The First time I ever saw an aeroplane was at the age of ten when the whole school was rushed out in the middle of class to see two small specks in the sky which I realised later were two Curtiss JN4 aircraft with OX5 engines, which were to be used for pilot training in Canada.My first real interest in aviation was inspired by a lecture by the late Wing Commander Stedman, RCAF. This led to my being a provisional pilot officer in the Royal Canadian Air Force taking flying training.

The planning of individualized pilot training programs is an intensive process. Over 120 maneuvers are introduced into the training program over time while ensuring maneuver competencies. This work introduces a novel, deep-learning based approach for automatically generating training plans for pilot trainees to significantly reduce instructor pilot planning requirements.

The most important factor in aviation safety is a well-trained pilot. Ground simulation is the primary element in modern pilot training. Aircraft technical development certainly increases requirements for young flying adepts. So far aging equipment like TS-11 “Spark” is used for practical training (on the ground and in the air) in Polish Air Force Academy. There are no advanced systems on board in this plane, so the basic theoretical and practical knowledge about up-to-date on-board aircraft systems for military pilots’ students needs to be provided. In the near future, some of them will fly by F-16 and this knowledge will help them faster and easier improve their flying skills.
