Smith in the Chair.The Chairman: Relative navigation has a wide connotation, but for the purpose of our discussion it may be applied firstly to aircraft management in the positive or passive sense, arising from an air-to-air navigational interrogation capability, and secondly to the means whereby this capability may be realized.
