Abstract. Assessment of public efficiency of rapid urban transport development strategy is the final stage in the formation of a strategy for the development of rapid transport. The rapid urban transport development strategy is distinguished by the following main characteristics: significant initial investment, which in some cases is considered as an objective obstacle to adoption and implementation of the strategy; long timeframes for implementation of the strategy; timing of the achievement of the goals; use of financial resources. These characteristics enhance the current cost of the project. The process of measuring the results a new transport project implementation is complicated, because a significant part of the results is of external character and is not subject to cost measuring. The peculiarities listed above prove the relevance of determination of public efficiency rapid urban transport development strategy. Considering the specifics of the object of the research, the comparison of costs and results of innovative transport product implementation should be carried out within assessment of its public efficiency. The aim of this work is to develop a system of indicators for assessment of public efficiency of rapid urban transport development strategy; study of existing public efficiency assessment methods, search for their advantages and disadvantages, and research into maglev technology advantages. The system of indicators proposed to assess public efficiency of rapid urban transport development strategy, considers all advantages of maglev technology and prioritises it in selecting rapid urban transport.

Approach to entrepreneurship and strategy of development is the concepts that have attracted the attention of many researchers and managers from the theoretical and practical dimension, and many companies have used these two concepts, and have won a lot of success. In today's world, the entrepreneurship is known as an engine of local, regional and national economic development. (Ahmadpour, 2007) The process of economic development in developed countries reflects the fact that the economy is under the influence of entrepreneurship. In addition, in the current competitive environment, it is an important factor in the development and survival of the companies. Companies that put the entrepreneurial orientation as their policy approach, through the development of flexible resources, they can increase their long-term potential. (Khanka, 2003) Therefore, in this paper, we examine the relationship between development strategy and entrepreneurship dimensions, including innovation, risk-taking, activism, and competitive aggression in the Mellat bank. The research is applied and is done in correlation way. The questionnaire is used to collect data. The statistical population of the study was limited that 261 statistical samples were used in the analysis. The research findings show that entrepreneurship approaches have a strong and positive impact on its development strategy. The Moderating Competitive dynamic has no impact on the relationship between entrepreneurship approach and development strategy. The findings of this study will help decision-makers to be able to know the importance of entrepreneurial approach so that they can decide appropriate policies to create and launch apps. Based on the results obtained, recommendations are provided for statistical population and bank managers.

Core test data from 10 wells indicate that the sandstone reservoir in Yuanshi oilfield is characterized by low permeability, thin pore throat, high clay mineral content, and strong sensitivity, which are likely to cause reservoir damage and affect development result. Based on the characteristics of water-sensitive, velocity-sensitive low permeability reservoir as well as non-Darcy flow behavior, the development strategy of high pressure water injection and cyclic water injection has been formulated with the assistance of engineering measures such as fracturing and reducing well spacing.
