Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya belajar, kesiapan belajar, dan motivasi belajar terhadap keaktifan belajar secara langsung dan secara tidak langsung yang dimediasi oleh motivasi belajar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 427 siswa dengan sampel sebanyak 206 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase, asumsi klasik, regresi berganda, analisis jalur, dan uji sobel dengan bantuan program SPSS For Windows Release 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya belajar berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keaktifan belajar, kesiapan belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keaktifan belajar, motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keaktifan belajar, gaya belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar, kesiapan belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keaktifan belajar. Motivasi belajar sebagai varibael intervening mampu memediasi secara sempurna pengaruh gaya belajar dan kesiapan belajar terhadap keaktifan belajar. Simpulan penelitian ini yaitu ada pengaruh gaya belajar, kesiapan belajar melalui motivasi belajar terhadap keaktifan belajar siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 2 Temanggung Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018   This study aimed to know  the effect of learning style, learning readiness, and learning motivation on learning liveliness directly mediated by learning motivation. The population of this study was 427 students with 206 students as the sample. The method of data collection used questionnaires and documentation. The techniques of data analysis used percentage descriptive analysis, classical assumption, multiple regressions, path analysis, and sobel test. The result showed that learning style positively and insignificantly affected learning liveliness. Learning readiness positively and significantly affected learning liveliness. Learning motivation positively and significantly affected learning liveliness. Learning style positively and significantly affected learning motivation. Learning readiness positively and significantly affected learning motivation. Learning motivation as the intervening readiness on learning liveness. The conclusion was there was an effect of learning style, learning readiness through learning motivation on learning liveliness of student grade X SMK Negeri 2 Temanggung Academic Year 2017/2018.

Online learning is an ideal technological development that is created and improved according to technology within the present educational context. The purpose of this study was to find out motivation, attitude, and readiness, as well as demographic factors in online learning, applied linguistics in the Civil Aviation Polytechnic of Surabaya cadets. The instruments in this study were online learning motivation, online learning readiness and online learning attitudes Likert scale questions cumulated using quantitative method with multiple linear regression. This study utilized a group of 139 Diploma-3 Aeronautical Communication Officer and Diploma-3 Air Traffic Controller cadets. Study results mentioned that attitude to online learning, readiness of online learning, age, gender, and education are all important predictors of the motivation for education. The results showed that the level of education and readiness of online learning were variables that have a considerable effect on motivation. The outcomes of this research cope with students' online learning motivation problems in Aviation English online learning. HIGHLIGHTS: The factor excluded from the model, with findings inverse to the ranking of the model. The age as a predictive measure of online learning motivation increases the contrast between expectations of technical skills. Educational institutions need to prioritize online learning experiences before learning to deal more efficiently with the problem of on-line learning motivation. The contribution of this research is key to enhancing online learning output for cadets in addressing the online learning motivation issue, while educational institutions may use online learning as the most successful learning platform.

Learning motivation and parental attention are important things in increasing student learning readiness. The purpose of this study was to determine how big the influence and relationship between learning motivation and parental attention on the learning readiness of fifth-grade students of SD Harapan Indonesia. Data was collected through a sample to represent the entire population and data collection using a questionnaire. The method used is the descriptive method with data collection through questionnaires and observation. The results of the T-test showed that there was a positive relationship between learning motivation and learning readiness of fifth-grade students at Harapan Indonesia Elementary School Bekasi with a strong relationship level, there was a positive relationship between parental attention and learning readiness of fifth-grade students at Harapan Indonesia Elementary School Bekasi, with a moderate level of relationship. There is a positive relationship between learning motivation and parental attention together with the learning readiness of fifth-graders at SD Harapan Indonesia Bekasi with a moderate level of relationship. Abstrak Motivasi belajar dan perhatian orang tua merupakan hal yang penting dalam meningkatkan kesiapan belajar siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh dan hubungan antara motivasi belajar dan perhatian orang tua dengan kesiapan belajar siswa kelas V SD Harapan Indonesia. Data dikumpulkan melalui sampel untuk mewakili seluruh populasi dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui angket dan observasi. Hasil uji T menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang positif antara motivasi belajar dengan kesiapan belajar siswa kelas V SD Harapan Indonesia Bekasi dengan tingkat hubungan kuat, ada hubungan yang positif antara perhatian orang tua dengan kesiapan belajar siswa kelas V SD Harapan Indonesia Bekasi, dengan tingkat hubungan sedang. Terdapat hubungan yang positif antara motivasi belajar dan perhatian orang tua secara bersama-sama dengan kesiapan belajar siswa kelas V SD Harapan Indonesia Bekasi dengan tingkat hubungan sedang.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning readiness and learning motivation together on the learning outcomes of social studies subjects for class VIII students at SMPN 1 Tarumajaya Bekasi. In addition, researchers hope that readers, especially schools, can pay attention to student learning readiness and student motivation to improve learning outcomes. The method used in analyzing this research is a quantitative research method. The population in this study was 400 of all class VIII students for the 2020/2021 academic year and a sample of 92 students. Through correlation calculations obtained rx1y 0.740 and rx2y 0.748, which means there is a high correlation between X1 to Y and X2 to Y. Analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained 0.900 This shows that the contribution of variables X1 (Readiness to Learn) and X2 (Learning Motivation) to variable Y (Results learning) by 90% and the remaining 10% is determined by other factors not examined in this study. The multiple linear regression coefficient shows the constant value a = 11.726 b1 = 0.417 and b2 = 0.445. Testing the statistical hypothesis obtained by the results obtained F arithmetic > F table (401.052 > 3.100) shows that simultaneously Learning Readiness and Learning Motivation together affect Learning Outcomes. While the variable t test X1 t count = 16.106 > t table = 1.990. Shows that there is an effect of learning readiness on the learning outcomes of class VIII students at SMPN 1 Tarumajaya Bekasi. And the t-test of the X2 variable tcount = 17.617 > ttable = 1.990. Shows that there is an influence of learning motivation on the learning outcomes of class VIII students at SMPN 1 Tarumajaya Bekasi

This research was motivated by the phenomenon that the learning readiness of the fifth grade students of public elementary schools in the Raden Intan cluster was low. The research aimed to determine the influence of learning motivation and parents’ attention on students’ learning readiness. In this research the writer used ex-post facto research. The population of this research consisted 132 students with a sample 56 students who was taken by using probability sampling techniques, namely proportionate stratified random sampling. The data collecting techniques used in this research were observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis used simple linear regression formula and multiple linear regression. The results showed a positive and significant influence of learning motivation and parents’ attention toward students’ learning readiness at the fifth grade of elementary school.

This Research aims to determine the learning effect of motivation, discipline, materials on student learning readiness; to find out learning of motivation, discipline, materials towards the competencies of automotive productive training eye students. The method used is description analysis with linear regression. This analysis is used to determine whether there is an learning effect of motivation, discipline and materials on the competencies of students in automotive productive training eyes with intervening learning readiness. The research subjects were class XI students of SMK Bhakti Praja Batang. Data collection is questionnaire. Descriptive data analysis, validity, normality and regression analysis. The results showed directly that there was a significant effect of learning motivation on student competency, direct significant influence of learning discipline on student competency, direct significant effect of teaching material on student competence, and directly there was a significant effect of motivation on learning readiness, directly there is no significant effect of motivation on learning readiness, direct significant effect of learning readiness on student competence. Indirect effect is mediated by the intervening variable of learning readiness. Independent variables do not affect students' competencies through intervening variables, so that intervening variables are not used as reinforcement between independent and dependent variables.
