El documento critica el rechazo de Hurd al perspectivalismo relacionado con los roles sobre los deberes morales. La noción de incomensurabilidad de valores de Raz se utiliza para desafiar la tesis de la correspondencia, según la cual la justificación de una acción determina la justificación de permitir o impedir esta acción. En contra de la reconstrucción hohfeldiana de Hurd de elecciones inconmensurables como “libertades” que “carecen de cualquier tipo de valor moral”, el argumento destaca el significado moral del hecho de que la elección entre opciones inconmensurables sigue siendo acción por una razón. La inconmensurabilidad se explica, pues, como consecuencia de la dependencia social de los valores con respecto a las prácticas sociales y del papel constitutivo de las convenciones en la configuración de las relaciones sociales, los proyectos personales, los objetivos y las responsabilidades que los definen. Se argumenta que la gravedad del problema del perspectivalismo para Hurd se debe a su estrecha concepción de la moral y que es superior una concepción más amplia que integre las obligaciones hacia los demás con los requisitos de la integridad personal. Los objetivos, relaciones y proyectos del agente participan en el razonamiento moral, ya que la inconmensurabilidad de valores que posibilitan es necesaria para el pluralismo de valores y la autonomía personal. El argumento concluye sugiriendo que una concepción no positivista e interpretativista de la práctica jurídica, aunque reconozca el combate moral residual, reduciría su ocurrencia y relevancia.

The article presents bioethics as a field of social practices containing adaptation of new moral and social norms. The regulatory function of bioethics ensures this process and leads to institutionalization. The traditional position has been criticized. It reduces the institutions of bioethics to ethical committees. Social institutions are explained in an ideational way as a system of norms and values. Ethoses are shown as primary social structures in the development of institutions. The solution of dilemmas is illustrated by the example of transplantology.

(English): The Anglophilia which marks much of French Enlightenment prose fiction also points to a transformation of the representation of sociability. Through pseudo-translation and the use of the ‘English story’, Marie-Jeanne Riccoboni gives a critical account of the rules and the codes that regulate French social order in the second half of the eighteenth century. The depiction of a free and tolerant society in the novels Lettres de Fanni Butlerd (1757) and Lettres de mylord Rivers (1777) attests to a questioning of French sociability and of women's place and roles. How are social practices redefined and what ideological meanings are associated to them in Mme Riccoboni's writings and use of pseudo-translation?

The Faculty of Pedagogy at Trakia University prepares students from different ethnic groups and students who are a part of the Erasmus+ exchange program. This intercultural environment reveals the opportunities for establishing common values ​​in an intercultural learning environment through a broad intercommunication symbiosis. In an intercultural pedagogical interaction, students are given the opportunity to express their identity through the visualization of ideas, attitudes and thoughts. Art texts are used to introduce students to the traditional values ​​of the unknown ethnicity and nationality as well as solving moral dilemmas, breaking stereotypes about behavior and overcoming prejudices. By using a five-module multimedia construct, the pedagogical environment allows students, in addition to personally reflecting on a particular problem, to develop pedagogical skills to guide the process.
