We have also tried to analyze and compare speed of internet, amount of internet/broadband usage in India and Iran. AbstrakPenggunaan internet saat ini semakin meluas, dengan mudah berbagai informasi kita temukandi internet, mulai dari ilmu pengetahuan, bisnis, komunitas sampai informasi yang menjurus kepadakonten negatifpun sering di jumpai. Tidak semua informasi yang ada di internet positif, tak jaranginformasi negatif banyak ditemukan, bahkan informasi yang berkonten negatif terkadang merugikanpengguna internet. Untuk bisa terkoneksi ke internet ada banyak layanan internet yang bisa digunakan,pastinya layanan tersebut sudah terhubung dengan ISP (internet service provider) atau jasa penyedialayanan internet. Jaringan LAN adalah konsep jenis jaringan yang banyak digunakan dalampendistribusian layanan internet. Saat ini pendistribusian layanan internet sudah semakin meluas, mulaidari instansi pemerintah, perusahaan, sekolah bahkan sampai café untuk sekedar minum kopi pun takluput dari layanan internet, untuk itu perlu melakukan filterisasi terhadap situs web yang berkontennegatif. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menjelaskan bagaimana proses blok situs dengan menggunakanhardware Mikrotik Routerboar 750 yang digunakan sebagai firewall, yang nantinya dimplementasikanpada jaringan LAN.Kata Kunci: Blok Situs Web, Internet, Jaringan LAN, MikrotikAbstractTh e use of the Internet today is widespread, with easy information we find on the internet,ranging from science, business, community to information that leads to negative content is oftenencountered. Tobe connected to the internet there are many internet services that can be used, of course the service isalready connected with the ISP (internet service provider) or service providers internet. LAN network is aconcept of network type that is widely used in the distribution of internet services. Currently thedistribution of Internet services has been increasingly widespread, ranging from government agencies,companies, schools and even the café to just drink coffee did not escape the internet service, for it needsto do the filtering of websites that berkonten negative. Abstract: Internet packages are very important for mobile users. Many Internet Service Providers (ISPs) or internet service providers can help facilitate users in accessing the internet. Each ISP has a competitive advantage to attract internet users. Consumers are required to be smart in choosing internet packages so that they do not harm themselves. Based on this, an appropriate method is needed to assist in the selection of effective internet packages. Decision support systems have a variety of methods and one of them is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and is tested with Expert Choice 11. The results of the calculation using AHP are ranking each alternative that is obtained by the most important alternative and widely used by consumers is Telkomsel (Simpati Flash) in terms of security criteria is the ability to block viruses & spam.            Keywords: AHP; Decision Support Systems; Internet Service Provider Abstrak: Paket internet merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi para pengguna handphone. Banyaknya Internet Service Provider (ISP) atau disebut dengan penyedia layanan internet dapat membantu memudahkan pengguna dalam mengakses internet. Setiap ISP memiliki keunggulan yang saling bersaing untuk menarik minat pengguna internet. Konsumen dituntut jeli dalam memilih paket internet agar tidak merugikan mereka sendiri. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, diperlukan sebuah metode yang tepat untuk membantu dalam pemilihan paket internet yang efektif. Sistem pendukung keputusan memiliki berbagai metode dan salah satunya adalah metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan diuji dengan Software Expert Choice 11. Hasil dari perhitungan dengan AHP adalah perangkingan setiap alternatif yaitu diperoleh alternatif yang paling penting dan banyak digunakan oleh konsumen adalah provider Telkomsel (Simpati Flash) ditinjau dari kriteria keamanan yaitu kemampuan memblokir virus & spam. Kata kunci: AHP; Internet Service Provider; Sistem Pendukung Keputusan

The legal framework concerning liability of communication intermediaries for defamation is under-conceptualised. The paper thus develops a holistic doctrinal approach to liability of speech intermediaries, such as Internet service providers (ISPs), booksellers and newspaper vendors, for defamation. It views intermediary liability for defamatory speech against the backdrop of communication theory and freedom of expression doctrine. If properly conceptualised, as suggested in this paper, the law of defamation can accommodate the cyberspace-specific legislation in Arts 12–15 of the e-commerce Directive and s 5 of the Defamation Act 2013, as well as the innocent dissemination defence in s 1 of the Defamation Act 1996, now to be read together with s 10 of the Defamation Act 2013. The paper establishes six tenets of intermediary liability for defamatory content. In particular, it argues that ‘publication’ is to be conceptualised as a merely factual requirement for defamation, whereas the defence of ‘innocent publication’, also known as ‘innocent dissemination’, is a fault-based concept. Communication intermediaries are thus to be considered ‘publishers’, even if they have a merely automatic role in the publication process, but they may avail themselves of the defence of ‘innocent publication’. This defence has to be applied in compliance with the human rights of the parties involved.

Internet service provider used in today's rapidly growing with a wide selection of advantages and disadvantages. Because it was so many criteria - criteria that can be used as a basic internet service providers the most suitable to be applied in the agency in Pangkalpinang. In this study, the authors raise some of the network providers are XL, Telkomsel, Indosat, Three and Smartfren. To select an Internet service provider with a six-level criteria. The level 1 criteria: ease of users, ease of use, speed of data transfer, type of service, access restrictions internrt / quota, network level, and the type of card, level 2 criteria consists of 20 criteria derived from special advantages to the internet service provider. As for the level 3 there are five alternatives are XL, Telkomsel, Indosat, Three and Smartfren. The results of this election result as an internet service provider XL is best as compared with Telkomsel, Indosat, Three, and Smaertfren. XL reliability levels reached 31.7%. And the most influential factor in the selection process is the data transfer speed factor reached 32.5%.

Abstract:The internet developed for the first time in Indonesia in the early 1990s. Starting from the pagayuban network, it is now expanding without boundaries anywhere. A survey conducted by the Indonesian Internet Service Providers Association (APJII) said that the number of internet users in Indonesia in 2012 reached 63 million people or 24.23 percent of the country's total population. Next year, that figure is predicted to increase by close to 30 percent to 82 million users and continue to grow to 107 million in 2014 and 139 million or 50 percent of the total population in 2015. million people. This matter also results in political communication with the internet media, or is often said to be cyber politics. Cyber politics in Indonesia has faced growth in recent years. Perihal ini pula berakibat pada komunikasi politik dengan media internet, ataupun kerap diucap dengan cyber politic. Cyber politic di Indonesia hadapi pertumbuhan sebagian tahun terakhir.
