The purpose of this research was to find out the descriptive of pre-service physics teachers understanding of the concept of electrical circuits, especially in the characteristic of series circuits and parallel circuits. The method used in this research was a descriptive method. The sample of this research was the fourth-grade students who took Basic Electronics course. The primary data of this research collected from the students’ test consisted of 12 multiple choices. Data analysis concluded that the student’s understanding of the concept of the electric circuit was low, with an average percentage of total indicators of 84.4%.

The problem in this research is the low of Civics learning outcomes in fourth grade (IV) SD Negeri 19 Balik Alam, this can be seen from the average grade, that is 66,23 (with KKM 70). The purpose of this study is to improve the results of learning Civics fourth grade students SD Negeri 19 Balik Alam with the application of quantum teaching learning model. This research is a class action research (PTK) with 2 cycles. Based on data analysis of research results after applying quantum teaching model, the average percentage of teacher activity in cycle I 66.66% increased to 85.4% in cycle II. The average percentage of student activity also increased by 56.25% in the first cycle increased to 87.49% in cycle II. Student learning outcomes on the basic score with the average class 66,23 and in the first cycle has increased with the average grade grade 71.11 with the percentage increase in learning outcomes 8.87% and the percentage of students who complete 73.07%, and on the second cycle increased again with the average class of 77.60 with the percentage increase in learning outcomes 17.16% and the percentage of students who complete 84.61%. The results of this study showed that the application of quantum teaching model can improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 19 Balik Alam.

This research is motivated by the lack of knowledge of teachers in the implementation of the curriculum in 2013 on the learning process. Teachers do not understand fully the curriculum in 2013, because of socialization of the service is still lacking.The problem in this study is how the implementation of the curriculum in 2013 of integrated thematic learning on the theme?óÔé¼?ØIndahnya Negeriku?óÔé¼?Ø Sub Theme ?óÔé¼?ôKeanekaragaman Hewan dan Tumbuhan?óÔé¼?Ø class IV in the 2nd half of the fourth grade students of SDN Tompomulyo 02?. The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of the curriculum in 2013 on the theme of integrated thematic learning on the theme?óÔé¼?ØIndahnya Negeriku?óÔé¼?Ø Sub Theme ?óÔé¼?ôKeanekaragaman Hewan dan Tumbuhan?óÔé¼?Ø class IV in the 2nd half of the fourth grade students of SDN Tompomulyo 02.This research uses descriptive qualitative research approach that is research data collection in the form of words. Location of the study in 02 Pati SDN Tompomulyo fourth grade 2nd semester.Data sourced words research results. The average percentage of lesson plans prepared by teachers good observer I category with a percentage of 82,21%, a good observer II category with a percentage of 81,77% . The average percentage of the implementation of learning that teachers do a good observer I category with a percentage of 82,19%, a good observer II category with a percentage of 8,.43%. Assessment of learning evaluation conducted after a study showed that six of 21 people there are 10 students or 47,62% to the category of very good, good category there are 5 students with a percentage of 23,80%, good enough category there are 4 students with a percentage of 19,05%, unfavorable category there are 2 students or 9,53%, and there were no students in the category of bad result.Suggestions given to teachers , learners and the school is implementing in order to further develop the learning in the classroom in accordance with the implementation of the curriculum in 2013 .

Providing compensation to employees is important for every company, including PT INTI to retain qualified employees today and in the future. PT INTI is a company whose primary based as telecommunication contractor located in Bandung. This study was conducted to determine the effect between direct financial compensation variables and indirect financial compensation toward employee performance. This research uses the descriptive method and data analysis with the path and regression analysis. The result of this research is a descriptive condition of direct and indirect financial compensation in PT INTI in the reality of 2008 is not good based on continuum line where the average percentage is 30,21% where employee expectation to incentive and celebration of the holiday is large. In addition, the simultaneous test shows that there is no linear relationship between direct compensation and indirect compensation for employee performance at PT INTI. This study aims to analyze the indicators of tolerance character contained in the material for the fourth grade students of SD Tema The Beauty of Diversity in My Country. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The research method used was content analysis. The data taken in this study were the load of tolerance characters in the sentences contained in the student books on social studies material. The subject used in this research is the book of the fourth grade students of the 2013 curriculum at the theme The Beauty of Diversity in My Country. The data analysis technique is done by reducing data, presenting the data which is divided into two stages, namely data classification, data description and interpretation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that all indicators of tolerance character contained in textbook learning materials, the distribution of tolerance character indicators in learning materials was evenly distributed, except for the anti-phobia sub-indicators contained in the aspect of peace (not included in theme 7), techniques for integrating tolerance character indicators with material learning is carried out through reading texts contained in student books.

The problem that occurs in fourth grade students of SD Inpres Semangga 1, Merauke Regency is the importance of improving social studies and the nationalist character of students. This study aims to improve social studies learning outcomes on the beauty of diversity in my country theme and the nationalist character of fourth grade SD Inpres Semangga 1, Merauke Regencies students. This research is a classroom action research. The study was conducted in three cycles with each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The studies subjects were the fourth grade students of SD Inpres Semangga 1, Merauke Regency. The data used in this study were students, teachers, and observers. Data analysis uses quantitative and qualitative techniques, including data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of pretest grade IV students used the concept map method of 41.76, increasing in the first cycle of 72.06, second cycle 76.47, and third cycle 80.59. The nationalist character of the students from the first cycle was categorized by 17.65%, increased in the second cycle by 70.59% and in the third cycle was 94.12%.

  The purpose of this study was to describe the root causes of conflict and the palace of King Twins conflict resolution patterns Keraton Surakarta Sultanate . The method used is descriptive method sosiolegal . This study is located in the Keraton Surakarta using primary data and secondary data. Techniques of qualitative data analysis by using the theoretical interpretation. The results showed that the root of the problem is basically this conflict began Keraton Surakarta since the death of Paku Buwana XII on June 11, 2004. The conflict between the heir to the throne of Kanjeng Gusti Pangeran Harya (KGPH) Hangabehi and KGPH Tedjowulan born of different mothers. Patterns of conflict resolution involving a third party (mediation) mechanisms beyond traditional law paugeran palace. Lastly, Mediation of legal protection based Surakarta Mayor Letter No. 181.1/6619/SJ Minister mentioned that the mayor coordinate with Deliberation forums Regional Head (Muspida) and family Keraton Solo Kasunanan, to resolve conflicts and protect the palace as a cultural heritage. <p><strong>Abstract:</strong> This action research was conducted to improve learning motivation and learning outcomes in the fourth-grade students. The study was conducted in two cycles. Based on research in the first cycle showed that: (1) In the observation of implementation the learning by teachers reached 76% (2) the result of the motivation questionnaire reached the number of 73%. (3) The students test at 64%. The data on the cycle I have not achieved the criteria for the successful action yet. So, it was necessary to carry out improvements to the next action, namely cycle II. In the cycle II, it showed that (1) In the observation of implementation, the learning by teachers reached 88. (2) the result of the motivation questionnaire reached the number of 89%. (3) The students test results at 93%. The results of data analysis in cycle II have shown that the success criteria have been reached, so there was no need to continue the next cycle.</p><strong>Abstrak:</strong> Penelitian tindakan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV. Penelitian dilaksanakan dua siklus. Berdasarkan penelitian siklus I menunjukkan bahwa (1) keterlaksanaan pembelajaran oleh guru mencapai 76%,  (2) hasil angket motivasi siswa mencapai 73%, dan (3) tes hasil belajar siswa sebesar 64%. Data pada siklus I tersebut belum mencapai kriteria keberhasilan tindakan, sehingga perlu dilaksanakan perbaikan pada tindakan selanjutnya, yaitu siklus II. Pada siklus II menunjukkan bahwa (1) keterlaksanaan pembelajaran oleh guru mencapai 88%, (2) hasil angket motivasi siswa mencapai 89%, dan (3) tes hasil belajar siswa sebesar 93%. Hasil analisis data pada siklus II tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kriteria keberhasilan telah tercapai sehingga tidak perlu dilanjutkan pada siklus selanjutnya.

This study aimed to describe the style of learning, supporting factors and factors inhibiting the learning styles of fourth-grade students at SDN Bette Barru. The subjects of this study are the fourth-grade students at SDN Bette Barru. This research is a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection is carried out through observation, interview and document study. The data analysis technique is done with the collection, reduction, display, and conclude. Researchers used the test of credibility, dependability, and confirmability to obtain the validity of the data. The results showed that fourth-grade students learning styles vary. This is evidenced by the results of the analysis of learning styles of students showed that of the six pupils who are subject to two research students have a tendency of learning styles auditory, two research students have a tendency of learning styles visual, and two research students have a tendency of learning styles kinesthetic. Factors supporting this research is the availability of adequate facilities so that the teacher can use a variety of teaching methods in the learning process, as well as a limiting factor in this study is not maximal teachers in using existing facilities at the school.

ENGLISHSchizophrenic patients are used to experiencing relapse after completing treatment in psychiatric hospital. The aim of research was to find the causes of relapse in schizophrenic patients. The type of research was qualitative. The subjects in this research were five persons who formerly schizophrenic patients and experienced relapse. Primary data were obtained through interviews and observations, while secondary data were gained from the document Pati District Health Office and the relevant references. Data analysis used descriptive method. The results showed that the cause of relapse in patients with schizophrenia are: 1) pressure life events, such as being abandoned by spouse, thinking about the wedding preparations with ex-wife (remarriage) and the failure of marriage planning 2) lack of family role because of lack of knowledge, and lack of economic sources, 3) uncompliance and irregularity on medication, 3) the limitations of medicine and health clinic personnel assistance. INDONESIAPenderita Skizofrenia seringkali mengalami kambuh setelah selesai menjalani masa perawatan di rumah sakit jiwa. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui penyebab kambuh pada penderita skizofrenia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah lima penderita skizofrenia dan pernah dinyatakan sembuh kemudian mengalami kekambuhan. Data primer diperoleh dari wawancara dan observasi. Data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumen Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Pati dan referensi yang relevan. Analisa data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyebab kekambuhan pada subjek penderita skizofrenia yaitu 1) Tekanan peristiwa kehidupan, diantaranya ditinggalkan pasangan, memikirkan persiapan pernikahan dengan mantan istri (rujuk) dan gagal menikah; 2) Kurangnya peran keluarga karena kurangnya pengetahuan, dan kurangnya ekonomi keluarga; 3) Ketidakpatuhan dan ketidakteraturan minum obat; dam 4) Keterbatasan obat dan pendampingan tenaga puskesmas.

This research uses descriptive method is to determine the problem and solve it based on the data, presenting data, and analyze it. The population in this study were all fourth grade students SDIT Ukhuwwat Banjarmasin and selected samples are class IV-A and IV-B classes totaling 72 students. In collecting the data, the technique used is interview, observation and documentation.The research found that the difficulties experienced by students that have difficulty completing a different matter with the sample questions provided by the teacher on word problems, difficulty recalling the formula, and the difficulty in calculating operations multiplication and division problems. Efforts of teachers in addressing students' mathematics learning disabilities that provides the motivation to learn, give variety of teaching methods, use of props, provide adequate exercise and repetitive, and provide repair or remedial program.                                                                                          Keywords: difficulty learning math, math teacher
