The presence of the Internet Banking service has offered a number of convenience and flexibility in conducting transactions, both between the bank and its customers, the bank and merchant, bank with the bank and the customer with the customer. However, this simplicity does not mean no risk. In addition to the Internet Banking service provides convenience, also in fact have some risks. The risk of a new character and is a challenge for practitioners and experts in the field of Internet Banking service to handle it, so it becomes important to discuss the legal efforts to protect customers' personal data in the operation of Internet Banking service after changes in legislation and elektronic information transaction. The research has been done on the international legal protection of rights and freedoms of Internet users in the context of the rapid grow and development of information and telecommunication technologies, global spread of Internet coverage and extraordinary availability of IT resources. The article demonstrates and analyses precedents of human rights abuses and violations in cyberspace, covers international and national legal instruments countering them, highlights potential methods of human rights and security, examines Internet safety concerning privacy and phenomenon of the overall transformation of private international law in accordance with challenges of the day. Numerous possible measures to protect personal data in cyberspace are listed as well as shortcomings of modern legal regulation in the area of human rights, violations on the Internet, which allow certain private actors to dodge the law. The author reviewed and summarized the main international and national legal acts in the field of human cybersecurity and the general content of it, documents of international organizations, regulating some aspects of cybersecurity were examined as well as some aspects of privacy in social settings and Internet platforms. The article also emphasizes that the comprehensive study of Internet challenges will always be a topical issue, for reasons that innovation and progress are on the rise, and the world faces more and more new and emerging challenges every day. Scientists and lawyers do not have the time and physical ability to analyze and research a great deal of information. They are failing to propose solutions to existing problems and to adapt legal systems to daily changes. The article also has taken note that the accessibility of the Internet could possibly jeopardize democracy. The main idea of research and the key thesis of the article is international and public methods to protect human rights on the cyberspace and also themself protection of users. The author has demonstrated how essential in our on-line work and Internet using safety is. In addition, the author showed how easy our private information could be about to the risk of identity theft and described well-known precedent of such cases.

The legislation on personal data has undergone significant changes in connection with the manifested trend of a large amount of their unauthorized placement on the Internet. In this regard, we believe, depending on the severity of the consequences of their “leakage”, to criminalize significant harm to the rights and legitimate interests of a person. Since the use of personal data from social networks by commercial organizations, including about their employee, has now become more frequent without their consent, a corresponding ban should be established in federal legislation. In addition, using modern artificial intelligence systems, attackers have almost unlimited capabilities to obtain all information about the employee. For this reason, the authors of the article propose to fix the corresponding feature as qualifying in Art. 137 of the Criminal Code.

Attention to the protection of personal data increases with the development of technology, information and communication (ICT). Collecting, managing and storing personal data is increasingly easy to do by using the technology. These conditions are vulnerable to individual privacy. Privacy is recognized as a human right that required s a legal protection of personal data. As a legal state, Indonesia provides legal protection of human rights as stated firmly on UUD 1945. On the other hand, Indonesia is open to utilization of information and communication technology, including the internet. As consequences, Indonesia has to ensure that data protection has been covered by law. Therefore, using a normative juridical research method, this paper seeks to describe legal protection for personal data in Indonesia today. It shows that legal protection of personal data only accommodated on sectoral regulation that acquired a specific comprehensive act.

The article focuses on the analysis of legal protection of personal, political, labor, educational and other rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of citizens on the Internet, as there are generally recognized problems related to their violation by individuals or various organizations.The authors analyze how citizens’ rights, such as the right of access to the Internet (the right to the internet connection, the right to IT neutrality, the right to availability of internet service, the right to comfortable usage of internet services, the right not to be disconnected) the right to digital identity (the possibility to manage internet data of private persons), the right to anonymity (the possibility of carrying out certain actions under a false name without revealing personal data that would allow the person to be identified), the right to discard unwanted information (to protect oneself against spam), the right to be forgotten, right to safe internet use, both in the technological as well in the contextual meaming, are declared and implemented on the Internet.

The utilization of e-commerce media in the trading world brings impact to the international community in general and the people of Indonesia in particular. For Indonesian people, This is related to a very important legal problem. The importance of law in the field of e-commerce is mainly in protecting the parties who transact through the Internet. The purpose of this study is to know the legal review of the buying and selling agreements through electronic media as well as to know the legal protections for sellers and buyers if one of the parties commits a default. The research uses a normative juridical method of approach and the discussion is done in a descriptive analysis. The source and type of data used are primary data and secondary data. While the data collection techniques using literature studies, and the data obtained will be analyzed qualitatively. The agreement to buy and sell through electronic media is a new phenomenon that has been implemented in various countries and regulated in the Civil state nor law ITE. Legal protection for the parties in the sale and purchase agreements through electronic media is governed by the consumer protection ACT. Any breach must respond to any loss arising from his or her actions.

Digitization and the release of public records on the Internet have expanded the reach and uses of criminal record data in the United States. This study analyzes the types and volume of personally identifiable data released on the Internet via two hundred public governmental websites for law enforcement, criminal courts, corrections, and criminal record repositories in each state. We find that public disclosures often include information valuable to the personal data economy, including the full name, birthdate, home address, and physical characteristics of arrestees, detainees, and defendants. Using administrative data, we also estimate the volume of data disclosed online. Our findings highlight the mass dissemination of pre-conviction data: every year, over ten million arrests, 4.5 million mug shots, and 14.7 million criminal court proceedings are digitally released at no cost. Post-conviction, approximately 6.5 million current and former prisoners and 12.5 million people with a felony conviction have a record on the Internet. While justified through public records laws, such broad disclosures reveal an imbalance between the “transparency” of data releases that facilitate monitoring of state action and those that facilitate monitoring individual people. The results show how the criminal legal system increasingly distributes Internet privacy violations and community surveillance as part of contemporary punishment.

The scale, speed and multi-vector development of science and technology are extremely effective in influencing legal, economic, political, spiritual, professional and other social relations. The development of information and communication technologies, the use of the Internet, the creation, storage, transmission, processing and management of information became the driving forces of the new scientific and technological revolution. This facilitates the introduction of technologies for the transmission and use of information in digital form in almost all spheres of public life, namely text data, photo, audio, video images, which are transmitted in various ways via the Internet and other systems and means of communication. One of the key elements of data transmission technologies and systems is the availability of information by which it is possible to identify their subjects and objects by their inherent identification attributes. In Ukrainian legislation, in particular in the Law of Ukraine «On Personal Data Protection», information or a set of information about an individual who is or can be identified specifically is defined as personal data. However, despite its modernity, this law still contains a number of shortcomings and uncertainties, both in terminology and in the legal mechanisms for working with data by which a person can be identified, i.e. identification data.
