This paper is devoted to the problems and features of database creation in intelligent systems for assessing the efficiency of scientific and technical solutions. The system data model developed by the authors and the principles of its operation are described. This paper also considers the process of training sampling and the analysis of various teaching methods for solving the presented problem. The implementation of the developed model is made using mathematical modeling. The initial data was the data of applications for grants in the field of technical sciences related to the fuel and energy complex.

Efficiency is essential to Internet transit trip-planning systems. High-quality data models of transit networks hold the key to efficiency of data querying and network analysis. Because of the schedule control and dynamic nature of the transit network, highway-based generic network models cannot be directly implemented by transit systems. In the process of developing an Internet transit trip-planning system, an object-oriented geographic information system data model, which handles the dynamic nature of transit systems, was developed. In this data model, the entire transit network and its components are modeled as space–time entities (objects) that have start times, end times, and spans of lifetime. A time map object controls the creation and destruction of these objects. Therefore, in the process of network search, only active components of the system (i.e., with transit services available) are built into the network topology. This has greatly reduced data redundancy and enhanced network search efficiency. The data model showed good performance when it was implemented in an online trip-planning service for Waukesha Metro Transit, Wisconsin.

Motivation: Pangenomes provide novel insights for population and quantitative genetics, genomics, and breeding not available from studying a single reference genome. Instead, a species is better represented by a pangenome or collection of genomes. Unfortunately, managing and using pangenomes for genomically diverse species is computationally and practically challenging. We developed a trellis graph representation anchored to the reference genome that represents most pangenomes well and can be used to impute complete genomes from low density sequence or variant data. Results: The Practical Haplotype Graph (PHG) is a pangenome pipeline, database (PostGRES & SQLite), data model (Java, Kotlin, or R), and Breeding API (BrAPI) web service. The PHG has already been able to accurately represent diversity in four major crops including maize, one of the most genomically diverse species, with up to 1000-fold data compression. Using simulated data, we show that, at even 0.1X coverage, with appropriate reads and sequence alignment, imputation results in extremely accurate haplotype reconstruction. The PHG is a platform and environment for the understanding and application of genomic diversity. Availability: All resources listed here are freely available. The PHG Docker used to generate the simulation results is https://hub.docker.com/ as maizegenetics/phg:0.0.27. PHG source code is at https://bitbucket.org/bucklerlab/practicalhaplotypegraph/src/master/. The code used for the analysis of simulated data is at https://bitbucket.org/bucklerlab/phg-manuscript/src/master/. The PHG database of NAM parent haplotypes is in the CyVerse data store (https://de.cyverse.org/de/) and named /iplant/home/shared/panzea/panGenome/PHG_db_maize/phg_v5Assemblies_20200608.db.

Current MDD methodologies are complex to use and require doing lots of models and configurations. Usually after all that effort only some part of the application source code can be automatically created. It would be desirable to have a more simple technique, but powerful enough for automatically creating a fully functional application. This works introduces a component based model driven development approach where a set of user interface components will be configured to define system behavior. Component configuration will be direct, simple and supported by a modeling tool which also includes automatic transformations for reducing the modeling task. The methodology requires the designer to build only two models: a class diagram, representing the data model of the application and a component diagram defining the user interface and the system navigation. Both components are based on UML extended with stereotypes and tagged values allowing configuring the system behavior.

The UML model of database is a frame foundation of developing a database, this paper recommends a way to build data model based on the urban heating pipe networks by using VISIO[1] modeling tools. There are two ways that Use Case Diagram and Static Structure Diagram. The article describes the function of database application system, data structure and relationship on the heating-pipe network. The data structure model makes it more clear and lower redundancy when the developers are developing an application system of database.
