The paper presents the peculiarities of the management of the processing technology on computerised numerically controlled centres, from the source code G to the high level code. In order to do a skilled job, the programmer and / or the operator from the CNC centres will apply an operational management through which all the programming and operating instructions for making a part will reproduce the practical actions that a worker classically does. The paper presents the 10 stages of computer-aided processing. The applied research showed that it is more and more necessary to shorten the programming time to make a part by switching from G code to high level code as shown intuitively in the Sinu Train application. At the same time, the management of the processing technology on the CNC centres imposes more and more, through the new working conditions given by the pandemic, work from home (home-work) and programming from home. Therefore, the online simulation of the program created is the new method of "cold testing" of a processing process. Finally, by operating on CNC centres, the compliance with the quality requirements given by the total quality management will always be pursued.

The Covid-19 pandemic affected all dimensions of human life. To prevent the spread of the disease, many companies have allowed their employees to work from home in the quarantine period. However, working from home requires a high level of self-discipline from the employee. Changing the balance between work and personal life can impact employee productivity, which requires independent research. This study aims to determine the influence of work from home and work discipline on employee performance through the work-life balance as mediating variable. The sample in this study is 311 employees of the Central Financial and Development Supervision Agency in Jakarta. Data for analysis were collected by questionnaire with Likert scale. Based on the formula Slovin, for the purposes of this study, 311 respondents were selected to take the survey. The spread of the questionnaire runs approximately 1(one) week. The return questionnaires are done indirectly through a Google form. The authors used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and AMOS version 22 program to process the data. To develop the research toolkit, the authors applied tested and validated indicators in previous studies. The analysis results show that work from home, work discipline, and work-life balance significantly affect employee performance. Despite this, the companies increase the attention to their employees in carrying out work from home, work discipline, and work-life balance because working from home is a challenge for many employees. In particular, some employees lack discipline in carrying out their work at home. The pandemic has forced workers to be more flexible to maintain a work-life balance and achieve higher performance at work from home.

Penelitian ini dilakukan secara online dengan menyebarkan kuesioner online kepada orang-orang yang berdomisili di jabodetabek dan yang sudah bekerja. Pengolahan analisis data menggunakan bantuan aplikasi Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Berdasarkan data yang sudah diolah didapatkan hasil yaitu, Berdasarkan tabel karakteristik saat PSBB,responden yang melakukan work from home cenderung bertemu client via video call di banding responden yang tidak melakukan work from home. Berdasarkan tabel karakteristik sebelum PSBB responden yang melakukan work from home cenderung terjebak kemacetan saat berangkat atau pulang kerja di bandingkan responden yang tidak melakukan work from home.

All the great things may not start from your comfort zone. Also, it is undeniable and something very usual that one needs to step out from the comfort zone to achieve something big. But Nature has its own plans. The way it taught everyone recently during the pandemic, to step out of the comfort zones. It has also given a chance to achieve whatever plans people had from their very own comfortable dwellings i.e., their very own homes. WORK FROM HOME is something that is on everyone’s mouth in the present times when the world is hit hard by a pandemic known as COVID 19 that can be expanded as Corona Virus in December 19. The pandemic brought down every aspect of human productivity and made it confined to their own homes. We have seen the world-famous names such as Walt Disney, Bill Gates and many more who started their journey from their own very homes and now we are stuck in a scenario where we have no other option but to EAT AT HOME, WORK AT HOME, WORK FROM HOME. The kids had no more parks but they need to STUDY AT HOME AND PLAY AT HOME. People are getting ample of time for the things they have always wanted to do but time became a major issue. The teachers of many institutes have now got the time to be double productive with the same input. Could we ever imagine teaching our kids online by creating our video lectures which we send them to study and the same video lectures are being used to be posted online on our own blogs and YouTube channels. On the smarter side if you’re smart enough to upload them on YouTube first and then sending the link to your students. It’s like BOOM to have 100 views in a day. Even the students are much curious to like and subscribe these videos. So, one can easily achieve a great number of followers on their blogs if using the time wisely. Working from home is not only by choice but also a necessity or the need of the hour. Equally important is to keep the students involved and engaged in the online classes. The paper discusses various measures for the same.

The high risk of the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic has caused the government set a various of policies to limit citizen mobility. The imposition of this mobility restriction has a significant impact on the environment. This study aims to analyze several physic-chemical waters parameters in Kadia River during the first year of the COVID-19 pandemic. The results of this study indicate that temperature, turbidity, DO at low tide and BOD exceed the required quality standard. The contribution of household domestic waste is very likely to have an effect on the height of some of these parameters, because in the first-year people are more active at home (work from home). The other parameters (DHL, pH, NO2, PO4) are still within the quality standard threshold level. Therefore, it is necessary to control and manage waste water from urban domestic so that the sustainability of river ecosystems can continue in the future.
