Increasing environment noise pollution is a matter of great concern and of late has been attracting public attention. Sound produces the minute oscillatory changes in air pressure and is audible to the human ear when in the frequency range of 20Hz to 20 kHz. The chief sources of audible sound are the magnetic circuit of transformer which produces sound due to magnetostriction phenomenon, vibration of windings, tank and other structural parts, and the noise produced by cooling equipments. This paper presents the validation for sound level measurement scale, why A-weighted scale is accepted for sound level measurement, experimental study carried out on 10MVA Power Transformer. Also presents the outcomes of comparison between No-Load sound & Load sound level measurement, experimental study carried out on different transformer like - 10MVA, 50MVA, 100MVA Power Transformer, to define the dominant factor of transformer sound generation.

The cascading order variability from downstream trumping up the upstream site of the supply chain network indicates the deleterious effect to the performance of the fast moving consumer goods industry. The fundamental likelihood to optimization in this industry requires dexterous flows of quasi-real-time information, as well as reliable product availability. In this context, this study analyzes the challenges of bullwhip effect on the perspective of ingenious optimization strategies, and further contemplates to establish the engineering patterns of interrelationships on the magnitude of pooling the resources to advance supply chain capabilities. The suppression of bullwhip effect on underlying optimization strategies is sought to elevate accelerated responsiveness, improve network demand visibility and reduce volatility in frequencies to inventory replenishment. A rigorous and disciplined quantitative approach afforded the tentatively development of pattern of interrelated supply chain dimensions. The factor analysis method was used on 448 responses and insightful findings were produced from the compelling purposive sampling technique. The findings indicate that the magnitude of better ameliorating bullwhip effect, the value of competitive economic information and strength of selected optimization strategies depend on the model of unified engineering patterns. This paper provides insights to FMCG industry on using innovative strategies and modern technology to enhance supply chain visibility through integrated systems networks.

The concrete success of Adiwiyata program is a self-awareness of the surrounding environment in controlling undisciplined habit and taking action as a shared responsibility. The character building using Value Clarification Technique (VCT) learning model becomes a teacher’ alternative in emphasizing students’ activity. This study aimed at analyzing the effect of VCT learning on students’ characters through population density material and humans’ role in the environmental management. The research used quasi-experimental design with nonequivalent posttest only control group design. The population of this study was a total of 293 students of class VII in SMPN 2 Jati Kudus in the academic year of 2016/2017. The sampling used simple random sampling technique. The data of this research were characters of discipline, responsibility, and environmental care obtained from psychological scales instrument and observation sheets, implementation sheets of VCT models, and responses questionnaires of students and teacher. The data analysis techniques used t-test, simple regression, correlation test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the VCT learning model had a strong positive correlation to the responsibility character and a moderate correlation to the discipline and environmental care character that could be generalized. Moreover, the results of the correlation analysis and coefficient of determination of VCT learning on students’ characters of discipline, responsibility, and environmental care were 33.2%, 38.3%, and 22.7% respectively. These results indicated that there was another dominant factor on students’ characters.

Consumer’s life style changes impact shifting trend in trade channel where is number of visits to traditional groceries continues to decline, while in contrary the visit to vegetable vendor and minimarts are increasing. Product Availability means product distributes well and ready at outlet. Product Affordability is extending to which perceived value of the product is greater than perceived cost at the outlet where customer buy its product. Customer satisfaction is an important strategy in maintaining customers, in most business include in retail chain. Declining growth on fast moving consumer product business especially beverages including bottled water and the increased of competition had brought many companies to re-look and invest on their distribution Strategy. Currently company mainly focuses on wholesalers, while a lot of opportunity to develop traditional retail. Company needs to really understand the strong reason traditional retail channel is important to be developed. Company must win the market competition thru product availability, product affordability, product quality and Product Variability. This research attempt to investigate the relationship of the Product Availability to Customer Satisfaction in water bottled business at Jakarta area and to provide insight on company maximizing product availability at the traditional retail channel. This study is using quantitative approach and data collection is buy distributing questionnaire to respondents of AQUA, the biggest bottle water brand in Indonesia to consumer living in Greater Jakarta area. Sampling approach was convenient sampling technique. This researched managed to collect 400 valid responses. Data analysis and hypothesis testing was employed regression analysis with SPSS software. The finding found that product availability, Product affordability and Product quality significantly influence customer satisfaction of customer AQUA. Additional insight suggests product availability variable has the strongest influence for all Jakarta Area except West Jakarta on Customer Satisfaction than product affordability, product quality and product variability.

The lack of repeated visits of old patients will increase the cost of promotion to get new patients, one way to maintain old patients is to grow patient loyalty. Some patients in Arosuka General Hospital are still not loyal because they come to the hospital only for the first examination, then the patient goes to another hospital, some patients have not recommended the hospital to others, one of the factors that influence patient loyalty is the quality of service. This study aims to determine the relationship between service quality servqual dimensions and patient loyalty in Arosuka Hospital. The type of this study is cross sectional. The population in this study were all patients who came to the Arosuka Hospital polyclinic in 2018, a sample of 203 people with a proportional random sampling sampling technique conducted in April 2018 with the analysis used was the chi square test. The statistical test results obtained 60.1% of respondents not loyal, 61.6% of respondents stated that tangible was not good, 37.9% of respondents stated that reliability was not good, 51.2% of respondents stated that they were less responsive, 43.3% of respondents said assurace was not good, and 48.8% of respondents said empaty not good. There is a significant relationship between tangible, reliability, responsive, assurance, empathy and patient loyalty in Arosuka Hospital with a value of p <0.05 (p = 0.001, p = 0.015, p = 0.010, p = 0.002, p = 0.022). Tangible is the most dominant factor associated with patient loyalty. It is expected that the director will make a policy on service hours, sanctions for those who do not obey the service hours, coordinate with the local government in procuring transportation for patients, the head of the ward designing a comfortable waiting room, and providing suggestion boxes for patients.

The purpose of this study is to find out what factors determine decision making of debt and what are the most dominant factors in  decision making of debt for SMEs on the island of Lombok.  This research is an explanatory research with quantitative approach. The population is all SMEs located in Lombok island. The sample is selected by Non probability sampling technique with a judgment sampling method where the SMEs that selected as samples are SMEs in handicraft industry of pottery and already exporting the products. Of the existing population, there are 25 (twenty five) SMEs that can be sampled. Respondents in this study are managers who also the owner of the SMEs. Data was collected using questionnaire. To achieve the research objectives, the data obtained will be processed according to needs using Factor Analysis. The results of this study indicate there are three groups of factors that determine  decision making of debt, namely the First Factor Group consists of: Variable Excessive Optimism, Variable Overconfidence, Variable Confirmation Bias and Variable Aversion to sure loss. This factor is named Factor Overconfidence. The Second Factor Group consisted of Representativeness Variables, Avaibility Variables and Anchoring and Adjustment Variables. This factor is named the Avaibility Factor. The third factor group consists of Affect Variables and Aversion Loss Variables. This factor is named the Factor of Loss Aversion. The most dominant factor in determining debt decision making for SMEs in Lombok Island is the Overconfidence factor group consisting of Variable Excessive Optimism, Variable Overconfidence, Variable Confirmation Bias and Variable Aversion to sure loss .
