Abstract This article discusses the text of the hadith: "Hadith Turns Me With the Poor People" from the side of the hadiths and understands the hadith using the hermeneutic theory approach in the hadith. This research is research based on the library (library research). The approach used is descriptive qualitative which aims to describe or describe the existing or actual facts of the object under study. The results of this study indicate that the quality of the hadiths from the narrative path is dha'if (weak) based on the comments of hadith critics scholars in the books of al-jarh wa al-ta'dil and the hadith scholars conclusion that hadith dha'īf is not including false  it can be part of moralities. The real method of hermeneutics to explain hadith texts contributes to enriching the explanation of the explanation hadiths, or sharh hadiths, so the meaning of the hadith text is that the words of miskin( poverty), al-masakin(needy) mean humility, reverence, and humbleness. And the meaning of hadith has been strengthened by presenting other hadiths as witnesses or i'tibar(regard). Keywords: hermeneutics, hadith, poor. Abstrak Artikel ini membahas teks hadits: “Hadits Hidupkan Saya Bersama Orang Miskin” dari sisi sanad/jalur periwayatan hadistnya dan memahami hadits dengan pendekatan teori hermeneutika dalam hadits. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif berdasarkan perpustakaan (library research). Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan atau menggambarkan kenyataan yang ada atau kenyataan aktual dari objek yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kulitas hadist dari jalur periwayatnya dha’if atau lemah berdasarkan komentar ulama kritikus hadits dalam kitab-kitab al-Jarh wa al-Ta’dil  dan simpulan ulama hadits  bahwa hadits dha’if  yang bukan  hadits palsu dapat dijadikan bagian dari fadha’il al-a’mal. Sesungguhnya metode hermeneutika untuk menjelaskan  teks-teks hdits memberi kontribusi memperkaya upaya penjelasan/ syarh  hadits/ teks hadits maka  makna teks hadits  bahwa  ucapan kemiskinan / miskinan , al-masakin  maknanya adalah kerendahan hati, ke_khusyu’-an dan tawadhu’. Dan makna hadits telah dikuatkan dengan menghadirkan hadits-hadits lain sebagai syaksi/i’tibar. Kata Kunci:  hermeneutika, hadits, miskin

This study aims to explain and analyze empowerment-based poverty alleviation programs through the activities of assistance, facilitation and promotion and determinant factors of success in empowerment-based poverty eradication in Pohuwato District. This research method using qualitative approach, descriptive type to get a complete picture of problem of resource development of apparatus. The results of the research show that the assistance activities through training, consultation and technical assistance, and similar activities have not been coordinated with other supporting programs, making it difficult for the facilitator task as a program facilitator. Empowering the poor through the provision of facilities, has not been able to improve the capacity of the community. The low capacity and quality of service of government apparatus from the local level to the rural level, so that the provision of facilities does not allow the involvement of the poor. A highly centralized bureaucratic system and a highly authoritarian political system that has been practiced for more than four decades in Indonesia, brings out the weaknesses of the bureaucratic character. Promotion activities in the context of empowering the poor as an activity aimed at developing responsive services, the reality has not been effective in helping facilitate the poor to access various development programs that are beneficial to improving the welfare of the poor by earning productive employment. Activities that require synergies of cooperation between institutions / organizations (Government, Private, NGOs), difficult to realize because the dominance of egoism interests of each stakeholders in addressing every village development program. It is recommended to optimize training, consultation and technical assistance activities, as well as similar activities coordinated with support programs. Provision of adequate supporting facilities that can empower the poor on an ongoing basis, and streamline promotion to develop responsive services that enable poor people to access programs.Need to pay attention to communication factor, resources, attitude, and bureaucracy structure,so asnot tohinder the smooth implementation of poverty eradication program based on empowerment society.

The objectives of this research were to find out the intrinsic elements and the moral values in Totto Chan: the Little Girl at the Window novel. This research employed descriptive qualitative as the method. The data were collected by using library research. Intrinsic elements involved theme, character and characterization, plot, setting and point of view. Moral values in this novel were honesty, willingness to take responsibilities, independence and humility. Research result showed that the education was applied well in Tomoe Gakuen. Tomoe Gakuen was the real form of a wanted dream school. Mr. Kobayashi asthe headmaster managed to create his dream school in Japan, even in the World War II period.

This study explores poor people or negative ownership class phenomena as result of exploitative ideology by using power including exploitation of natural resource and placement of population as cheap labor. This study explores poor people or negative ownership class phenomena as result of exploitative ideology by using power, including exploitation of natural resource and placement of human resources as cheaper labor. Although many studies about Indonesian nationalism were conducted previously, but generally the study of nationalism in relation to the poor people class in Indonesia are not the main focus of the study.This article using qualitative research method. In order to compare different phenomena in various periods, this article uses historical comparative research method. There were five levels in historical comparative research. First, is conceptualizing the object of inquiry. Second is locating the evidence. Third is evaluating quality of evidence. Fourth is organizing evidence. Fifth is syntesizing. An open interviewed was conducted with stakeholders whose directly involved in many cases within several political party bodies such as Partai Nasional Indonesia (PNI), Partai Demokrasi Indonesia (PDI). Data was analyzed by social, cultural, and political interpretation. It can be concluded tht in national politic constellation, the phenomena of poor class produce a defense term for their group, known as 'marhaen' and 'wong cilik'. Nevertheless, nationalism practice in Indonesia as represented by PNI, PDI, dan PDI Perjuangan, have not yet succedeed to freed poor people from social aleniation in political power contestation, the ownership of capital, or in relations between state and government. This nation still struggled to build competitive political and economical power in order to reate a social transformation.

Charity activity in the parish it is a charity service based on the God’s commandment of love,appropriate to needs of people who suffer financial or spiritual poverty, aimed at bringing helpin living decent quality of life. The motive for activity and the charity service comes out of thecommandment of the love to a neighbor and desire for imitating the Christ (Luke 10,30−36). Serviceto poor and suffering people is an evidence of faithfulnesses to the Gospel and is a continuationof the rich charity tradition of the Roman Catholic Church. Concern about the poor and needingpeople carried on in the organized and scheduled way exemplifies the solidarity in the Christ withthe poor people.

<div class="WordSection1"><p><em>This study intends to examine the quality of hadît</em><em>h</em><em> shalih in the book Sunan Abiy Dâwud which was disputed by Nâshir al-Dîn al-Albâniy and Syu'aib al-Arnauth, namely by using library research (library research), which is to collect accurate and relevant data. This is then processed with a descriptive qualitative analytical approach through inductive and comparative thinking methods. In addition, it also uses the hadît</em><em>h</em><em> research step to determine the quality of hadît</em><em>h</em><em> both from the side of the sanad and its eyes. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that the hadiths termed shahih Abû Dâwud, which are also debated by  al-Albaniy and  al-Arnauth in assessing their quality, when tested with authentic criteria do not necessarily mean maqbûl or authentic quality. and hasan, but some have the status of dha'if. Thus hadît</em><em>h</em><em> s</em><em>h</em><em>alih can contain two possibilities, namely lil i'tibâr (to be studied) or li al-ihtijâj (used as evidence).</em></p><p><strong><em> </em></strong>Penelitian ini bermaksud mengkaji kualitas <em><span style="text-decoration: underline;">h</span>adît</em><em>h</em><em> shalih</em> dalam kitab <em>Sunan Abiy Dâwud</em> yang diperselisihkan oleh Nâshir al-Dîn al-Albâniy dan Syu’aib al-Arnauth, yaitu dengan menggunakan <em>library research</em> (penelitian kepustakaan) yaitu mengumpulkan data-data yang akurat dan relevan dengan pembahasan ini kemudian diolah dengan metode pendekatan deskriptif analitis kualitatif melalui metode berfikir induktif dan komparatif. Di samping itu penulis juga menggunakan langkah penelitian hadis untuk mengetahui kualitas hadis baik dari sisi <em>sanad</em> maupun <em>matan</em>-nya. Berdasarkan analisa dapat disimpulkan bahwa hadis<em> </em> yang diistilahkan <em>shâlih</em> Abû Dâwud, yang juga diperdebatkan  al-Albâniy dan al-Arnauth  dalam menilai kualitasnya, ketika diuji dengan kriteria ke-<em>sha<span style="text-decoration: underline;">h</span>ih</em>-an tidak serta merta berarti <em>maqbûl </em>atau berkualitas <em>shahih</em> dan <em>hasan, </em> akan tetapi ada yang berstatus <em>dha’if</em>. Dengan demikian <em><span style="text-decoration: underline;">h</span>adît</em><em>h</em> <em>shalih </em>dapat mengandung dua kemungkinan yaitu <em>lil i’tibâr </em> (untuk dikaji) atau <span style="text-decoration: underline;"> </span><em>li al-ihtijâj</em> (dijadikan <em>hujjah</em>).</p></div>

Difficulty in meeting one’s basic daily needs such as clean water in order to fulfill a healthy, clean and productive life is a significant problem for people living on remote islands. Rainwater is the only source of clean water for the community on Merbau Island because of the low quality of the surface and groundwater resources. The majority of Merbau Island is covered by peat and lowlands; hence the rainwater that falls on the land surface is generally contaminated with peat water, which tends to be more acidic. Frequent rainfall at the location produces an abundant volume of water that is sufficient enough to meet the collective household daily demand for clean water. However, the community is not able to provide a large rainwater harvesting facility that can minimize the loss of rainwater into the rivers or seas. This study aimed to obtain data on the field conditions used as the basis for planning RWH systems for domestic needs so as to meet the need for sustainable clean water on Merbau Island. The results show that the highest rainfall recorded in 2013 was 3,164.3 mm. Such an amount of rainwater can fulfill the daily clean water requirements for each household on Merbau Island. The population of poor people on the island is approximately 44%, which results in around 73% of people not having an adequate rainwater harvesting system. The average roof area data, the number of family members and the type of roof, being 213 m2, 6 people and zinc (0.9) respectively, using the Rain Cycle v2 software, obtained the result that a 12 m2 tank is needed to meet the need for clean water throughout the year.

Foxnut (Euryale ferox) is considered an aquatic cash crop in India. It is one of the important states of India for the production of makhana. It is cultivated in several districts in North Bihar, where it is the main support for the livelihood of the poor people. Foxnut is mainly cultivated and processed by the fishing community. Studies on women in makhana production conducted in India and other countries concluded that women contribute far more to the production and processing. The involvements of women in growing foxnuts are impoverished and backward. Women with whole family members are occupied for generations and have acquired unique skills in processing which determines the quality of Makhana pop. Women also perform numerous labor-intensive activities such as weeding, collections, cleaning, drying, gradation, roasting, frying, popping, rubbing, storage and transportation. They also engaged in trading of guris and makhana pop and wages laborers for support in family income and livelihood.

PKH is a program launched by the government in the context of accelerating poverty reduction while at the same time improving the quality of human resources, especially in the very poor community groups throughout Indonesia. This program is specialized in two components, namely education and health. However, the program which is expected to create a quality of life for the poor, especially in the field of education and health, still has problems in implementing it in the field. The problem is that in practice there are still things that are not in accordance with the procedures that apply to the PKH general manual. The first problem is the uneven number of poor people who get aid funds from PKH. To  find out the results of the 2019 program, that is by evaluating using six indicators. Through this type of qualitative research with descriptive research type, the researcher determines that this informant consists of key informants and key informants. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interview and documentation techniques. This study aims to determine the results of the implementation of the PKH in Batu Raja Village, Pondok Kubang Sub-District, Central Bengkulu Regency by evaluating the implementation of the program in 2019. From the research and analysis of data conducted, it shows that the implementation of the program has run effectively. This is based on evaluation indicators done by the researcher.

The purpose of this study is to find the causative factors and problems of the GKSI Filadelfia Buntu Barana congregation that are less experiencing spiritual growth. Than directed through the strategy of pastors or servants of God to increase formation of the congregation in the midst of many of their busy actifities that prioritize work rather than worship or followship in church on Sundays. The methods used in this study are: First, the library research method is a study of  books end literature relating to this research as a theorectical reference. Second, the method of field research is research conducted directly to the object of research by observation or direct observation in the field, and interviews. The conclusions of this study are: first, the spiritual growth hampered by the GKSI Buntu Barana congregation because there is not yet real repentance for some congregations, second, there are obstacles that hinder the spiritual growth of the GKSI Buntu Barana congregation, including the lack of community and social environment that does not support spiritual growth of the church. Third, some effective strategies in increasing the spiritual quality of congregants are by engaging in their busy activities by getting involved in their busy work, outside of worship hours as Christians should: Suday Services, Hausehold Services, School Services Sunday, Youth Services, Church prayer Services, and visits if they are at home. In addition we as servents of Gad often provide young people with a variety of creativity.

Islam requires its people to be able to set aside some of their assets to those who are entitled, including zakat, infaq and alms (ZIS). In addition, the distribution of zakat serves to help the poor in fulfilling their daily needs. Therefore, the more muzakki who pay zakat, the welfare of mustahik will increase optimally. Welfare is based on the concept of maqasid sharia which includes all aspects related to the afterlife, namely religion, soul, mind, lineage and property. This study aims to analyse the distribution mechanism of ZIS funds at Yayasan Indonesia Mulia Bekasi and the implications of the distribution on the welfare of mustahik. This research used descriptive qualitative method with primary and secondary data approach. Primary data was obtained directly through interviews. While secondary data was obtained through observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the distribution of ZIS funds at the Indonesia Mulia Bekasi foundation has been effective and on target so that the funds can be allocated according to the needs of each program. In addition, the distribution of zakat funds has a significant impact in improving the welfare of mustahik, especially orphans and poor people.
