Mobile learning can be identified as the next stage in the development of e-learning. In this regard, <strong>the purpose of this paper</strong> is to propose a model for mobile learning integration in higher education which is based on analysis of students’ expectations. То achieve this goal, a survey has been conducted among students enrolled in programs in the field of information and communication technologies. The analysis of the collected data shows that students have mobile devices, which they use not only for communication on social networks, but also for education. In addition, their expectations regarding mobile learning have been identified taking into account their study program and their previous experience with an e-learning platform.

This article continues the analysis of distance learning in the teenage association "GLAGOL". Currently, there is an increased interest in the field of e-learning, especially during the quarantine period. The article describes the experience of using social networks Vkontakte, Zoom, Discord for organizing online educational process, video and photo hosting Youtube, Instagram, Tik Tok for publishing reporting materials by students in the period from March 2020 to January 2021. A number of problems were identified during the experimental online work and effective recommendations for their elimination were developed.

The annals of the Web have been a defining moment in the evolution of education and e-Learning. The evolution of Web 1.0 almost three decades ago has been a precursor to Web 3.0 that has reshaped education and learning today. The evolution to Web 3.0 has been synonymous with “Semantic Web” or “Artificial Intelligence” (AI). AI makes it possible to deliver custom content to the learners based on their learning behavior and preferences. As a result of these developments, the learners have been empowered and have at their disposal a range of Web tools and technology powered by AI to pursue and accomplish their learning goals. This chapter traces the evolution and impact of Web 3.0 and AI on e-Learning and its role in empowering the learner and transforming the future of education and learning.
