Batik Tulis is one of traditional Indonesian culture that must be preserved. UKM Batik Tulis “Kebon Indah” is one of Batik Tulis or Cap industries that uses natural dyes for coloring the Batik. This UKM is located in Desa Kebon, Bayat, Klaten. As a traditional UKM, of course there are many problems that must be solved. This community service activity aims to identify the existing problems and provide solutions or ideas to further develop UKM Batik Tulis “Kebon Indah” especiallly in terms of the production process of Batik Tulis. Additionally, also to introduce natural dye extraction process technology for better coloring results the Batik Tulis. This service community was carried out by interview, direct observation, and presentation/counseling methods. From this community service activity, the members of UKM Batik Tulis “Kebon Indah” have obtained new knowledge about the natural dye extraction process technology. Additionally, several recommendations to solve the current problems have been conveyed to the UKM, such as: pretreatment of raw natural coloring sources and application of natural dye extraction process technology on the production process of the Batik Tulis.

Penanggulangan kemiskinan dapat dilakukan salah satunya dengan menjadikan dunia usaha sebagai potensi dan sumber, dunia usaha memiliki kewajiban melaksanakan tanggung jawab sosialnya. Bentuk perwujudan tanggung jawab sosial sebuah perusahaan terhadap lingkungan sekitarnya akan mempengaruhi perubahan sosial sebagai upaya penanganan kemiskinan melalui Community service, Community relation, dan Community Empowering. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bentuk pelaksanaan CSR yang dilaksanakan oleh Shafira Foundation sebagai upaya penanggulangan kemiskinan. Metode kualitatif deskriptif, menggunakan tool anaysis dengan metode kajian literatur. Data yang digunakan yaitu data sekunder. Hasil yang ditemukan menunjukan bahwa Shafira Foundation melaksanakan CSR dengan bentuk Community Relationdan Community Empoweringmelalui kegiatan Lembaga Keuangan Mikro Kewirausahaan, Program Bantuan Kemanusiaan, Senior Club Hati Indonesia, dan Beasiswa Bina Prestasi.

The purpose of community service  is to to delivery services for  childhood education teachers through coaching model of “Independent Soul” in the context of character development of PAUD teachers in dealing with the Covid 19 pandemic, and to improve the quality of PAUD. This program uses a qualitative approach. The data in this research were obtained through FGDs, interviews, and literature studies. The activity mentioned in this program  is an effort to hold a community-service based program to apply the appropriate technology known as Teknologi Tepat Guna (TTG) in education. The result of the activity indicates that the right methods and approaches to raise motivation and enthusiasm for PAUD teachers during the COVID-19 pandemic are coaching and training that emphasizes the aspects of sense and soul processing. Those methods and approaches are proven to give a positive impression for the participants.

AbstrakPemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui  Kesenian  Di Desa Kedu Kecamatan Kedu Kabupaten Temanggung merupakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh dosen dan mahasiswa melalui progran Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN). Kegiatan itu merupakan salah satu dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi terutama  pengabdian  ilmu  kepada  masyarakat.  Pemberdayaan  masyarakat  melalui  kesenian  akan menumbuhkan  masyarakat merasa memiliki terhadap kesenian tradisionalnya.  Dengan diterjunkannya mahasiswa ISI Surakarta ke lapangan KKN yang didampingi oleh dosen maka mahasiswa dapat  mengamati, menganalisis dan dapat menemukan solusi agar  masyarakat dapat melestarikan dan mengembangkan potensi kesenian yang dimiliki. Untuk dapat menumbuhkan masyarakat memiliki kepedulian  terhadap keseniaannya diperlukan beberapa metode dan langkah-langkah yaitu  metode pendekatan, sosialisasi dan koordinasi. Perubahan kehidupan masyarakat sangat berpengaruh pada perubahan sosial, tata nilai, yang akan mempengaruhi  perubahan dan perkembangan kesenian.  Perubahan nilai kesenian akan ditentukan oleh perubahan masyarakat pendukungya. masyarakat berpengaruh pada kreativitas seni, sehingga  seni tradisional selalu berkembang,  berubah,  sesuai dengan perubahan masyarakat penggunanya. Seni  tradisional  akan  menjadi  bagian  dari  kehidupan  masyarakatnya.  Hasil pelaksanaan  kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, mahasiswa  memberikan andil yang sangat besar bagi masyarakat di Kelurahan Kedu, Kecamatan Kedu Kabupaten Temanggung. Masyarakat menjadikan kesenian sangat penting bagi kehidupan. Dengan adanya mahasiswa KKN di wilayah Kedu ini dapat menumbuhkan kecintaan masyarakat terhadap kesenian yang dimilikinya. By sending ISI Surakarta students to the Community Service Program (KKN ) field accompanied by lecturers, students can observe, analyze and find solutions so that the community can preserve and develop their artistic potential. To be able to grow the community has a concern for kesenianya required several methods and steps namely the method of approach, socialization and coordination. Changes in people’s lives greatly affect social change, values, which will affect changes and the development of art. Changes in the value of art will be determined by changes in supporting society. society influences the creativity of art, so that traditional art always develops, changes, in accordance with  changes  in  the  user  community.  Traditional  art  will  become  a  part  of  people’s  lives.   The results of the implementation of community service activities, students give a very large contribution to  the community  in  Kedu Village,  Kedu  District,  Temanggung Regency.  Society  makes art  very important for life. With the existence of Community Service Program  (KKN ) students in the Kedu region, it can foster community love for their art. AbstrakHampir sebagian besar orang tua siswa berada di sekolah untuk menemani anaknya belajar. Aktivitas mereka yang monoton, seperti mengantar dan menunggu anaknya belajar di TK, sungguh sesuatu yang perlu dipikirkan. Apalagi keberadaan mereka yang bergerombol dan tidak teratur, hanya diisi dengan mengobrol, jajan camilan, atau sesekali arisan kecil untuk menutup kebosanan. Kondisi ini, dapat diupayakan agar aktivitas menunggu itu bisa lebih bermanfaat dan bernilai tambah bagi mereka. Oleh karena itu, tim pengabdi merancang suatu pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam membuat beberapa kreasi yang sebelumnya belum pernah dilakukan. Kreasi tersebut berupa kerajinan rajut tangan yang dibentuk menjadi berbagai macam benda seperti gantungan kunci, konektor masker, bunga, dll. Kerajinan merajut dapat dilakukan kapan saja dan dimana saja. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini untuk meningkatkan (1) aktivitas keterampilan rajut tangan, dan (2) pengetahuan access market orang tua siswa TK B Annur. Metode kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan dengan ceramah, tanya jawab, dan simulasi.  Tahapan yang dilalui diantaranya observasi lapangan, sosialisasi, pra pelatihan, pelatihan, evaluasi dan kegiatan pendampingan. Melalui kegiatan PKM diharapkan orang tua siswa dapat mengembangkan potensinya secara optimal dan menguatkan perekonomian keluarga dengan wirausaha. AbstractMost of the students' parents are at school to accompany their children to study. Their monotonous activities, such as escorting and waiting for their children to study in kindergarten, are really something to think about. Especially when they are clustered and disorganized, only filled with chatting, snacking, or the occasional small social gathering to cover boredom. In this condition, efforts can be made so that the waiting activity can be more useful and have added value for them. Therefore, the service team designed a training and mentoring in making several creations that had never been done before. These creations are in the form of hand-knit crafts that are formed into various kinds of objects such as key chains, mask connectors, flowers, etc. Knitting crafts can be done anytime and anywhere. The purpose of this service activity is to improve (1) hand knitting skills activities, and (2) knowledge of access market parents of Kindergarten B Annur students. Methods of service community activities is carried out by lecturing, question and answer, and simulation. The stages taken included field observations, socialization, pre-training, training, evaluation and mentoring activities. Through community service activities, it is hoped that students' parents can develop their potential optimally and strengthen the family economy with entrepreneurship.
