Effective multilingual communication of authoritative health information plays an important role in helping to reduce health disparities and inequalities in developed and developing countries. Health information communication from the World Health Organization is governed by key principles including health information relevance, credibility, understandability, actionability, accessibility. Multilingual health information developed under these principles provide valuable benchmarks to assess the quality of health resources developed by local health authorities. In this paper, we developed machine learning classifiers for health professionals with or without Chinese proficiency to assess public-oriented health information in Chinese based on the definition of effective health communication by the WHO. We compared our optimized classifier (SVM_F5) with the state-of-art Chinese readability classifier (Chinese Readability Index Explorer CRIE 3.0), and classifiers adapted from established English readability formula, Gunning Fog Index, Automated Readability Index. Our optimized classifier achieved statistically significant higher area under the receiver operator curve (AUC of ROC), accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity than those of SVM using CRIE 3.0 features and SVM using linguistic features of Gunning Fog Index and Automated Readability Index (ARI). The statistically improved performance of our optimized classifier compared to that of SVM classifiers adapted from popular readability formula suggests that evaluation of health communication effectiveness as defined by the principles of the WHO is more complex than information readability assessment. Our SVM classifier validated on health information covering diverse topics (environmental health, infectious diseases, pregnancy, maternity care, non-communicable diseases, tobacco control) can aid effectively in the automatic assessment of original, translated Chinese public health information of whether they satisfy or not the current international standard of effective health communication as set by the WHO.

Indonesian public health communication literacy is the education center for the government and related institutions. The formulation of this research problem is how to model health communication literacy in communities in tourism areas in Indonesia. The research objective was to determine the health communication literacy model in the community in tourism areas in Indonesia. The concept used in this research is new media literacy and health communication and audience attitudes. Several previous studies support this research. The method used is quantitative by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The result of the research is that health communication literacy on social media in a cognitive structure greatly affects the respondents. However, at the conative level, there are still some respondents who do not care about this pandemic because of the long duration. In the simple regression results, this study shows a great influence on the respondent's attitude. The suggestion of this research is the need for knowledge collaboration in subsequent research. So that it is not only in social science research but with natural science.

Health communication can be considered in terms of different groups such as communication of healthcare professionals with each other, patient-healthcare worker communication, patient-patient communication and patient relatives communication with each other. Communication is the primary tool in ensuring health literacy and disseminating effective health information to the wider audience. Effective health communication raises awareness about health problems, risks and solutions; influences and strengthens individuals' attitudes. All mass media are used within the scope of health education to develop and adopt healthy living habits in society in order to improve health. The dizzying developments and changes in communication technologies have diversified and enriched the ways to obtain more information and support about health problems. The transition from monologue to dialogue in the internet field has caused the transformation from one-way information transmission to dynamic, multi-faceted interactive and discussions. Thus, the period began in which not only consuming but also producing users took part. While this has improved those who use social networks, it has also made it difficult to control health information. The coexistence of the media's potential to generate negative behavior as well as the possibilities and capacity to develop positive health behaviors also constitutes a paradoxical situation. Individuals who try to collect information about diseases and treatment methods by using new media tools sometimes risk their health with false information. In addition, the communication between the different groups mentioned above through forums on online platforms takes on a remarkable new form in terms of patient-patient communication. In this context, the aim of the study is to discuss the transformation of patient-patient communication on online platforms within the framework of the literature.

In fact, the realistic-empirical data shows that the morality and character of the nation is now degraded, thus in itself inviting various calamities and disasters that extend to the social, religious, and political spheres, even in education. The general public indirectly blames educators from elementary to college, as the party most responsible for the deterioration of this nation in its mindset and behavior patterns that are inconsistent with the guidance of the world's citizens who should be cultured and dignified. Religious education in this case Islamic Education, hereinafter referred to as PAI, should be the basis of morality. But today it seems to have been seen as having lost its vital role in the effort to form the character of the nation's child morality. This is due to the fact that PAI learning practices have only been concerned only with cognitive aspects and ignored the fostering of affective aspects, namely the willingness and determination to practice the values of religious teachings. This imbalance results in a gap between knowledge and experience, between theory and practice, or in the practice of religious education transformed into religious teaching, thus unable to form moral persons. As an effort of ijtihad to restore the essence, function and strategic role of learning of PAI in the formation of morals of the nation of this research is done with the principal of research problem, that is through improvement and development of PAI quality learning model for character formation of learners by using Living Values Education paradigm. The purpose of this research is to design and formulate the learning model of PAI based on living values education and how to implement it in learning process of PAI. Then, this research includes library research, therefore the steps that will be carried out is the exploration of some data from various literatures, both primary data, and secondary data. The method of collecting data is done by collecting books, articles, journals, scientific opinion in which to reveal and study living values education, then look for writing about the learning of Islamic religious education. The data analysis technique using descriptive-analytic method. The data have been analyzed and then presented with deductive methods that depart from general theory to lead to the conclusion which is the answer of the research problem formulation.
