The article discusses the scientific and methodological foundations of laboratory work in vision systems using the author's algorithms for pattern recognition. The results were used to prepare masters of technical specialties at the Pskov State University. Another approach to using digital technologies for processing images of the working area is proposed. Some aspects of solving problems of identification of parts, determination of their location, control in automated assembly is described. The hardware-software complex in the article performs data processing and measurements in parallel with the flow of the technological process. The hardware and software complex expands the capabilities of flexible assembly platforms when assembling parts with different mass-inertial characteristics due to the geometric shape and dissimilar materials.

The article shows a cycle of design-theoretical and laboratory work, which provided opportunities to significantly expand the application mode of aviation equipment without additional flight tests. The work was carried out in four stages: determination of impact air pressure and static pressure receiving coefficients, development of computer programs, laboratory bench-test at the air pressure receiving system (APRS) and APRS parameters computational determination in the whole range of application modes.

The authors developed and proposed for use a complex of virtual laboratory work on biology for 9th grade students. The article describes in detail the algorithm for creating virtual laboratory work based on Microsoft PowerPoint 2010. The proposed laboratory work is based on the following topics: "The effect of growth substances on plants using the example of auxin"; "The study of mitosis in the cells of the root of onion"; "Determination of plant and animal species (local region) using the determinant"; "Study of the process of emulsification of fats under the action of bile." The content of the tasks and their wording correspond to the updated educational program of the school of Kazakhstan Republic. The developed complex will help test 9th grade students’ knowledge and skills, identify gaps in their knowledge, plan further training and development, and, if necessary, correct knowledge and skills. The algorithm developed by the authors will allow schoolteachers to use this program to develop laboratory work in the main biologyschool course, as well as for elective classes.

Recent work by the Geological Survey of Greenland (GGU) in the Godthåb (Nûk) area has revealed a large tungsten province with extensive scheelite mineralisation in the Archaean Malene supracrustal rocks (Appel, 1983, 1984). In the area between Godthåb and Frederikshåb Isblink several large supracrustal amphibolite belts occur (fig. 1). These are presumably of the same age as the scheelite-bearing Malene amphibolites of the Godthåb area (Bridgwater et al., 1976). It was therefore decided to carry out a regional stream-sediment sampling programme in the area south of Godthåb, and this was accomplished in the summer of 1985. The aim of the programme was mainly to find scheelite, but the samples will subsequently be analysed for a number of other elements such as Cu, Pb and Mo. The folIowing report is mainly based on field observations. Laboratory work is confined to X-ray determination of scheelite in three heavy mineral concentrates.

The paper presents the results of determining the areas of application of a laboratory stand designed for studying and researching CCTV systems. The necessity of research of video cameras of the security alarm system, their testing at the organization of production and expediency of carrying out laboratory works by students of higher education institutions studying security systems is shown. The state of affairs in this area in post-Soviet countries is shown. Some requirements of the State educational standard on informativeness and expansion of opportunities of laboratory stands are given. The input parameters necessary for the design of video camera research stands are considered. The results of the study of the developed laboratory stand for the study and study of security television systems and the definition of areas for its application are presented. The structure of the stand and its parts is proposed. Developed recommendations for its use are given. The experience of conducting laboratory work on the study of the characteristics of security alarm cameras is analyzed. The possibility of studying robust filtering on the noise immunity of the video system, the influence of the illumination spectrum on the main qualitative characteristics of the video camera using the proposed stand is shown. A list of suggested to run the stand includes laboratory work “Studying the parameters, operation modes and configuration of video surveillance system NOVUS”, “the Study of possibilities of various types of cameras when changing the light and characterization of the sensitivity of various types of cameras, Definition of focal length, angle of view and resolution of different types of cameras and lenses, Definition of the working area of observation, the far and the dead zone for various types of cameras and lenses”, "Determination of conditionally dead zones for different recording speeds of the DVR and at different focal lengths” and" Determination of the volume and quality of recorded information from the value of the recording speed of the DVR”, as well as research works “The signal processing with variable spectrum”, “the Influence of robust filtering for noise immunity video”, “Influence of illumination spectrum on the main qualitative characteristics of the camera” and “Comparative performance of analog and digital cameras.”

In recent years quality control has received a great attention in laboratory work. Implementation of the international standard ISO/IEC 17025 is necessary for any laboratory that wishes to establish quality control in its work. One of the important factors for meeting the requirements of this standard is the usage of the certified reference materials (CRM) in laboratory work. In order to determine the performance of the calorimeter, benzoic acid as CRM, from AlliedSignal Riedelda Haen, Ref.: 33045 and SiO2, Pro analyze, in various mass ratios was used. The results showed that benzoic acid can be successfully utilized for the control of the entire technical and instrumental measuring range and resolve the problem of determination of the limit of detection and quantification of the calorimeter.
