This paper presents the shock test results achieved in the Mars Exploration Rover (MER) airbag retraction actuator (ARA)/brush motor pyroshock qualification. The results of MER flight system pyrofiring tests are compared with ARA shock test requirements. Alternate test methods were developed in an effort to qualify critical MER equipment for adequate performance under actual flight pyroshock conditions. Simulated pyroshock qualification tests were conducted using shakers, mechanical impacts, and explosive charges for excitation. Comparisons of excitation and responses of an ARA subjected to different shock tests are presented.

SummarySephadex gel filtration of human plasma gave results suggesting the presence of two proactivators of plasminogen, termed proactivators A and B.Activity resembling that of proactivator A was found in rabbit plasma, but not in guinea pig plasma.Plasminogen activators produced by the interaction of proactivator A of human plasma with streptokinase had no caseinolytic or TAMe esterolytic effect.Proactivator A can be separated in a form apparently free from plasminogen, as shown by the heated fibrin plate test and by immunological analysis. On the other hand, proactivator B concentrates prepared so far are contamined with plasminogen.Human proactivators appear to be far more susceptible to streptokinase than are rabbit proactivators.Inhibitors of the fibrinolysin system were observed in the plasmas of all 3 species. These inhibitors are not present in the euglobulin fraction of plasma. Sephadex fractionation of euglobulin fractions results in proactivator preparations that do not contain inhibitors.

<p>The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of learning discipline <br />and logical mathematical intelligence on mathematics achievement. This study is a survey design. This research did in student class XI IPA SMA Negeri 98 Jakarta semester 2012/2013. The sample taken by simple random sampling technique, involved 40 students. The instrument were in the forms of questionnaires and tests. The data were analyzed first by test requirements, the normality test, linearity and multicollinearity. Based on the fulfillment of the criteria in terms of the tes analyzed, inferential analysis to the test the research hypothesis. The data were analyzed using correlation and multiple regression. The findings showed that (1) learning discipline and logical mathematical intelligence had a positive and significant simultaneous impact on mathematics achievement. (2) learning discipline had a positive and significant impact on mathematics achievement. (3) logical mathematical intelligence had a positive and significant impact on mathematics achievement. </p>
