The dielectric and impedance spectra of TlGaSe2 crystals have been studied at temperatures in the 100–500 K range in the alternating current (AC [Formula: see text]1 V). It has been shown that the conductivity of TlGaSe2 crystals is mainly an ionic characteristic at temperatures above 400 K. The well-defined peak at the frequency dependence of the imaginary part of impedance [Formula: see text] is observed in the 215–500 K temperature range. In a constant field, there occurs a significant decrease in electrical conductivity [Formula: see text] in due course. The ionic contribution to conductivity (76% at [Formula: see text]) has been estimated from a kinetic change in electrical conductivity [Formula: see text] under the influence of a constant electric field. The diagram analysis in a complex plane [Formula: see text] has been conducted by applying the method of an equivalent circuit of the substation. It has been determined that the average relaxation time of the electric module of the sample is [Formula: see text].

Stress and deformation analysis of 950 mill housing was done by means of ANSYS to calculate the maximum stress and deformation. Strength and stiffness of the mill roll were checked to meet requirements. Carries on the modal analysis to the rolling-mill housing, obtains its first 10 steps the natural frequency and the mode of vibration, through the vibration model diagram analysis frame of the weak link, and it is significant for similar mill housing designs.

Previous cellular automata (CA) models have been developed for simulating driver behaviors in response to traffic signal control. However, driver behaviors during traffic signal change intervals, including cross/stop decision and speed adjustment, have not yet been studied. Based on this, this paper aims to propose a change interval CA model for replicating driver’s perception and response to amber light based on stopping probability and speed adjusting functions. The proposed model has been validated by exemplified and field cases. To investigate the applicability of the proposed model, macroscopic and microscopic analyses are conducted. Although the macroscopic fundamental diagram analysis reveals only a small decrease in maximum traffic flow rates with considering driver behaviors in change intervals, in the microscopic analysis, the proposed model can present reasonable vehicular trajectories and deceleration rates during slowdown process.
