Abstract The Characteristics of the dry choux pastry are small, lightweigh with a crispy texture and has distinctive savory flavor. This research aims to know and analyze the physical characteristics of dry choux pastry with the addition of pangasius in the aspects of development volume, cavity and outer diameter and weight. This research conducted at the Pastry and Bakery Laboratory of the Culinary Education Departement, Faculty of Engineering, State University of Jakarta. This reasearch used experimental method. Then do the direct analysis descriptively. This research used the addition of pangasius by 60%, 70% and 80%. The results showed that dry choux pastry with the addition of 60% pangasius had the highest value in all aspects. In the aspect of development volume, the value produced is 117% with an average volume after roasting 13 ml. In the aspect of the cavity the resulting average value is 19.37 mm and on the aspect of the outer diameter has an average value of 25.4 mm. The weight produced after the roasting process is 1.3 grams with a shrinkage value of 60.6%. The addition of 60% catfish is not much different from the control so it can be recommended to be developed. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis karakteristik fisik sus kering penambahan ikan patin pada aspek volume pengembangan, rongga dan diameter luar serta berat. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Laboratorium Pastry dan Bakery Program Studi Pendidikan Tata Boga, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Pada penelitian ini meggunakan metode eksperimen. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis langsug secara deksriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan penambahan ikan patin sebesar 60%, 70% dan 80%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sus kering dengan penambahan ikan patin 60% memiliki nilai tertinggi di semua aspek. Pada aspek volume pengembangan nilai yang dihasilkan  117% dengan rata-rata volume setelah pemanggangan 13 ml. Pada aspek rongga nilai rata-rata yang dihasilkan yaitu 19,37 mm dan pada aspek diameter luar memiliki nilai rata-rata 25,4 mm. Berat yang dihasilkan setelah proses pemanggangan yaitu 1,3 gr dengan nilai penyusutan 60,6%. Penambahan ikan patin 60% ini tidak berbeda jauh dengan kontrol sehingga dapat direkomendasikan untuk dikembangkan. Kata-kata kunci: sus kering, ikan patin, karakteristik fisik

This study aims to find out about the factors that affect external motivation to learn the results of Drawing Techniques I learned in college students S1 Studies Program of Technical Education Building, State University of Jakarta. Place of this research was conducted at the Department of Civil Engineering, State University of Jakarta in October-December 2011.In this study using survey method. The population in this study were students of S1 Studies Program of Technical Education Building Department of Civil Engineering Faculty of Engineering, State University of Jakarta of 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010 as many as 262 students and a sample of 72 students who are determined using the calculation Yamane with sampling techniques using simple random sampling . The instrument used was a questionnaire for data capture factors external motivation to learn and value the learning outcomes data UAS for Engineering Drawing I. Reliability of the results obtained from the calculation of r values for the factors of external motivation to learn at 0.935.Based on the research results can be concluded that there are factors that influence motivation to learn external learning outcomes Mechanical Drawing I. In sub-indicators to obtain a family concern that is the largest average value 3.78, and the lowest mean value contained in the sub-indicators campus environment that is equal to 2.95. Overall indicator of family environment to obtain a mean value of 3.51, an indicator of the campus environment to obtain a mean value of 3.32, and for community environmental indicators obtained average value of 3.48.Based on research results obtained that the family environment is a factor external motivation to learn the most dominant in affecting learning outcomes of Engineering Drawing I with a mean value of 3.78.

ABSTRAK   Peneli tian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peningkatan hasil shooting dengan menggunakan media J-Glove pada mahasiswa (atlet) yang tergabung dalam Tim Putra Bola Basket di Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Pengambilan data dilaksanakan di lapangan basket kampus B Universitas Negeri Jakarta pada tanggal 15 Mei sampai 28 Juni 2019. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Eksperimen, yaitu dengan memberikan perlakuan (treatment) dalam latihan dengan menggunakan media J-Glove untuk meningkatkan akurasi 3 point shoot bola basket Tim Putra bola basket Universitas Negeri Jakarta. metode eksperimen. Desain penelitian menggunakan “one group pretest-postest design”. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Tim Putra bola basket Universitas Negeri Jakarta, pengambilan sampel menggunakan Total sampling yang artinya semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel karna terdiri dari 15  orang. Berdasarkan hasil tes awal dan tes akhir dari perlakuan hasil dari latihan 3 point shooting dengan menggunakan media J-Glove pada hasil 3 point shooting memperoleh nilai untuk 3 point shooting dengan tes akhir 3 point shooting dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 8.1, nilai standar deviasi sebesar 5.61, nilai standar error perbedaan rata-rata sebesar 1.5, sedangkan untuk th (t hitung) sebesar 5.4 thitung dan ttabel (t tabel) sebesar 1,70113 ttabel. Dengan taraf signifikasi sebesar 5% .dengan demikian t hitung > t tabel yang berarti Ho ditolak, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan 3 point shooting  dengan menggunakan media J-Glove berpengaruh pada hasil akurasi 3 point shooting.    Kata Kunci : shooting 3 point, J-Glove, Basket   ABSTRACT   This study aims to examine the improvement in shooting results using the J-Glove media on students (athletes) who are members of the Putra Basket Basketball Team at Jakarta State University. Data retrieval was carried out on the basketball court campus B Jakarta State University on May 15 to June 28, 2019. The research method used in this study was the Experimental Method, namely by providing treatment in training using J-Glove media to improve accuracy 3 basketball shoot point Team Putra basketball at Jakarta State University. experimental method. The research design uses "one group pretest-postest design". The population in this study was the Putra Putra basketball team at the Jakarta State University, sampling using total sampling which means that all members of the population were sampled because they consisted of 15 people. Based on the results of the initial test and the final test of the treatment results of the 3 point shooting exercise using the media J-Glove on the results of 3 point shooting obtained a value for 3 point shooting with the final test 3 point shooting with an average value of 8.1, the standard deviation value of 5.61, the standard error value of the average difference is 1.5, while for th (t arithmetic) is 5.4 thitung and ttable (t table) is 1.70113 ttable. With a significance level of 5%. Thus t arithmetic> T table which means Ho is rejected, so it can be concluded that the 3 point shooting exercise using J-Glove media affects the accuracy of the 3 point shooting results.   Keyword : 3 Point shoot, J-Glove, Basket

This study aims to study the effect of adding manalagi apple cider to the sensory quality of chewy candy on the aspect of color, taste, aroma, and texture. This research was conducted in the Analysis and Engineering Laboratory of the Culinary Education Study Program Faculty of Engineering State University of Jakarta and was carried out in September 2020. This study uses an experimental method with different percentages namely 20%, 40%, and 60% then a hedonic test is carried out on 15 moderately trained panelists. The results of the descriptive analysis show the average value in the color aspect 4.4 light green categories with a percentage of 40%, in the sweet taste aspect 4.8 categories of sweetness with a percentage of 40%, in the manalagi apple flavor aspect 4.2 feels manalagi apple with a percentage of 40%, in the aspect of manalagi apple aroma 3.9 in the manalagi apple-scented category with a percentage of 40%. Based on the hypothesis test using the Kruskall-Wallis test, it was stated that the texture aspect was continued with the Tuckeys test and the best result obtained was 4.0 which was the best sensory quality product of chewy candy in the addition of Manalagi apple cider.

AbstractThis research aimed to portray the effect of jengkol flour addition with different concentrations on consumer acceptance. This research was conducted at the Food Processing Laboratory, Culinary Education, Faculty of Engineering, State University of Jakarta from February 2018 to January 2019. This research used an experimental method. The acceptance test was conducted by 30 semi-trained panelist including aspects of color, taste, aroma, crispness, linear expansion, and thickness. The results of hypothesis testing using the Friedman test with α = 0,05 showed that there is an effect of jengkol flour addition with different concentrations (30%, 50%, 70%) on consumers acceptance, color, taste, aroma, linear expansion and thickness aspects. While, there is no effect of jengkol flour addition in the manufacture of jengkol crackers on crispness aspect. In conclusion, Jengkol crackers with 50% of jengkol flour addition is recommended as the best formula. Penelitian di lakukan di Laboratorium Pengolahan Makanan, Program Studi Pendidikan Tata Boga, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Jakarta sejak Februari 2018 hingga Januari 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen. Uji daya terima dilakukan kepada 30 orang panelis agak terlatih meliputi aspek warna, rasa, aroma, kerenyahan, daya kembang, dan ketebalan. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji Friedman dengan α = 0,05 menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penambahan tepung jengkol dengan konsentrasi berbeda (30%, 50%, 70%) dalam pembuatan kerupuk jengkol terhadap daya terima kerupuk jengkol pada aspek warna, rasa, aroma, daya kembang, dan ketebalan, sedangkan pada aspek kerenyahan menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh penambahan tepung jengkol terhadap daya terima kerupuk jengkol. Formula yang direkomendasikan adalah kerupuk jengkol dengan penambahan tepung jengkol 50%. Kata-kata kunci: tepung jengkol, kerupuk jengkol, daya terima konsumen

Measurement of low magnetic field has played an important role in many electronics applications such as military, non-destructive test, medical diagnosis and treatment. The presence of magnetic field, particularly the strength and direction, can be measured using magnetometer. Fluxgate magnetometer is one of the prominent type among many types of magnetometer due to its simple operating principle, robustness and durability. The main components of fluxgate magnetometer consisting of Driving Coils, Sensing Coils and Magnetic Core. In recent years, fluxgates are increasingly made into micro-scale through MEMS silicon processing technology. Physical characteristics of fluxgate coils such as width of the coil; distance between successive coil; and gap between top and bottom coils have an effect towards device miniaturization and performance. Therefore, physical characteristic analysis of coils is significant. This paper highlights analysis on physical characteristics of solenoid-based coil structure for a micro-scaled fluxgate magnetometer by means of finite element method (FEM) simulations. The results of this analysis can be used to design proper coils that could improve the performance of the device.

The purpose of this research is to design, to build, and to test vibration, sound and temperature control devices on Motor on 3-phases motor for damage to a arduino based 3-phase induction motor. The research is conducted in the Motor Installation Lab. 1st floor Faculty of Engineering, State University of Jakarta. At June 2019 until December 2019.This research uses engineering methods. The research subjects used are AC motors. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis with data collection techniques namely laboratory observation using testing instruments.The results showed that the device can measure the level of vibration and sound (noise) of the motor through the LOW and HIGH conditions of the vibration sensor and sound sensor, while the device can measure the level of the motor temperature through data from the LM35 temperature sensor. So it can be concluded that the vibration, sound and temperature gauges can function well in motor damage indications.   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendesain dan membuat alat pengatur getaran, suara dan suhu motor induksi 3-phasa sebagai indikasi kerusakan pada motor induksi 3-phasa berbasis arduino. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Instalasi Motor Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Pada Bulan Juni 2019 sampai Desember 2019.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode rekayasa teknik. Subyek penelitian yang digunakan yaitu motor AC induksi 3-phasa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi laboratorium menggunakan instrumen pengujian.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alat dapat mengukur tingkat getaran dan suara (noise) motor melalui kondisi LOW dan HIGH dari sensor getaran dan sensor suara, sedangkan alat dapat mengukur tingkat suhu motor melalui data dari sensor suhu LM35. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa alat pengukur getaran, suara dan suhu dapat berfungsi dengan baik dalam mengindikasi kerusakan motor.

This study aims to investigate the improvement students’ learning outcomes after the application of the experimental method in heat concept. The research design used was classroom action research with data collection techniques using observation sheets, tests, and student worksheets. The subjects of the study were students of class VII.1 of SMPN 7 Muara Bungo in the academic year 2019/2020 with 31 students. This research was conducted in three cycles, starting from October 28, 2019 to November 26, 2019. The results of this study indicate that the application of the experiment method can improve students’ learning outcomes in heat concept. Improved students’ learning outcomes can be seen from the average value, students' absorption capacity, and mastery learning from cycle I, cycle II, and cycle III. For the average value of students in cycle I, cycle II, and cycle III, are: 80, 85, and 88. For the absorption of students in cycle I, cycle II, and cycle III, are: 80%, 86% and 89%. As for mastery learning in cycle I, cycle II, and cycle III, are: 72%, 89%, and 94%.

ABSTRAKTuna dan cakalang memiliki potensi ekonomi yang besar di Indonesia. Beberapa penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua komoditas ini telah menunjukkan gejala over fishing di dunia, termasuk Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengestimasi seberapa besar deplesi ikan tuna dan cakalang di Indonesia. Deplesi sumber daya dihitung melalui perkiraan stok dan tingkat hasil lestari dengan menggunakan model produksi surplus dan estimasi parameter menggunakan metoda Clarke Yoshimoto Pooley (CYP). Nilai deplesi diperoleh dari perkalian volume deplesi dengan unit rent. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa volume rata-rata deplesi sumber daya ikan tuna dan cakalang pada periode 1992-2015 adalah (-) 2.828 ton per tahun. Rata-rata nilai deplesi sumber daya ikan tuna dan cakalang menunjukkan angka negatif, yaitu (-) Rp131,89 miliar per tahun. Nilai negatif ini menunjukkan bahwa selama periode 1992-2015, stok sumber daya ikan tuna dan cakalang mengalami penurunan sebesar 2.828 ton per tahun dengan nilai potensi kerugian atau kehilangan akibat penurunan stok yang mencapai Rp131,89 miliar per tahun.Title: Tuna And Skipjack Resources Depletion In IndonesiaABSTRACTTuna and Skipjack has a great economic potential in Indonesia. Several studies have shown that these commodities have symptomed of over-fishing in the world, including Indonesia. This study aims to estimate the extent of tuna and skipjack depletion in Indonesia. Resource depletion is calculated through stock estimates and sustainable yield levels using surplus production model and parameter estimation of Clark Yoshimoto Pooley (CYP) method. Depletion value is obtained from multiplication of depletion volume with unit rent. Results of the study showed that the average volume of depletion of tuna and skipjack resources in the period 1992-2015 was (-) 2,828 tons per year. The average value of tuna and skipjack resource depletion showed negative numbers, ie (-) IDR 131.89 billion per year. This negative value indicates that during the period 1992-2015, the stock of tuna and skipjack fish resources decreased by 2.828 tons per year with the potential value of loss or loss due to a decrease in stock which reached IDR131,89 billion per year.

The results of systematic (2003–2017) measurements of the total content and the volume mixing ratio of CO at Novolazarevskaya station with a spectrometer with a resolution of 0.2 cm– 1 are presented. The inverse problem of determining the total CO content, as well as interfering gases (H2O and N2O), was solved using the SFIT4 software package. Data analysis showed that over the measurement period the average total CO content at Novolazarevskaya amounted to (8 ± 2) 1017 molec/cm2, and the average volume mixing ratio amounted to (37 ± 8) ppb. The obtained data are compared with variations in the total content of CO in Arrival-Heights station, with MOPITT satellite data, as well as with surface values of CO concentration at Syova station. The maximum values of CO are observed in September, the minimum — in January–February. For all the considered series, the trends are insignificant, while there are periods of increased CO content (2010). In recent years (2014–2017) there is a tendency towards an increase in the minimum values of CO. For  Novolazarevskaya and  Arrival-Heights satellite data are characterized by the excess of over ground data, amounting to 19% and 14%, respectively, while there is a seasonal dependence of the deviation with the minimum in December–January. Surface measurements of the total CO content are in fairly good agreement at Novolazarevskaya and Arrival-Heights, and since 2010 the average deviation is 2.4%. The average value of the concentration of CO on Syova 51 ppb is higher than the average volume mixing ratio at Novolazarevskaya. According to the spectral, wavelet and composite analyzes, in all the considered series there are oscillations in the range of 6–45 months with closely coinciding periods and phases.

Abstract   This study aims to develop Job Safety Analysis for plumbing practice workshop in Vocational Education of Building Construction as an effort to improve Health and Safety Management System. This research was conducted in Vocational Education Study Program of Building Construction of Faculty of Engineering, State University of Jakarta Building L Campus A UNJ, Jalan Rawamangun Muka, Jakarta 13220. The research time was conducted for 5 months ie in March 2018 s / d July 2018 consisting of three stages: preparation stage, implementation phase and data processing stage. The type of research used in this study using Research & Development methodology.The results showed that: Job Safety Analysis Development for plumbing practice workshop Vocational Education of Building Construction can already be implemented, based on validation results conducted by experts of Job Safety Analysis.   Keywords: Development, Job Safety Analysis, Plumbing.
