Education is completely linked by spiritual and mental aspects and has direct effect on thoughts and ideas; even it can make a pattern and line behavior for humans’ life. Indeed if educating system be able to has a positive impact on its’ inputs, then it can import its influence to the whole society by its outputs which their number is not less. Especially in art and architecture this influence would be multiple and multilateral, because students are the future designers and peoples’ life will be influenced by them. So we ought to pay more attention to education phenomenon. Limited natural sources and the destructive effects on next generations’ portion attracted the attention of all sciences and different professional majors to find how to generate new sources of energy that they called Sustainable. Architecture as a linked field to other knowledge and sciences was not excepted and like past periods of history, tried to find best solutions and appropriate responses. Today, the definition of sustainable and the domain of it have developed and it is known in vast meanings and categories. Education is one of these categories that it has to be containing the word, sustainable. Sustainable education as a first stage of attitude and effect on future can play an important role. Sustainable Architectural Education and try to trace methods of sustainable architectural education is the target of this paper.

The goal of this research is to prioritize effective factors on motivating employees to keep on working and determining the most important effective factors on the employees' motivation. In this paper, to grade effective factors on the employees' motivation for keeping on to work, the Fuzzy AHP method, which is one of the multi-standard decision-making methods was utilized. Field research and library research methods were used for collecting the needed information.  Results indicated that among the effective factors on the employees' motivation for job persistence, the health factor is the most important and financial status is the second most important factor. The least importance is given to the significance of the work for that person. In this paper, the effective factors on the employees' motivation for job persistence were rated for the first time. Results of this research are very useful in devising strategies that are related to keeping employees for the human resources' executives. The results of this paper are not applicable to all organizations. Furthermore, in this research, only the factors with positive impacts on employees for job persistence were rated.

Bamboo is a sustainable building material because the use of new materials is sustainable. In the City of Kendari, there are still craftsmen of bamboo woven wall material. This research is important to do because to reveal how to make bamboo woven wall material by local craftsmen in Kendari and to find out the pattern of making bamboo woven wall material against the principles of sustainable architecture. This research is aimed at identifying and reviewing work tools, work materials, and how to make bamboo woven wall material against the principles of sustainable architecture by local craftsmen in Kendari City. This study uses a case study method with a qualitative approach. This study concluded that the principles of sustainable architecture in bamboo woven wall materials are as follows: working tools are used simply to reduce the use of new materials, the materials for making come from vegetation grown so that the location and natural resource ecosystems are sustainable, and how to make use of human energy so that it saves energy.

Today, the environment, optimizing energy consumption and sustainable development have become the most important issues at the international level. Increasing population growth has disastrous effects on Earth's natural habitats and issues such as general global warming, increase in greenhouse gases in the atmosphere that cause global warming, air, water and soil pollution all lead to irresponsible consumption of energy. This paper tries to evaluate sustainable patterns in warm and dry areas that with the climate analysis and contemporary comparison of design in hot and dry climate while clarifying various aspects, explain the impact of environmental factors in the formation of sustainable architecture and the use of applied patterns to design a sustainable architecture. It have been used analytical method, as well as library and documentary research in this study.
