Framework Design and Development of Information System for Student Work Management in Colleges and Universities

This research was made with purpose to measure the capability of human resource and work management in PT. X using COBIT 5.0. In the assessment process, researcher applied 1 domain (align, plan, and organize) with 2 processed, Manage Human Resource APO 07) and Manage Service Agreement (APO 09). Data collection was obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to IT division (there were 127 items of the question and 10 respondents). The result of this research figured out that APO 07 stopped in level 2 with score 82.50 in level 3 and APO 09 ended in level 3 with score 84.10 in level 4. In conclusion, there were still few problems that made human resources in PT X unable to reach level 5. The article discusses the decision of some problems connected with the distribution of increased state academic scholarships, such as: late submission of documents, lengthy processing of applications, the paper version of the filing documents that complicate the process of submission and consideration of applications and documents into a higher state academic scholarship, thereby increasing the burden on the members of the scholarship Commission and directorates of the institutions.The aim of this work is to find ways to improve the efficiency and accessibility of this process through an information system that will allow you to submit achievements for authentication and applications for an increased state academic scholarship online, track your position in the ranking in real time, view the achievements of other students directly from the rating system.Information system design is implemented using a new stack of information design and development approaches. The article pays special attention to the design of the database and the interface part of the application. The article presents a working web application “administration of the achievement accounting system”.

Hardware is a computer that can be seen and touched in person. Hardware is used to support student work and learning processes. The hardware should always be in good shape. If any damage should be done quickly. The benefits of this study provide a viable level of data against hardware tools. The purpose of this study determines that hardware that is worth using quickly and precisely so easily can be repaired and replaced. Hard-processed action consists of 12 projectors, 2 units of access point, 6 units of monitors, and 20 CPU units. To see the level of appropriateness regarding hard drives requires a rough set algorithm with that stage: information system; Decision system; Equivalency class; Discernibility matrix; Discernibility Matrix module D; Reduction; Generate Rules. The results of the 40 devices of study STMIK Indonesia Padang subtract college have 10 rules of policy on whether the hardware is still viable, repaired or replaced. So using a rough set algorithm is particularly appropriate to apply in a verifiable level of accuracy to fast and precise hardware.
