This development research aims to produce flipped classroom learning in universities generally, especially to computer-based learning courses. Products development included lecture syllabus, guide and course site. The objectives of this study were computer-based study lecturers and first year of educational technology students. This research development is used as a rapid prototype development model that has five stages, namely, assess needs & analyze content, set objectives, construct prototype, utilize prototype, install and maintain system. The evaluation in this study was carried out through expert reviews, namely learning design experts, material experts, and media experts. The average value obtained form learning design expert is 3.7. The average value obtained from material experts is 3.8. The average value obtained form of media experts is 3.3. Through the three evaluations that have been carried out, it can be summarized that the development of flipped classroom learning for computer-based learning courses has been very good and can be utilized by lecturers.

This development research aims to produce a flipped classroom learning in the form of a RPKPS as a guideline for implementing flipped classroom learning in PDP courses at the State University of Jakarta in Educational Technology Program. This development research was carried out by following the Rapid Prototyping development model procedure, namely Assess Needs & Analyze Content 2) Set Objectives, 3) Construct Prototype, 4) Utilize Product, 5) Installation & Maintenance. Evaluation of this product development research is done through Expert Review. The step of expert review involved 1 subject expert and 2 learning design experts. The average value obtained from subject expert is 3,48 which means it’s very good, from learning design expert is 3,21 which means it’s good. The average value obtained from another learning design expert is 3,24 which means it’s good. From these results it can be concluded that the flipped classroom learning design for Learning and Design Perception Course is good rated.

Festo Fluidsim is a computer-based learning media that can be used to facilitate students inunderstanding learning methods. Festo Fluidsim is an application for making basic electronic circuits, then followed by pneumatic and electro-pneumatic circuits that can be directly simulated. The mediais suitable for use as a learning medium to help improve the learning outcomes of students majoringin industrial electronics engineering who are studying the basic subjects of electricity and electronicsat SMK Negeri 2 Banda Aceh. The type of this research is a quantitative study using the experimentalmethod, forming 2 study groups, control and subsequent experiments conducted data collection withthe test method. The results obtained indicate an increase in the value of learning outcomes from anaverage pretest 46.19 to an average at 88.21 posttest. Similarly, based on the results of statistical testsconducted, obtained an average value of N-Gain 0.79 <0.7 which can be categorized as high, the resultsof the criteria of pretest significance value 0.13> 0.05 and posttest significance value 0.59> 0 , 05which is normally distributed, and subsequently gets a Sig. (2-tailed) score is 0,000 which is smallerthan 0.05, so it can be concluded that the use of Festo Fluidsim as a learning medium can effectivelyimprove student X learning outcomes of Elementary subjects Electricity and Electronics SMK Negeri2 Banda Aceh

The problem of this study is the low mastery of computer-based learning media or information technology for Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers. The low mastery capacity of learning media directly influences the low competency in conducting educational education. Current curriculum demands teachers are required to master the use of technology in classroom learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the mastery of learning media materials and competencies in conducting educational learning. This research is a field research quantitative descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were Information and Communication Technology-Based Learning Media Training Participants for Teachers of Islamic Education in Kuningan District, West Java Province. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires, observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results showed that mastery of learning media material had an average value of 85.86 which was categorized as good. While mastery of competency in organizing learning that educates has an average value of 80.5 which means it has a good category.
