The presence of supervision at a school is an indispensable activity. One such supervision technique is a class visit. The purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation of supervision in the School with class visit techniques and their impact on the level of professionalism of teachers. This research uses a qualitative approach to the study of phenomology in SMP At-Tibyan. The main data sources are the Principal and Teacher. This study also uses a sampling procedure with research subjects of 5 teachers with different tenure at the school. The data collection technique is observation and is supported by interview techniques as a source of supporting data. Data analysis techniques according to Miles and Huberman include condensation of data, presentation of data, drawing conclusions. The results obtained are 1) the implementation of supervision of classroom visits has increased in terms of technical implementation, 2) the level of professionalism of At-Tibyan Middle School teachers is still low, 60% includes Professional teachers, 20% includes quite professional teachers, and 20% of teachers are not professional. The development of teacher professionalism needs to be done immediately and the role of the school principal can effectively support the development of the teacher's professionalism. As a controlling stage for the business, academic supervision can be carried out with classroom visits techniques that continue to improve the quality of implementation. Through supervision of class visits can be seen developments in the level of professionalism of teachers.

This study aims to determine the appropriate steps in carrying out academic supervision so as to be able to improve the pedagogical competence of teachers, especially in the learning process which in turn will affect the improvement of the quality of education.The study was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle has different planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Research subjects of the principal and teacher. The school principal with his academic supervision measures, while the Kunto Darussalam Elementary School 017 teacher as an object as well as the subject in providing academic supervision treatment. Data collection techniques through class supervision with stages of supervising teachers in the learning process and observation of classroom learning, to record important events related to research, especially at the time of the processlearning takes place.Data analysis techniques that guide data processing using a percentage (%) of achievement with 100 constants. And to see the interpertation using score interpertation criteria to strengthen the interpretation in conclusions as follows: 80% - 100% (Very Good), 66% - 79 % (Good), 56% - 65% (Enough), and 40% - 55% (Less).The results showed that the ability of teachers in the implementation of the learning process experienced an increase in the percentage at each stage, from the first cycle reached an average of 63% (sufficient) and in the second cycle reached an average of 68% (good). There is an increase in teacher's ability by 5% from cycle I. In detail there is a significant increase in the initial condition of the school when compared to the final condition in the second cycle. The accuracy of teachers entering the class increased by 48%, the use of learning media increased by 32%, varied methods increased by 31%, and learning strategies increased by 36%.

This study aims to analyze thee ffect of self-efficacy belief and knowledge in constructing tests on thequality of teacher in making mathematical cognitive test instruments. Data was conducted to 100 elementary school teachers. Analysis of this study using statistica lConfirmatory Factor Analysis techniques is then calculated by The Estimate of Structural Equation Models (SEM). This study found that the role of self-efficacy beliefs and constructive knowledge had a significant impact on the quality of mathematical cognitive test instruments made by elementary school teachers.

The 21st century becomes a new challenge for productive teachers in developing their competency. One of the methods for developing their competency is conducting a continuous professional development program. This study was aimed at describing the quality of the continuous professional development of Automotive Engineering productive teachers. The type of this study was a survey study which used a descriptive quantitative method. The research subjects were all of the productive teachers of Automotive Engineering in Surakarta city with the total of 76 teachers. In conducting the study, a questionnaire was used as the data collection technique. Data analysis techniques consisted of editing, tabulating, analyzing and interpreting, and concluding. The results showed the quality of the continuous professional development of Automotive Engineering productive teachers in Surakarta city was categorized as low with the percentage of 59.2%. In conclusion, productive teachers of Automotive Engineering in Surakarta city did not actively participate in continuous professional development. The implications of this study showed that the teachers must increase self-awareness to do continuous professional development.

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the role of spirituality in teacher performance seen from the organizational commitment of Muhammadiyah Middle School teachers in Magelang Regency. This research is a quantitative study that is correlational, namely research that is asking the relationship between two or more variables. The population in this study were all Muhammadiyah Middle School teachers in Magelang Regency with 370 teachers, while the total sample in this study was 185 teachers. To conduct data analysis in this study, then: (1) analysis techniques with descriptive statistics; (2) technical analysis of multiple regression; and (3) path analysis techniques. Based on the results of research and discussions that have been conducted, the results of this study are (1) Spirituality has a very significant role in influencing teacher performance through organizational commitment, Muhammadiyah Middle School teachers in Magelang Regency; (2) Spirituality directly affect teacher performance, although not as much as if it is through organizational commitment variables; and (3) Teachers who have high spirituality will have good performance because they have high organizational commitment. AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran spiritualitas dalam kinerja guru dilihat dari komitmen organisasi pada guru SMP Muhammadiyah di Kabupaten Magelang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat korelasional, yaitu penelitian yang bersifat menanyakan hubungan antara dua atau lebih variabel. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMP Muhammadiyah di Kabupaten Magelang yang berjumlah 370 guru, sedang jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 185 guru. Untuk melakukan analisis data pada penelitian ini, maka digunakan (1) teknik analisis dengan statistik deskriptif; (2) teknis analisis regresi ganda; dan (3) teknik analisis jalur (path analysis). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan, maka hasil penelitian ini, yaitu (1) Spiritualitas mempunyai peran sangat signifikan dalam mempengaruhi kinerja guru melalui komitmen organisasi, guru SMP Muhammadiyah di Kabupaten Magelang; (2) Spiritualitas secara langsung mempengaruhi kinerja guru meskipun tidak sebesar jika melalui variabel komitmen organisasi; dan (3) Guru yang memiliki spiritualitas yang tinggi akan memiliki kinerja yang bagus karena memiliki komitmen organisasi yang tinggi.

This study discusses the role of the teacher in implementing the character of responsibility in fourth grade students at SDN Kedungboto-Porong. The focus of this research leads to the fourth grade teachers about the role of the teacher in implementing the character of responsibility in SDN Kedungboto. This research uses qualitative research. Type of descriptive qualitative research. This study uses the collection techniques used, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used to describe the results of interviews of research subjects, taken from the results of observation. The results showed the teacher's role in implementing the character of responsibility in grade IV students at Kedungboto-Porong Elementary School were teachers as educators, teachers as instructors, teachers as tutors, teachers as models and role models, teachers as models and role models, teachers as assessors. While the supporting factors of teachers in implementing the character of responsibility in grade IV students at SDN Kedungboto-Porong are the cohesiveness of the school principal and the teacher, as well as the role of the parents, the students' awareness. The inhibiting factor is the low parental control, affecting the community environment. The teacher in implementing the character of responsibility has been very approved, involving several students who still have bad character. However, there are more students who have good character.

EVALUATION OF THE REACTION TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF STRENGTHENING SCHOOL PRINCIPAL IN BPSDM DKI JAKARTA PROVINCE. The strategic role of the headmaster in education requires the implementation of the school principal strengthening. This study aims to see the results of the reaction evaluation of the participants of the strengthening school principal, held by the BPSDM DKI Jakarta province with the evaluation model of Kirkpatrick Level 1. The method used is a descriptive evaluative with the survey method. The instruments used are questionnaires. Sampling with a random sampling purpose technique and selected 90 participants from the total population of 900 people. The results showed an average of the participants’ overall response to the faculty evaluation element of 3.61, so it could be stated that the Participants had a very good perception of the whole teacher. The average is obtained because the quality of module and quality of organizers have been good, while the quality of facilities and infrastructure is very good. The conclusion of this research is the response of participants in the implementation of the school's strengthening training (MCC) is very good towards the teacher evaluation element. So also the participants ' response to the quality of the modules and organizers is good, and the response is excellent to the facilities and infrastructure.

In this study, the object of research is the Role of Human Resources to Achieve Workforce Quality in MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri. Research data collection using descriptive observation, interview or qualitative methods. This interview observation study was conducted by lecturers and students of Islamic Education Management Study Program with student WK in MTs Nu Ma'arifKemiri. This activity aims to observe the Quality of Human Resources Workers conducted by MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri.

This study aims to determine how the role of principal In Improving Teacher Quality in Private MTs Nurul Falah Talok Kresek Tangerang District. This research is qualitative with Field Research approach (Field Research). In this research, it is found that the head of madrasah in improving the quality of teachers in private MTs Nurul Falah Talok Kresek Tangerang Regency can be achieved. Achievement and success are based on a number of findings in the research that took place, namely 1). The Head of Madrasah has empowered the effort to improve the quality of teachers by covering various practical and logical work such as teacher competence test, guidance of teaching program and improvement of teacher professionalism, Increase of income and teacher welfare. 2). Madrasah principals undertake various development and fulfillment efforts related to infrastructure and madrasah infrastructure facilities. Another result of this research is that the success of the madrasah head that can support the process of teacher quality improvement can occur due to several factors, among others 1). Madrasah principal can play an important role as a leader with its central power to always move the artery of madrasah life, 2). The head of Madrasah is also able to understand SOP, their duties and functions for the success of madrasah accompanied by a strong attitude towards the subordinates who lead in this case the teacher in his madrasah. This study aims to determine and describe the relationship between financing management and the quality of diniyah education in Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah in the Bandung Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection technique is done by distributing questionnaires (questionnaires) and documentation with a sample of 37 people. The data analysis techniques used are research instrument trials, partial analysis, correlation analysis, and coefficient of determination (contribution) analysis. The results showed that the achievement of financing management and the quality of diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah education in Bandung Regency showed a significant relationship between financing management and the quality of diniyah education. The linearity test of financing management (X) and the quality of diniyah education (Y) obtained a value of F = 1.611 with a significance level of 0.218, so it can be interpreted that it has a positive and significant linear relationship. This study has implications for the importance of effective financing management in improving the quality of madrasah.

The principal is a leader in educational institutions that regulates and manages educational activities in schools. Therefore, school principals play an important role in improving the quality of education, especially improving teacher performance to be more enthusiastic and professional in teaching and developing themselves who are in charge of delivering lessons to students. This study aims to identify the role of principal supervision as an effort to improve teacher professionalism in teaching at SMA Negeri 10 OKU.This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 10 OKU. The research was carried out for 3 (three) months, starting from September 2020 to November 2020. The research method used was a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used include: (1) Interview or Interview; (2) Observation; (3) Documentation. Based on the research results, it was concluded that the principal had a role in the supervision carried out as an effort to improve teacher professionalism in teaching. It is known: (1) The role of principal supervision is evidenced by the teacher in planning lesson plans which are made reported and approved by the principal and according to the curriculum; (2) The role of principal supervision is proven by the teacher in carrying out the learning process in accordance with the learning device guidelines and using teaching aids; (3) The role of principal supervision is evidenced by the teacher evaluating the learning outcomes and reporting to the principal; (4) The role of principal supervision is evidenced by the teacher following up on the learning outcomes in accordance with the direction of the principal; (5) The role of principal supervision is evidenced by the teacher providing guidance to students.
