This paper introduce the thought of USB interface application, an automatic measurement system is as an example. The PC control system of automatic measurement by the Labview software programming, then control relay, and control the work state of the HP3. It shows that the design of USB interface application system is realized by using labview programming easy and high efficiency.

The research & development of intelligentialized and automated Advanced-Surface Movement Guide and Control System (A-SMGCS) is a new trend for guaranteeing the security and high efficiency of surface traffic control in the airport. Aimed at the guidance module in A-SMGCS, this paper studied the algorithm which was used for intelligently creating aircraft guided route on the ground. Using Visual C as the development platform, it introduced the design thought and the procedure of the program for realizing this algorithm. Then it has run the program and achieved the sequence of coordinated points of guided route. Comparing with the planning guided route, it analyzed the graphical results of the program. The simulation proves that the original guided route in the plan could be accurately created by this program. It also shows that this algorithm could provide some thoughts for development of A-SMGCS.

The book transporter innovation to improve the efficiency of the modern library book classification is an important aspect. In this essay, Based on the research on the electric control system, a DC motor as a metal belt stepless automatic transmission was adopt to greatly reduce the number of parts the system and improve overall efficiency, response speed and control precision ratio, thus library books for transportation vehicles designed control system, enabling the driver, speed and other functions. Software such as the Solidworks was applied for designing body shape, includes a handle, a frame, wheels, support frame, a 'W'-shaped support frame was proposed, it can be installed to increase the capacity of the trolley, a pedal was added at the bottom of the trolley, the user can stand on it to save effort. The electric trolley placed the book has simple structure, easy to use, saving manpower, high efficiency, and has good practical value.

In this paper, we discuss the design and performance of a low cost, fully integrated power conversion and control system for a modified Global Electric Motors (GEM) fuel cell hybrid vehicle. The need for a custom converter and control system has become apparent as the commercial DC-DC market seems to have a void in the ranges of power and voltage required for fuel cell vehicle applications. The system incorporates a custom designed DC-DC boost converter which steps up the nominal 26 VDC fuel cell stack voltage to interface with the 72 VDC vehicle battery bus at an input power level of 1.2 kW. Additionally, several embedded control functions are implemented to integrate a Ballard Nexa™ fuel cell power module into the GEM vehicle. Design equations supported by preliminary performance data indicates that the DC-DC power converter achieves a conversion efficiency approaching 98% for a single fuel cell power module operating at full output power (1.2kW). The high efficiency allows for a simple and flexible air-cooled design with minimal heat sink requirements and cooling system weight. The control system incorporates algorithms to perform battery charging and power ramp rate, as well as fuel cell voltage, and current limiting algorithms. The control system exhibits stable performance characteristics throughout the entire vehicle load range and battery state of charge range, while tracking vehicle transient conditions.

A small automatic grain-bagging machine system for household is presented on the basis of analyzing the demand for grain-bagging in household with more cultivated lands. The household automatic grain-bagging machine (HAGBM) is composed of grain conveyer device, opening and hanging bag device, automatic weighing measurement device, grain bagging device, sewing bag device and control system. Their structures are detailedly analyzed and 3D models are built up by Solidworks software. Control system has been discussed. It adopts PLC to control four motors and a weight sensor. The results indicate that four opening and hanging bag mechanisms installed on a rotatable platform complete four main processes of automatic grain-bagging. HAGBM suits automatic grain-bagging of households. It has small machine, high efficiency, and easy disassembling. It has more practical significance under lacking of young rural labor force.
