<p>Keluarga merupakan sistem sosial yang alamiah dan keluarga berfungsi membentuk aturan-aturan, komunikasi serta negosiasi diantara para anggota keluarga. Ketiga fungsi keluarga ini mempunyai sejumlah implikasi terhadap perkembangan dan keberadaan para anggota keluarga. Keluarga melakukan suatu pola interaksi yang diulang-ulang melalui partisipasi seluruh anggota keluarga. Sehingga strategi konseling pernikahan yang dibangun akan membantu terpeliharanya hubungan-hubungan keluarga harmonis <em>As-Sakinah</em><em>, </em><em>Mawaddah, Wa Rahmah</em> juga dituntut untuk memodifikasi pola-pola transaksi dalam memenuhi kebutuhan keluarga yang mengalami perubahan yang didambakan. Membangun Keluarga bahagia melalui pendekatan konseling pernikahan pada dasarnya merupakan upaya untuk memperoleh kebahagiaan dan kesejahteraan hidup baik lahir maupun batin. Keluarga dibentuk untuk memadukan rasa kasih dan sayang diantara dua makhluk berlainan jenis, yang berlanjut untuk menyebarkan rasa kasih dan sayang keibuan dan keayahan terhadap seluruh anggota keluarga. Namun apa yang didambakan, apa yang diidealkan serta apa yang seharusnya dalam kenyataan tidak senantiasa berjalan mulus sebagaimana mestinya. Kebahagiaan yang diharapkan semoga dapat diraih dari bahtera kehidupan berumah tangga dan bukan sebaliknya yang kerapkali dirasakan justru kesedihan.</p><p><strong>Kata kunci : </strong>konseling pernikahan, sakinah mawaddah wa rahmah<strong></strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><em>MARRIAGE COUNSELING BASED ON AS-SAKINAH MAWADDAH WA RAHMAH. The family is the natural and social system functioning family formed the rules, communication and negotiations between members of the family. The three functions of this family has a number of implications for the development and the existence of the family members. Perform a family interaction patterns that are repeated through the participation of all members of the family. So the marriage counselling strategy built will help the nurturing harmonious family relationships, As-Sakinah, Mawaddah Wa Rahmah is also required to modify the patterns of discounted rates in meeting the needs of the family experiencing the changes longed. Build happy family through marriage counselling approach is basically an attempt to gain happiness and prosperity of life in both the physical and the spiritual sense. The family was formed to integrate the feeling of love and affection between two different kinds of creatures that continues to spread compassion and mercy motherhood and fatherhood leads to all members of the family. But what longed, what diidealkan and what should be in reality does not always run smoothly properly. Modern society is currently undergoing the stage of transition. Such a change has an impact on all social institutions, including the family and family-marital relations. People are becoming increasingly liberated and independent. This affects marital relations, which are currently being built according to new paradigms associated with greater responsibility for oneself and less for the partner. All these are new phenomena of our social reality, requiring a new understanding and development of new social practice. To validly disclose the features of the modern model of family relations, we will build our considerations in line with evolutionary, functional, empirical and interactionist approaches, based on the assertion that the family is, first of all, a small social group, where each partner has their own, often opposing, interests, and which at the same time acts as an integral social system.

The division of family responsibilities, which are designed for each house­hold member and harmonious family relationships are one of the most important keynotes of St. John’s Chrysostom preaching. In order to explain this issue he wrote homily on the Epistle to the Ephesians. According to it, the role of father in household is based on following Christ. Husbant’s relationship to his wife, especially respect for her, should be built by analogy to the relationship between Christ and the Church. The author calls the family a “small church”, comparing it to the Church as the Mystical Body. Living of the “small Church” is permeated with prayer and Holy Scripture reading. Firstly husband – the head of the family, performs the following Christian actions: reads inspired texts, strengthens himself by the sacrament of the Eucharist (that is , he takes the Holy Communion). And thanks to that going to church and celebrate the Lord’s Day, are the usual practice of all members of the parva Ecclesia.

This study highlighted the importance of establishing clear work roles and responsibilities in the family business, the measurement of family employee work performance and regular feedback on their performance and fair and market-based compensation of family employees in family businesses. An Oblimin oblique rotation was performed on the principal components of the exploratory factor analysis. In this study three factors describing the theoretical dimensions of family employee work performance, clear work roles and responsibilities and family employee compensation in family businesses were extracted. Although statistical significant differences were found between the perceptions of male and female as well as between senior and younger generation family employees regarding the constructs, these differences were not practically significant. This study, however, confirms the important role that an effective family employee work performance management and compensation strategy plays to ensure harmonious family relationships and at the end the sustainability of the family business. Practical recommendations are suggested to improve the effectiveness of family employee work performance and compensation in family businesses. Recommendations are also offered to utilise the questionnaire as a diagnostic tool.

This article is a result of a qualitative field research. This article discusses efforts to form a sakinah family. The research location is Jombang Regency. The data of this research are alumni of Madrasatul Qur'an Islamic boarding school Tebuireng Jombang who are domiciled in Jombang Regency. This study concludes that marriage counseling to maintain household harmony, one of which can be done independently through istiqamahan interacting with the Qur'an. This argument is based on data from the family of alumni who have memorized the Koran PP. Madrasataul Qur'an Tebuireng in Diwek district, Jombang. The alumni practice the routine of memorizing the Qur'an, always remembering Allah (taqarrub), tadarus Al-Qur`an every day, praying in congregation, being open between family members. The alumni carry out several family functions, namely educational, religious, protective, economic, and recreational functions. Keywords: marriage counseling, happy family, pesantren alumni.   Abstrak Artikel ini adalah hasil penelitian kualitatif lapangan. Artikel ini mendiskusikan upaya membentuk keluarga sakinah. Lokasi penelitian berada Kabupaten Jombang. Data penelitian ini adalah alumni pondok pesantren Madrasatul Qur’an Tebuireng Jombang yang berdomisili di Kabupaten Jombang. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa konseling pernikahan untuk menjaga keharmonisan rumah tangga salah satunya dapat dilakukan secara mandiri melalui keistiqamahan berinteraksi dengan Al-Qur’an. Argumen ini didasarkan pada data Keluarga alumni penghafal Al-Qur`an PP. Madrasataul Qur`an Tebuireng di kecamatan Diwek Jombang. Para alumni mempraktekkan rutinitas menghafal Al-Qur`an, selalu bedzikir kepada Allah (taqarrub), tadarus Al-Qur`an setiap hari, shalat berjamaah, bersikap terbuka antar anggota keluarga. Para alumni menjalankan beberapa fungsi keluarga, yakni fungsi edukatif, religi, protektif, ekonomis, dan rekreatif. Kata Kunci: konseling perkawinan, keluarga bahagia, alumni pesantren.

<p>Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis peran konseling perkawinan dalam penanganan problem relasi keluarga dalam membangun keluarga sakinah. Metode yang digunakan <em>library research,</em> dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa problematika relasi keluarga semakin komplek sehingga mengakibatkan ketidakharmonisan dalam keluarga. Upaya yang dapat digunakan untuk mencegah dan mengurangi problem relasi keluarga adalah melalui layanan konseling perkawinan. Konseling perkawinan diarahkan pada lima tahap orientasi yaitu memahami makna keluarga, meningkatkan kesadaran dan dinamika keluarga, komunikasi dan terapi, membangun interaksi dan relasi keluarga, penanganan problem keluarga, membina hubungan keluarga  melalui gaya kelekatan keluarga. Lima orientasi ini merupakan upaya preventif mengurangi dan menangani problem relasi keluarga, selanjutnya dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu strategi membangun hubungan keluarga sakinah.</p><p><strong>Kata kunci</strong>: Konseling perkawinan, problem relasi keluarga, keluarga sakinah.</p><p> </p><p><em>COUNSELING MARRIAGE (HANDLING STRATEGY IN THE PROBLEM OF FAMILY RELATIONS TO BUILD SAKINAH FAMILY). </em><em>Aim of this paper</em><em> to describe and analyze the role of marriage counseling in family relations problem to establishing sakinah family. The method used library research, with qualitative descriptive techniques. The results showed that problematic family relations more complex, the effect are disharmony in the family. Efforts that can be used to prevent and reduce the problems of family relationships is through marriage counseling services. Marriage counseling directed at the five stages of the orientation is to understand the meaning of family, raise awareness and family dynamics, communication and therapy, interaction and build family relationships, establishing family problems, family relationships through family attachment style. Five of this orientation is a preventive effort to reduce and tackles the problem of family relationships can then be used as a strategy to establish harmonious family relations.</em></p><strong><em>Key Words</em></strong><em>: marriage counseling, family relations problem, sakinah family</em>

Abstract Objective: To identify the different perceptions of the aging process and violence in intrafamilial relations of elderly participants of a social and coexistence group. Method: An exploratory and descriptive qualitative study was performed through the application of a sociodemographic questionnaire and a semi-structured interview, with seven elderly people participating in the Coexistence and Strengthening of Bonds social group. The results of the discourses were assessed through thematic content analysis. Results: The extraction into thematic units allowed the elaboration of two intertwined categories: self-perception of the process of intrafamily aging and violence in the eyes of the elderly. Conclusion: The elderly reported that the family is responsible for providing care, appreciation and understanding, and that the aging process brings new possibilities for coexistence, but it is also accompanied by weaknesses and limitations. They also indicated subtle practices of psychological, financial, and abandonment violence, making them impotent, ashamed, and fearful to adopt effective initiatives to restore cordial, ethical, and harmonious family relationships.

The novel Sepertiga Malam di Manhattan by Arumi E is very interesting to study. This novel is a novel about the struggle of a family to get happiness. This novel is the Arumi E's 27th newest novel. The struggle in this novel is to make the family happy, expecting for the baby. Before writing the novel, Arumi E did a research in the places written in the novel to achieve a very interesting fictional story and most of this story was taken from the traveling results so it was so interesting. The objective of this research is to describe (1) the Autopoetic System in the novel Sepertiga MalamdiManhattan by Arumi E. (2) The differentiation system in the Novel Sepertiga Malamdi Manhattan by Arumi E.The research method used is in the form of a descriptive qualitative method that uses a social system approach. The method used by the researcher is the dialectical method. The data source used in this research is the novel Sepertiga Malamdi Manhattan by Arumi E, published by Gramedia publisher in 2018. The data collection in this study uses the steps of reading the novel. To collect data, the researcher use any instrument.There are two results of the study: (1) The autopoetic system in the novel Sepertiga MalamdiManhattan by Arumi E. is concerning to some characters who have their own beliefs or rules in their lives who do not want to follow the rules of others, they are more confident in their own way to success and purpose of life. (2) The system of differentiation in the novel Sepertiga Malamdi Manhattan by Arumi E. is covering the handling of changes in the environment, the characters are able to adapt to the new environment, which has a different culture from the original culture. This shows evidence of the system autopoetic and differentiation in the novel Sepertiga MalamdiManhattan by Arumi E.

Intensified anxiety responses and even symptoms of post-traumatic stress are commonly observed under quarantine conditions. In this study, the effects on fear, anxiety and wellbeing of the recent pandemic caused by SARS-CoV-2 were investigated in a sample of otherwise healthy Hungarians. Taking the family as a microsystem, differences in gender, age, family relationships and time spent in isolation were the main focus of this investigation. 346 parent-child dyads were examined; the children were 11-17 years of age. Standard psychological questionnaires (Perceived Stress Scale, WHO Wellbeing Index), and an open question test (the Metamorphosis test) were used, and the results analysed with the aid of basic statistical methods. Stress levels and wellbeing displayed a significant negative correlation with each other in both parents and children. Parental stress and levels of wellbeing had a weak but significant impact on the wellbeing of their children. Among the demographic variables examined, none of them was found to explain the wellbeing or stress level of parents. Natural catastrophes, such as pandemics, create a stressful social environment for parents, and therefore directly impact the psychological wellbeing of all family members.

The research shows that one of the legal relations in civil matters is the family relationship, having an extensive content. It includes Family Law and the actual family relationships. While there are factual elements in the family relationships, only marriage registration gives rise to the property and personal rights between spouses since marriage is a legal fact of law. However, it has been stated correctly in the legal literature that the actual co-existence of partners is such a family relationship, in which couples enter into marriage without registration. The inner world of unmarried couples is significantly free from legal regulation. Family relationships, by their characteristics, are inconceivable without the personal and intimate aspects contained in certain factual foundations and found in family relationships.
