consumers across diverse mobile platforms, how to choose a suitable e-Commerce mobile application development approaches with reliable compatibility and lower cost becomes a challenging solution. This paper starts with describing an overview of various development approaches in the field of e-Commerce mobile applications. The research will focus on examining the performance of e-Business mobile applications in terms of access to mobile features, advanced graphics and compatibility are developed using such frameworks. By analyzing the research data on several platforms, this paper will list the pros and cons in each development approaches under different commercial criteria. Finally, the paper summarizes the contributions and concludes with some possible future e-Commerce mobile development directions.
