The emerging of new Information Communication Technology (ICT) technology namely Building Information Modeling been proven benefits toward construction industry. As a result, the list of BIM software available in the market is keep increasing in recent years. This has led to the selection problem among construction companies. Moreover, the selection BIM software also required high investment in term of software, hard ware and training expenses. These aforementioned issues have increased the complexities of decision process and the need of decision aid in BIM software selection. Thus, this paper has introduced a new approach in MCDMDSS web development by utilization of Web 2.0 application. The rapid development of Information technology has highly benefit to the development of web based DSS. The design and validation architecture of a web base DSS called topsis4BIM for Building Information Modeling (BIM) is presented.

В работе дано понятие информационного моделирования зданий, рассмотрена программа Revit и ее возможности по формированию спецификаций и интеграции со сторонними офисными приложениями, например Excel. Особый интерес представляет оформление таких спецификаций по требованиям ГОСТ. Произведен обзор программного обеспечения, осуществляющего взаимодействие Revit c Excel зарубежных и отечественных разработчиков, выделены сильные и слабые стороны. Определены направления дальнейших разработок программ интеграции при использовании в отечественных проектных организациях - выгрузку в спецификации, соответствующие ГОСТ. This paper introduces the concept of Building Information Modeling, examines the Revit program and its capabilities for specifications generation and integration with office applications, such as Excel. Of particular interest is the design of specifications in accordance with the requirements of GOST. There is a review of the software that interacts between Revit and Excel, strengths and weaknesses of which are highlighted. The directions for further development of integration programs when used in domestic design organizations are determined - exporting into generated specifications corresponding to GOST.

Building Information Modeling (BIM) has shift the construction industry into a new approach in development of project. The effectiveness of BIM towards increasing productivity and quality of project has been reported not only in literature yet project report. Thus, there are numerous of BIM software available with different features and function. This trend has created decision problem among the companies to select the best software that fulfill company need and project needs. Hence, a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) application namely topsis4BIM has been developed. This paper presented the evaluation the proposed DSS though using the latest technology such as web 2.0 and cloud technology.
