The study was a survey research; it focused on determining the extent entrepreneurs adopt risk management practices for business management practice in Delta State. The population of the study comprises of 860 business owners who are registered with the Ministry of Commerce and Industries in Delta State. The instrument for data collection was a structured questionnaire with 16 items. Data collected were analyzed using mean and Standard deviation. The null hypothesis was tested using ANOVA statistics at 0.05 level of significance. Findings from the investigation revealed that entrepreneurs in Delta State do not adopt business risk management practices in managing their businesses. It was recommended among others that the Delta State Government and Ministry of Commerce and Industries should sensitize business owners on business risk management practice to enhance business success.

China has not enacted unified foreign direct investment code, and the legal system of foreign direct investment is composed of separate laws and numerous regulations and rules at both national and local level. The establishment of all foreign investment enterprises in China is subject to examination and approval of relevant authorities, only after which enterprises can be registered. The operation duration of equity joint ventures, contractual joint ventures and solely foreign-founded enterprises shall comply with relevant provisions of Chinese laws. The operation duration and disillusion of foreign-invested stock joint limited companies are subject to Chinese Company Law. The 2-track legislation model, under which foreign investment enterprises and domestic enterprises are governed by different laws and regulations, caused conflicts among different laws and difficulties in application of laws. To overcome the defaults China must enact unified law on foreign direct investment.

Economic relations of modern enterprises are the most important factor for the modern enterprise management in Manufacturing Engineering, which is mainly carried out by contract and the effectiveness of contract. As foreign construction enterprises entering China market, with their advantages of powerful funds technology and management, China's construction enterprises will exert enormous pressure and impact. Meanwhile, our construction enterprises couldn’t be in order to enter the international market and international competition, without high level of contract management. For this reason, China's construction enterprises should be attention to contract management, and improve awareness of all employees of the contract. The contract management is into business management, it should be allowed to operate freely according to the law, to accelerate the development of construction enterprises in China.

The higher education is facing challenges and the learning is flipping. The teaching as a whole-person is one of the major mission of higher education. Psychodrama was developed for psychotherapy and it is used as a psychotherapy technique in group counseling, consultation, and even education in recent years. In business schools, psychodrama offers a creative and more experiential way for students to explore and solve the key issues in business and management practice. This study uses psychodrama in teaching in the real Business-Management course Marketing Management 」as the research context. This study is an action research in Business-Management education. This study is bringing a new learning experience to Business education. Moreover, it also adds humanistic quality and social consideration to students. With the qualitative and quantitative data, the results demonstrates that psychodrama can improve learning outcomes, enhance learning satisfaction, and even enhance the ability of students to business decision-making. Furthermore, this study also provides managerial and practical implications for both higher education in business schools and real world business managers.
