The purpose of this study was to obtain information about the influence of leadership, emotional intelligence and work motivation on teacher’s job satisfaction. This research was conducted by  survey on state senior high school of  West Java, with sample of 100 permanent teachers of proportional random sampling technique. Analyzing of the data, study was conducted  with using MINITAB statistical 14 and SPSS 17 program.The study found that there is direct and significant influence of the leadership of school principal on work motivation; There is direct and significant influence of EQ on work motivation; There is direct and significant influence of the leadership of school principal on job satisfaction; There is indirect significant influence of EQ on job satisfaction through work motivation; There is direct and significant  influence of work m otiation on job satisfaction.

The objective of this research was to analyze the influence of the innovativeness of physics teachers on the work performance of physics teachers in the state senior high school at Bengkulu province. This research was conducted by surveying physics teachers in the state high school at Bengkulu province with a sample of 90 teachers of physics, were selected by using a simple random sampling technique. Data has been analyzing by using the “path analysis method” with Microsoft Excel and SPSS 17 as research’s computing tools. The results concluded that there is a direct, positive, and significant influence of professional competency, work motivation, and innovativeness of physics teachers toward the work performance of the physics teacher. And the professional competency and the work motivation of the physics teacher have an indirect, positive, and significant influence on the work performance of physics teachers through the innovativeness of the physics teacher itself.

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of work motivation on the performance of penyuluh KB Kota Padang, the influence of workload on the performance of penyuluh KB Kota Padang and the influence of job satisfaction on the performance of penyuluh KB Kota Padang. The population in this study were all Tenaga Penyuluh KB pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan Perlindungan Anak Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana (DP3AP2KB) in 11 subdistricts in Padang City, amounting to 216 people. Sampling technique used is proportional random sampling so that the sample obtained as many as 140 people. In testing the hypothesis, this study used multiple regression analysis. The result of the research found that there is a significant influence between work motivation variable on the performance of penyuluh KB Kota Padang, there is no significant influence between work load variable on the performance of penyuluh KB Kota Padangand there is significant influence between variance of job satisfaction on performance of penyuluh KB Kota Padang. The findings of this study provide advice where in order to improve the performance of extension workers in the future, it is necessary to improve work motivation, workload and job satisfaction

This study determined the influence of the principal's leadership style and work motivation on the performance of high school teachers. Data in this study were collected through distributing the questionnaires to respondents. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis through t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination. Population in this study was all high school teachers in Air Kumbang subdistrict of Banyuasin district totaling 85 people. The sampling technique used was saturation. The research sample was 85 high school teachers. The results showed 1) there was a positive and significant effect of leadership style on teachers’ performance; 2) there was a positive and significant influence of work motivation on teachers’ performance; 3) there was a significant influence simultaneously of leadership style and work motivation on the performance of high school teachers in Air Kumbang sub-district Banyuasin.

This research objective to determine the satisfaction, discipline, and motivation of employees of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi, and also to determine satisfaction and discipline of influence on work motivation the employee of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi. There are 90 employees of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi as a sample in this study. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling techniques. Observation and questionnaire methods are used in collecting the data. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the descriptive analysis show the good realization of job satisfaction (average score 3.63) and employee work discipline (average score 3.61) so that it has a positive impact on employee work motivation (average score 3.57). These results are supported by Bekasi Tirta Bhagasasi PDAM data in 2018 which obtained a level of realization of workforce satisfaction of 61.38% (sufficient category), the value of realization of employee work discipline at 5.80% (sufficient category), and the level of realization of labor motivation of 60.71% (sufficient category). t value calculated job satisfaction (b1) = 9,133 with a significance of 0,000 (<= 0.05) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that job satisfaction has a significant effect on the work motivation of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi employees. T value is calculated work discipline (b2) = 5.535 with a significance of 0,000 (<= 0.05) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that work discipline has a significant effect on the work motivation of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi employees.

AbstractThis research aimed at knowing positive relationship between family functioning with self-regulated learning of Pangudi Luhur Van Lith Muntilan Senior High School students. This research was conducted on 80 students by using random sampling technique. The method used in this research is quantitative method. Measuring instrument used for family functioning is The McMaster Model of Family Functioning with alpha cronbach’s coefficient is 0,927 and self-regulated scale with alpha cronbach’s coefficient is 0,899. From the data analysis obtained the result of coefficient correlation is 0,366 with the significance amount 0,000 (p < 0,05), so it can be concluded that there is a positive correlation between family functioning and self-regulated learning of Pangudi Luhur Van Lith Muntilan Senior High School students, so the hypothesis pruposed in this study is accepted.Keywords: Family Functioning, Self-Regulated Learning    Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara keberfungsian keluarga dengan self-regulated learning pada siswa di SMA Pangudi Luhur Van Lith Muntilan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 80 siswa dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Alat ukur yang digunakan untuk skala keberfungsian keluarga adalah The McMaster Model of Family Functioning dengan koefisien alpha cronbach sebesar 0,927 dan alat ukur skala self-regulated learning adalah The Motivated Strategies of Learning Questionnaire dengan koefisien alpha cronbach sebesar 0,899. Abstract: This research generally aims to get brief description of application high touch in learning process. This research is conducted by descriptive quantitative method.  The population is all teachers and students at senior high school. Samples are taken by using stratified cluster random sampling technique. The percentage, correlation and t test. The results of this research reveal that application high touch  in learning process less and teachers’ opinion about high touch implementation as implication of teachers’ understanding toward learning process differ significantly with students’ opinion. This study investigated the influence of emotional intelligence, interpersonal communication and job satisfaction on the job performance of staff in Chevron Nigeria Limited, Warri. Four null hypotheses guided the study. The correlation research design was adopted in the study. A sample of 400 was selected by the researchers using simple random sampling technique. The instrument used for data collection was a validated and reliable questionnaire. Regression statistics was used to test the stated null hypotheses, at 0.05 level of significance. The findings in the study showed that the four null hypotheses were rejected which is an indication that there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence, interpersonal communication, job satisfaction and job performance of staff in Chevron Nigeria Limited.

   The purpose of this study is to know: 1) the effect of certification on the performance of accounting teachers in Senior High School (SMA) Kota Cilegon; 2) the influence of career development on the performance of high school accounting teachers in Cilegon City; 3) the influence of certification and career development together towards the performance of accounting teachers in SMA Kota Cilegon. The method used is a survey of all high school accounting teachers in Cilegon City. Number of samples counted 48 people. Based on the research results can be concluded: (1) There is a significant influence between teacher certification with job satisfaction of accounting teachers in Cilegon City; (2) there is a significant influence between career development with job satisfaction of accounting teacher in Cilegon City; and (3) there is a significant influence between teacher certification and career development on accounting teacher accounting satisfaction in Cilegon City.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of employees in the production department at PT. INKOASKU, Karawang, West Java. This study analyzes the effect of motivation on employee performance. This study using the variable job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population in this study are 80 production employees of PT INKOASKU Karawang, West Java. The sampling technique used is the model non- probability sampling by census method. This study uses a questionnaire data collection method that is distributed to all employees of the production section, amounting to 80 people. The result was that 68 questioners were filled by the productions employees of PT INKOASKU Karawang, West Java, the respondent rate was 85%. The analytical tool used is Hierarchical Regression Analysis. The result is that work motivation does not affect employee performance, work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance and job satisfaction acts as a mediating variable between work motivation and employee performance.

This descriptive research aims to discover the students’ ability in solving question in Factual, Conceptual, Prosedural and Metacognitive dimension in class XI MIA of Senior High School in Enrekang District. The population of the research was all of the students class XI MIA of Senior High School in Enrekang Discrict which consisted of 39 classes with the total 907 students. The sample of the research was selected by using stratified purposive random sampling technique and obtained SMA 1 Alla, SMA 1 Anggeraja, SMA 1 Baraka, SMA Masalle and SMA Muhammadiyah Kalosi, 5 classes with the total 150 student. The instrument of the research were questionnaire and learning result test. The result of the research show that (i) the ability of the students in solving the question in factual dimension is in sufficient category; conceptual dimension is in low category; procedural dimension is in low category; metecognitif dimension is in very low category in class XI MIA of Senior High School in Enrekang Discrict; (ii) there is no difference in the achievement of factual, conceptual, and procedural ability of the school in the city or in the main road with the school in the suburb (out of town) and the favorite schools with non-favorite school; (iii) there are difference in the achievement of metacognitif ability of the school in the city or in the main road with the school in the suburb (out of town) and the favorite schools with non-favorite school; (iv) there are difference of the students’ leaning result of the school in the city or in the main road with the school in the suburb (out of town) and the favorite schools with non-favorite school.
