The purpose of this study is to find out the effects of quantum learning method to the learning achievement in English subject for the learning participants at the Community Learning Activities Center in Pisangan Lama area, East Jakarta. The study was conducted at Miftahul Jannah Community Learning Activities Center, Pisangan Lama, East Jakarta, for one semester, from August to December 2008. It observed the effects in cognitive, affective, psychomotor aspects to the learning participants of Package C. The method employed was experiment in which the researcher was directly involved. The data were collected from 40 Package C participants randomly selected as the samples out of 70 participants of Grade III. The experiment proved that there are significant effects of quantum learning method to the learning achievementin English subject for the learning participants at Miftahul Jannah Community Learning Activities Center, East Jakarta.

The aim of this study was to improve the learning achievement and activities of students through the implementation of the Problem Solving learning method in Mol Concept. This study was conducted by using two cycles of classroom action research. The subject of this research was 25 students of class X-2 MAN Rukoh Banda Aceh. The result of the implementation of learning Problem Solving method showed that there is improvement of student learning achievement from Cycle I to Cycle II. It could be seen from the results of research that showing about 64% of students had passed learning in Cycle I and about 88% in Cycle II. While the observation was conducted, the improvement of learning activities of students amounts 50%. Based the result of this study, it is can be concluded that the implementation of learning Problem Solving method can improve the learning achievement and activities of the student in Mol Concept.

The aims of this research were to find whether Quantum Learning Method is effective inincreasing students’ understanding in learning poetry and how Quantum Learning Method affects thestudents’ understanding in learning poetry during the teaching and learning process. This researchapplied Classroom Action Research model, thus it used both quantitative and qualitative data. Thequantitative data were taken from the results of final test and the qualitative data were taken fromfield notes and observation sheet. Meanwhile, this study was conducted in one cycle only sincethe results from cycle one was successful. Therefore this study did not continue to the next cycle.The result from the final test showed that 100% of the students passed the test with the averagepoints of 15,05 (75,25). Thus, the use of instrumental music as one of the techniques of QuantumLearning Method helped the students to feel comfortable and relaxed during the activities in theclassroom. The selective instrumental music provided a supportive atmosphere for the students tofeel relaxed and comfortable while doing the learning activities; both reading and analyzing.Basedon the findings, it can be concluded that the use of Quantum Learning Method in learning poetry waseffective. Thus, because of its effectiveness in helping students to learn poetry, it is suggested to beused in the classroom.Keywords: Quantum Learning, Poetry, Classroom Action Research, music, instrumentalmusic.

<p><em>Appropriate learning methods should be applied in order to maximize the students’ ability during learning activities. The purpose of this study is to determine the improvement of learning achievement of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) through the application of card sort learning method. Action study conducted on PAI learning. The material of this learning is to  understand the provision of sholat of fourth graders of Gunungsari State Elementary School 2 Kaliori Sub district Rembang District Lesson Year 2015/2016. The indicator of successful learning in this research is 75%. The results showed that the percentage of learning mastery at the pre cycle stage was 10.7%, 67.9% in the first cycle, and in the second cycle reached 92.9%. The average score of students' test results also increased significantly, ie the pre cycle stage was 58.8, the first cycle was 72.4, and in the second cycle reached 78.9. This means, through the implementation of card sort learning methode can improve student learning achievement on PAI learning material understanding the provision of sholat. </em></p><p><em> l</em><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Metode pembelajaran yang tepat harus diterapkan untuk memaksimalkan kemampuan siswa selama kegiatan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan prestasi belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) melalui penerapan metode <em>card sort. </em>Studi tindakan (<em>action research</em>) dilakukan pada pembelajaran PAI materi mengenai rukun sholat siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri Gunungsari 2 Kecamatan Kaliori Kabupaten Rembang Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016. Indikator eHasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persentase ketuntasan belajar pada tahap pra siklus sebesar 10,7%, pada siklus I sebesar 67,9%, dan pada siklus II mencapai 92,9%. Nilai rata-rata hasil tes siswa juga mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan, yaitu para tahap pra siklus sebesar 58,8, siklus I sebesar 72,4, dan pada siklus II naik menjadi 78,9. Hal ini berarti, melalui penerapan <em>card sort </em><em>learning </em>dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa pada pembelajaran PAI materi mengenal rukun sholat.</p>

Abstract: The main problem in this research is how a teacher can improve student achievement. There are many ways to improve student achievement, including group study. Group learning here is learning carried out by more than one person in group learning. By learning groups of students can work together and exchange ideas between one student and another. so that students who are weak will be helped by students who have more advantages in learning. Student learning achievement is the result achieved by students after carrying out teaching and learning activities. In teaching and learning activities, there are many methods used to improve student achievement. In this research, the method used is the group learning method

This research is based on the problem (a) How is the improvement of PAI learning achievement by applying the collaborative teaching model for the fourth grade students of SDN 14 Pulau Kumbang in academic year 2017/2018 (b) What is the effect of the collaborative teaching model on the motivation of PAI learning for the fourth grade students of SDN 14 Pulau Kumbang 2017/2018. While the objectives of this research are (a) to find out the improvement of PAI learning achievement after the implementation of the collaborative teaching model (b) to know the effect of PAI learning motivation after applying the collaborative teaching model. This research uses action research as much as three cycles. Each round consists of four stages: planning, observing, reflecting and revising. The target of this research is the fourth grade students of SDN 14 Pulau Kumbang in academic year 2017/2018. The data obtained in the form of formative test results, observation sheets of teaching and learning activities. From the results of analysts, it was found that student achievement increased from cycle I to cycle III namely, cycle I (73.17%), cycle II (82.93%), cycleIII (95.12%). The conclusion of this study is the cooperative learning method can positively influence the achievement and motivation of students in class IV SDN 14 Pulau Kumbang in academic year 2017/2018 and this learning model can be used as an alternative to PAI learning.

The purpose of this study was to describe the learning process to improve student achievement SMK XI TKR Tamtama Kroya on subjects ignition system through the implementation of cooperative learning method Student Teams Achievement Division. The subjects of this research was student of class XI TKR 4 SMK Tamtama Kroya totaling 28 student. The objects of this research was learning activities and ignition system learning achievement. This was indicated by an increase in the result percentage average learning activities score of 35,1 % in the pre-action, whereas at the first cycle improves with average percentage 48,5%. In the second cycle improve to 66,35%. ignition system learning achievement of student also increased. At the beginning of the test the ability is60,36.in the first cycle the average result improves to 60,69%. In the second cycle the average result improves to 70,23.

The background of this research werethe less satisfying result of the student achievements in PAI; the lack of students seriousness to plan their learning activities;and the lack of responsibility for addressing the problems of their studies. The purpose of this research was to find out: 1) the students learning independence 2) the PAI learning achievement, and 3) the relationship between students learning independence and PAI achievements of grade III students in SDN Panularan Surakarta academic year 2015/2016. This research employed correlational quantitative approach. It was carried out from May 2015 until June 2016 with a total sample of 33 students. Samples were determined using simple random sampling, and data were collected using questionnaireand test. There were only 30 out of 40 questions in the questionnaire and 26 out of 27 questions in the test declared as valid and reliable after thetrial. Hypothesis testing is performed with acorrelation of product moment. This study concluded that the students learning independence was categorized as moderate (64.7%) so was their PAI learning achievement (16.95%). It was also found that students learning independence and their achievement are positively correlated.Keywords: Study independence, PAI learning achievement, correlation of product moment.

This research aimed to find out the effectiveness of Quantum Learning Method to students’ English learning achievement. This research was pre-experimental design in the form of one group Pretest- Posttest. It was conducted at SMK N 9 Padang. The sample of this research was class X Hotel Acomodation 3 with total number of sample was 27. The instrumentation used as a data collection was test. The findings showed the effectiveness of using quantum learning methods which can be seen from the value of learning achievement. The findings of this research; quantum learning method is quite effective to improve students' English learning achievement on the material "announcement", this is indicated by the value of  5.17 was bigger than the value of  2.060 with level of significance 0.05.

Learning activities together can help stimulate active learning. Teaching and learning in the classroom is to stimulate active learning, but the ability to teach through small group collaborative activities will allow to promote active learning activities in a special way. What was discussed student with his friends and what it teaches students to his friends allows them to gain an understanding and mastery of subject matter. This study is based on the problem: (a) How can increase learning achievement Civics with the implementation of cooperative learning method STAD model? (B) How will the cooperative learning method on motivation to learn civics ?. While the purpose of this study was: (a) Want to know Civics increase learning achievement after the implementation of cooperative learning. (B) Want to know the effect of motivation to learn civics after the implementation of cooperative learning. (C) provide an overview of appropriate learning methods in an effort to improve student achievement and make students actively in learning activities. This study uses action research (action research) three rounds. each round consists of four stages: design, activity and observation, reflection, and refisi. Goal of this research is class X BC A Negeri 2 Sutera in the school year 20 16 /20 17 . Data obtained in the form of a formative test results, observation sheet teaching and learning activities. From the analysis we found that student achievement increased from the first cycle to the third cycle, the first cycle (68.42%), the second cycle (81.58%), the third cycle (94.74%). Conclusions from this research is cooperative learning methods can be a positive influence on students' motivation achievement and class X SM A Negeri 2 Sutera Year Lesson 20 16/2017 and this model can be used as an alternative civics lesson.

This research is motivated by low student learning activity on Civics lesson. In order to increase studentlearning activities need a model that is cooperative learning model type two stay two stray in fourth gradestudents SD Negeri 007 Pusaran. It aims to know the improvement of learning achievement of Civics after theimplementation of learning model of cooperative learning type TSTS in fourth grade students of SD Negeri 007Pusaran, knowing the influence of learning motivation of Civics after the implementation of learning withcooperative learning model type TSTS in fourth grade students of SD Negeri 007 Pusaran; provides an overviewof appropriate learning methods in an effort to improve student learning achievement and make students becomeactive in teaching and learning activities. This research was conducted in September of odd semester 2016/2017with object of 24 students. The results concluded that: (1) cooperative learning method type TSTS can improvethe quality of learning Civics; (2) cooperative learning method of TSTS type has positive impact in improvingstudents 'learning achievement which is marked by the improvement of students' learning mastery in every cycle,that is cycle I (54.17%), cycle II (91.67%); 3) TSTS type cooperative learning method can make students feelthemselves getting attention and opportunity to express opinions, ideas, ideas, and questions; 4) students canwork independently or in groups, and be able to account for individual or group tasks; and 5) the application ofcooperative learning method type TSTS have positive influence, that is can improve student's learningmotivation.
