Приведены результаты по отработке элементов в технологической цепочке получения посадочного материала винограда культурного с использованием культуры in vitro сортов Памяти Домбковской, Мускат розовый, Алешенькин и Самохвалович. Оптимальная концентрация 6-бензиламинопурина (6-БАП) на этапе пролиферации 1 мг/л, совместное применение 6-БАП и кинетина нецелесообразно. Добавка салициловой кислоты в состав контрольной среды для удлинения способствовала некрозу 50,2 черенков, но при увеличении содержания СаСI2 до 650 мг/л данный показатель уменьшился на 39,4 или в 4,6 раз при НСР0535,1, витрификация уменьшилась на 24,8 (НСР0535,1). Положительные результаты получены при выведении на адаптацию укорененных черенков винограда через 14 дней после посадки на укоренение, что позволяет сократить продолжительность нахождения микрочеренков винограда на питательной среде в пробирке в 24 раза по сравнению с общепринятой методикой. Закладка саженцев на зимний период в траншеи снижает затраты, является легкодоступной и способствует их хорошей сохранности.The paper reports on the testing of technological chain elements in the production of vitis vinifera planting material using in vitro culture of Pamyaty Dombkovskoy, Muscat Pink, Alyeshenkin and Samokhvalovich grapes. The optimal concentration of 6-benzylaminopurine (6-BAP) at proliferation stage was 1 mg/l the combined application of 6-BAP and kinetin did not prove feasible. The addition of salicylic acid to control medium for elongation resulted in up to 50.2 necrosis of the cuttings while CaCl2 content increased to 650 mg/l reduced this number by 39.4, or 4.6 times with HCP05 35.1, vitrification decreased by 24.8 (HCP05 35.1). Positive results were obtained when 14 days after planting for rooting, the rooted grape cuttings were placed for adaptation, which reduced the time of keeping grape micro-cuttings on a nutrient medium in a test tube by 2-4 times as compared to conventional methods. Placing seedlings for winter in a trench reduces costs, is readily available and improves their preservation.
